研究在无活性剂存在条件下铜离子与显色剂形成配合物从而进行分光光度法检测铜的最佳测试条件。铜离子与显色剂在波长475nm处有最大吸收,Cu2+的含量在0.6~64μg/10mL范围内呈直线关系,直线回归方程为:A=0.0114C-0.004(A-吸光度,C-μgCu2+/10mL),相关系数为r=0.9994,其表观摩尔吸光系数为:0.072×105L·mol-1·cm-1。摩尔比法及等摩尔连续变化法测定配合物的组成比为n(Cu2+):n(显色剂)=1:1。 相似文献

对纳米TiO2光催化还原Cu2+的工艺过程进行了系统的研究。结果表明,纳米TiO2的最佳用量为1g/L,pH=3时为宜;含0.5mmol/L甲醇的体系对其光催化反应的促进作用最为有效,在此条件下,Cu2+的脱除率可达到83.28%。 相似文献

采用柚子皮粉末吸附水中Cu2+。通过单因素实验考察了温度、p H、Cu2+的初始浓度、吸附时间和投加量对吸附效果的影响。最佳吸附条件为:温度为室温,p H为6.0,Cu2+的初始浓度为20 mg/L,吸附时间为20 min,投加量为0.15 g/50 m L。在该条件下,吸附率能够达到60%以上。热力学和动力学试验表明吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模式和准二级动力学模型。 相似文献

采用非抑制型离子色谱法、阳离子交换柱、电导检测器,以柠檬酸-苹果酸-乙二胺为淋洗液,同时测定Ag 、Cu2 、Cd2 、Zn2 、Pb2 五种离子.研究了淋洗液配比及淋洗液pH对分离效果的影响,选择了最佳分离条件,得出五种离子的工作曲线方程,相关系数为0.989~0.999,检出限为0.02~0.1 μg/mL,RSD为1.64%~4.03%,样品加标回收率为98%~104%.本方法用于烟叶样品的分析,具有简便、快速、检出限低,灵敏度高,准确度高、选择性好的特点. 相似文献

通过电沉积锌实验,针对含镁硫酸锌电积液合成出了2种复合添加剂A1(明胶+硫脲+甲酚)和A2(明胶+硫脲+十二烷基磺酸钠). 结果表明,A2对硫酸锌电积锌的沉积效果优于A1,其使低镁(Mg2+<15 g/L)硫酸锌电积锌电流效率提高1%~2%,电能消耗则降低28~78 kW×h/t,A2最佳使用量为15 mg/L. 而对高镁(Mg2+>15 g/L)硫酸锌沉积效果则不理想. 扫描电镜分析表明,A2明显使电锌的表面更致密光滑,减少了支晶和孔洞. 在复合添加剂A2作用下,得到了含镁硫酸锌电积锌的阴极极化曲线,并研究了其作用机理. 相似文献

利用三种方法分别对某铜矿山生物浸铜反萃液生产饲料级五水硫酸铜的重要步骤——除铁工艺进行了深入研究,结果表明:采用黄铵铁矾法除铁,控制温度在95℃、pH=1.6,除铁率可以达到91.2%;采用氢氧化铁沉淀法,于70℃,pH=3.8的条件下,除铁率可达98.1%。但上述方法除铁过程会将NH4^ 、Na^ 和Ca2^ 等杂质带入硫酸铜溶液;采用一步结晶法,控制结晶温度在60℃、结晶时间为6h,除铁率可以达98.5%,该工艺操作简单,产品符合饲料级硫酸铜的国家标准。 相似文献

The performance of cross-linked magnetic chitosan, coated with magnetic fluids and cross-linked with epichlorohydrin, was investigated for the adsorption of copper (II) from aqueous solutions. Infrared spectra of chitosan before and after modification showed that the coating and cross-linking are effective. Experiments were performed at different pH of solution and contact time, and appropriate conditions for the adsorption of Cu(II) were determined. Experimental equilibrium data were correlated with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms for determination of the adsorption potential. The results showed that the Langmuir isotherm was better compared with the Freundlich isotherm, and the uptake of Cu(II) was 78.13 mg8226;g-1. The kinetics of adsorption corresponded with the first-order Langergren rate equation, and Langergren rate constants were determined. 相似文献

利用硫酸铝对硫酸锌电解液进行除氟实验研究。探讨了温度,反应时间,硫酸铝加入量和硫酸铝的投加方式等因素对除氟效果的影响。实验结果表明,当温度为30℃,反应时间20min,硫酸铝加人量至少为3g/L和硫酸铝的投加方式为先加硫酸铝再加氧化锌调pH时,氟的浓度可降至29.79mg/L,达到锌冶炼企业对电解液中氟含量要小于50mg/L以下的要求。 相似文献

In this study, recovering of zinc ions in the residual solution occurring after copper cementation by zinc metal was investigated. The zinc ions in the solution were recovered by using sodium bicarbonate as precipitation agent. After the precipitated product was separated from the solution, it was dried at 80°C for 5 h in an oven and was subjected to the calcination process to obtain zinc oxide. The XRD and SEM analyses of the precipitated and calcined products were carried out. It was determined that the precipitated solid was Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6 (hydrozincite) and the calcined product was ZnO. 相似文献

The mechanism of Cu2+ loading into commercially available natural HEU-type and synthetic LTA-type zeolites for their possible use in environmental processes, such as water and air treatment applications, was studied. Elemental analysis, SEM/EDXS, XRD, XAS and XPS analyses revealed 4-fold coordination of Cu2+ cations with oxygen atoms in the pores, a predominant location of copper atoms on the surface of crystallites and retained crystallinity of zeolites throughout the processes. The post-treatment of Cu2+-loaded samples with HCl and/or NaCl solutions confirmed the predominantly reversible sorption of copper on zeolites from aqueous solutions by ion-exchange mechanism and, therefore, excellent regeneration possibilities for both types of zeolites. Furthermore, with the calcination of exhaust metal-loaded zeolites, catalysts for total toluene oxidation reaction, as a model VOC pollutant, were obtained. 相似文献
