间歇化工过程热集成问题的研究能够促进过程系统的可持续发展并且提高产业经济性和技术竞争力,顺应了化工发展大环境。本文介绍了以系统综合优化为目标的间歇化工过程热集成研究的发展现状,整理了早期研究的三大通用图解模型,并讨论和比较了在建模求解过程中常见算法。总结了当前研究的重点在换热网络设计优化、热储罐系统和考虑调度的热集成三个方面,并评述了与之相关的进展、瓶颈和研究意义。指出了热集成问题已成为当前间歇化工过程的研究热点,其中热集成和生产调度的协同优化十分必要,能够从系统全局的角度上给出优化方案。但由于间歇化工过程中存在较多的不确定性和约束条件,增加了热集成的研究难度,因此对间歇化工过程优化设计提出了更高的要求。  相似文献

提出了基于智能体方法的化工过程运行系统的集成策略.依据过程操作响应的时间尺度,把过程运行系统分成故障检测与诊断、模拟优化和调度3个子系统,分别建立相应的智能体模型.通过信息集成和任务集成实现化工过程运行系统的整体集成.报道了该集成方法对TE过程的案例应用.结果表明:基于智能体的方法能实现多个运行决策的全局协调和集成,达到过程运行系统整体优化的目标.  相似文献

以热力学相图为工具,探讨了聚丙烯睛(PAN)原丝凝固成形过程。从相图中原丝凝固成形的不同途径和相应的织态结构可以知道,原液体系以旋节方式分相是最佳的热力学路径。原丝凝固成形可以看作是浓度致变相分离(CIPS)和热致变相分离(TIPS)两种相分离形式的组合,通过后者得到高性能原丝要容易实现得多。可以根据相图来优化纺丝工艺条件,通过调节凝固浴浓度、纺丝液浓度、初始纺丝温度以及淬火深度.削弱CIPS过程在凝固成形中的作用,使凝固成彤尽可能多的以TIPS方式通过旋节线和双节线的交界处进行,以得到具有理想结构的优质的PAN原丝。  相似文献

Multifunctional thermoplastic main-chain benzoxazine prepolymers were synthesized and systematically varied in their structure in order to function as high-performance toughener additives. Their unique chemical composition allows multiple covalent crosslinking with many thermoset network systems including benzoxazines and epoxides in conjunction with a defined chemical induced phase separation (CIPS) upon curing. This was successfully shown using a benzoxazine-based thermoset resin matrix as an example. The corresponding morphologies were addressable in a predictable manner and brought into context with the obtained macroscopic mechanical and thermal properties. In this relationship the CIPS process was classified and compared with the literature in more general means for advanced morphology control by differentiating between covalently attached and so-called gradient domain structures. The prepolymers were characterized by 1H NMR, FT-IR, DSC and TGA. The thermoset morphologies were investigated by TEM and AFM. The fracture toughness (KIc) and the elastic modulus (E) were measured by fracture and three point bending experiments. Thermal properties of the resulting films have been tested by DMA.  相似文献

Thermoplastic/epoxy blends were formed using an amine-cured epoxy polymer and a semi-crystalline thermoplastic: syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS). Complete phase-separation of the initially soluble sPS from the epoxy occurred via ‘reaction-induced phase-separation’ (RIPS) or via ‘crystallisation-induced phase-separation’ (CIPS), depending upon the thermal processing history employed. Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis showed that no sPS was retained dissolved in the epoxy polymer. For RIPS, at concentrations of sPS of up to 8 wt%, the sPS is present solely as spherical particles. However, macro phase-separation, giving a co-continuous microstructure, accompanied by local phase-inversion, dominates the RIPS blends containing more than 8 wt% sPS. In the CIPS blends, the sPS is present as spherulitic particles, and this microstructure does not change over the range of sPS concentrations employed, i.e. from 1 to 12 wt% sPS. The pure epoxy polymer was very brittle with a value of fracture energy, GIc, of about 175 J/m2. However, the addition of the sPS significantly increases the value of GIc, though the toughness of the RIPS and CIPS blends differs markedly. For the RIPS blends, there is a steady increase in the toughness with increasing content of sPS and an apparent maximum value of GIc of about 810 J/m2 is obtained for 8-10 wt% sPS. On the other hand, the measured toughness of the CIPS blends increases relatively slowly with the concentration of sPS, and a maximum plateau value of only about 350 J/m2 was measured in the range of 8-12 wt% sPS. The relationships between the microstructure of the RIPS and CIPS sPS/epoxy blends and the measured fracture energies are discussed. Further, from scanning electron microscopy studies of the fracture surfaces and optical microscopy of the damage zone around the crack tip, the nature of the micromechanisms responsible for the increases in toughness of the blends are identified. For the RIPS blends, (i) debonding of the sPS particles, followed by (ii) plastic void growth of the epoxy matrix are the major toughening micromechanisms. The increase in toughness due to such micromechanisms is successfully predicted theoretically using an analytical model. In the case of the CIPS blends, the increase in the value of GIc results from (i) crack deflection and (ii) microcracking and crack bifurcation.  相似文献

The development and characteristics of porous EVOH membranes by cold‐solvent induced phase separation (CIPS) process were investigated. Binary dopes of 1,3‐propandiol/EVOH prepared at 80 °C were immersed in 1,3‐propandiol at a lower temperature to engender polymer precipitation. The quench temperature affects phase separation modes, and hence structure and performance of resulting CIPS membranes. When the bath temperature was set below the crystallization line and above the binodal (e.g. 45 °C), the formed membrane was dominated by a packing of semicrystalline EVOH globules. When the bath was set at a temperature just below the spinodal (e.g. 20 °C), spinodal decomposition (SD) dominated the precipitation process to give a lacy‐like bicontinuous structure; yet there is also a clear imprint from polymer crystallization. When the bath temperature was set deeply within the spinodal dome (e.g. 5 °C), polymer crystallization affected only little the SD‐derived bicontinuous morphology. Water permeation flux, wettability, tensile strength, and ultra‐filtration experiments of the membranes were conducted. The results indicated that those properties were closely correlated with the porosity level, pore size, and membrane morphology. Moreover, X‐ray diffraction and DSC analyses indicated that the formed membranes had a crystallinity of 38 to 42%, consistent with the literature data. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym.
