A new fluorinated nonfullerene acceptor, ITIC‐Th1, has been designed and synthesized by introducing fluorine (F) atoms onto the end‐capping group 1,1‐dicyanomethylene‐3‐indanone (IC). On the one hand, incorporation of F would improve intramolecular interaction, enhance the push–pull effect between the donor unit indacenodithieno[3,2‐b]thiophene and the acceptor unit IC due to electron‐withdrawing effect of F, and finally adjust energy levels and reduce bandgap, which is beneficial to light harvesting and enhancing short‐circuit current density (J SC). On the other hand, incorporation of F would improve intermolecular interactions through C? F···S, C? F···H, and C? F···π noncovalent interactions and enhance electron mobility, which is beneficial to enhancing J SC and fill factor. Indeed, the results show that fluorinated ITIC‐Th1 exhibits redshifted absorption, smaller optical bandgap, and higher electron mobility than the nonfluorinated ITIC‐Th. Furthermore, nonfullerene organic solar cells (OSCs) based on fluorinated ITIC‐Th1 electron acceptor and a wide‐bandgap polymer donor FTAZ based on benzodithiophene and benzotriazole exhibit power conversion efficiency (PCE) as high as 12.1%, significantly higher than that of nonfluorinated ITIC‐Th (8.88%). The PCE of 12.1% is the highest in fullerene and nonfullerene‐based single‐junction binary‐blend OSCs. Moreover, the OSCs based on FTAZ:ITIC‐Th1 show much better efficiency and better stability than the control devices based on FTAZ:PC71BM (PCE = 5.22%).  相似文献

Suppression of carrier recombination is critically important in realizing high‐efficiency polymer solar cells. Herein, it is demonstrated difluoro‐substitution of thiophene conjugated side chain on donor polymer can suppress triplet formation for reducing carrier recombination. A new medium bandgap 2D‐conjugated D–A copolymer J91 is designed and synthesized with bi(alkyl‐difluorothienyl)‐benzodithiophene as donor unit and fluorobenzotriazole as acceptor unit, for taking the advantages of the synergistic fluorination on the backbone and thiophene side chain. J91 demonstrates enhanced absorption, low‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital energy level, and higher hole mobility, in comparison with its control polymer J52 without fluorination on the thiophene side chains. The transient absorption spectra indicate that J91 can suppress the triplet formation in its blend film with n‐type organic semiconductor acceptor m ‐ITIC (3,9‐bis(2‐methylene‐(3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone)‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(3‐hexylphenyl)‐dithieno[2,3‐d:2,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]‐dithiophene). With these favorable properties, a higher power conversion efficiency of 11.63% with high V OC of 0.984 V and high J SC of 18.03 mA cm?2 is obtained for the polymer solar cells based on J91 /m ‐ITIC with thermal annealing. The improved photovoltaic performance by thermal annealing is explained from the morphology change upon thermal annealing as revealed by photoinduced force microscopy. The results indicate that side chain engineering can provide a new solution to suppress carrier recombination toward high efficiency, thus deserves further attention.  相似文献

Four low‐cost copolymer donors of poly(thiophene‐quinoxaline) (PTQ) derivatives are demonstrated with different fluorine substitution forms to investigate the effect of fluorination forms on charge separation and voltage loss (Vloss) of the polymer solar cells (PSCs) with the PTQ derivatives as donor and a A–DA'D–A‐structured molecule Y6 as acceptor. The four PTQ derivatives are PTQ7 without fluorination, PTQ8 with bifluorine substituents on its thiophene D‐unit, PTQ9, and PTQ10 with monofluorine and bifluorine substituents on their quinoxaline A‐unit respectively. The PTQ8‐ based PSC demonstrates a low power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 0.90% due to the mismatch in the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy levels alignment between the donor and acceptor. In contrast, the devices based on PTQ9 and PTQ10 show enhanced charge‐separation behavior and gradually reduced Vloss, due to the gradually reduced nonradiative recombination loss in comparison with the PTQ7‐based device. As a result, the PTQ10‐based PSC demonstrates an impressive PCE of 16.21% with high open‐circuit voltage and large short‐circuit current density simultaneously, and its Vloss is reduced to 0.549 V. The results indicate that rational fluorination of the polymer donors is a feasible method to achieve fast charge separation and low Vloss simultaneously in the PSCs.  相似文献

A novel wide‐bandgap copolymer of PBDT‐ODZ based on benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′ ]dithiophene (BDT) and 1,3,4‐oxadiazole (ODZ) blocks is developed for efficient nonfullerene polymer solar cells (NF‐PSCs). PBDT‐ODZ exhibits a wide bandgap of 2.12 eV and a low‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level of ?5.68 eV, which could match well with the low‐bandgap acceptor of 3,9‐bis(2‐methylene‐(3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone)‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(4‐hexylthienyl)‐dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]‐dithiophene (ITIC‐Th), inducing a good complementary absorption from 300 to 800 nm and a minimal HOMO level offset (0.1 eV). The PBDT‐ODZ:ITIC‐Th devices exhibit a large open‐circuit voltage (Voc) of 1.08 eV and a low energy loss (Eloss) of 0.50 eV, delivering a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 10.12%. By adding a small amount of copper(I) iodide (CuI) as an additive to form coordination complexes in the active blends, much higher device performances are achieved due to the improved absorption and crystallinity. After incorporating 4% of CuI, the PCE is elevated to 12.34%, with a Voc of 1.06 V, a Jsc of 17.1 mA cm?2 and a fill factor of 68.1%. This work not only provides a novel oxadiazole‐containing wide‐bandgap polymeric donor candidate for high‐performance NF‐PSCs but also presents an efficient morphology‐optimization approach to elevate the PCE of NF‐PSCs for future practical applications.  相似文献

Bulk‐heterojunction organic photovoltaic materials containing nonfullerene acceptors (NFAs) have seen remarkable advances in the past year, finally surpassing fullerenes in performance. Indeed, acceptors based on indacenodithiophene (IDT) have become synonymous with high power conversion efficiencies (PCEs). Nevertheless, NFAs have yet to achieve fill factors (FFs) comparable to those of the highest‐performing fullerene‐based materials. To address this seeming anomaly, this study examines a high efficiency IDT‐based acceptor, ITIC , paired with three donor polymers known to achieve high FFs with fullerenes, PTPD3T , PBTI3T , and PBTSA3T . Excellent PCEs up to 8.43% are achieved from PTPD3T:ITIC blends, reflecting good charge transport, optimal morphology, and efficient ITIC to PTPD3T hole‐transfer, as observed by femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy. Hole‐transfer is observed from ITIC to PBTI3T and PBTSA3T , but less efficiently, reflecting measurably inferior morphology and nonoptimal energy level alignment, resulting in PCEs of 5.34% and 4.65%, respectively. This work demonstrates the importance of proper morphology and kinetics of ITIC → donor polymer hole‐transfer in boosting the performance of polymer: ITIC photovoltaic bulk heterojunction blends.  相似文献

Nonfullerene organic solar cells (NFOSCs) are attracting increasing academic and industrial interest due to their potential uses for flexible and lightweight products using low‐cost roll‐to‐roll technology. In this work, two wide bandgap (WBG) polymers, namely P(fTh‐BDT)‐C6 and P(fTh‐2DBDT)‐C6, are designed and synthesized using benzodithiophene (BDT) derivatives. Good oxidation stability and high solubility are achieved by simultaneously introducing fluorine and alkyl chains to a single thiophene (Th) unit. Solid P(fTh‐2DBDT)‐C6 films present WBG optical absorption, suitable frontier orbital levels, and strong π–π stacking effects. In addition, P(fTh‐2DBDT)‐C6 exhibits good solubility in both halogenated and nonhalogenated solvents, suggesting its suitability as donor polymer for NFOSCs. The P(fTh‐2DBDT)‐C6:3,9‐bis(2‐methylene‐(3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone))‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(5‐hexylthienyl)‐dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]dithiophene (ITIC‐Th) based device processed using chlorobenzene/1,8‐diiodooctane (CB/DIO) exhibits a remarkably high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 11.1%. Moreover, P(fTh‐2DBDT)‐C6:ITIC‐Th reaches a high PCE of 10.9% when processed using eco‐friendly solvents, such as o‐xylene/diphenyl ether (DPE). The cell processed using CB/DIO maintains 100% efficiency after 1272 h, while that processed using o‐xylene/DPE presents a 101% increase in efficiency after 768 h and excellent long‐term stability. The results of this study demonstrate that simultaneous fluorination and alkylation are effective methods for designing donor polymers appropriate for high‐performance NFOSCs.  相似文献

A new polymer acceptor, naphthodiperylenetetraimide‐vinylene (NDP‐V), featuring a backbone of altenating naphthodiperylenetetraimide and vinylene units is designed and applied in all‐polymer solar cells (all‐PSCs). With this polymer acceptor, a new record power‐conversion efficiencies (PCE) of 8.59% has been achieved for all‐PSCs. The design principle of NDP‐V is to reduce the conformational disorder in the backbone of a previously developed high‐performance acceptor, PDI‐V, a perylenediimide‐vinylene polymer. The chemical modifications result in favorable changes to the molecular packing behaviors of the acceptor and improved morphology of the donor–acceptor (PTB7‐Th:NDP‐V) blend, which is evidenced by the enhanced hole and electron transport abilities of the active layer. Moreover, the stronger absorption of NDP‐V in the shorter‐wavelength range offers a better complement to the donor. All these factors contribute to a short‐circuit current density (J sc) of 17.07 mA cm?2. With a fill factor (FF) of 0.67, an average PCE of 8.48% is obtained, representing the highest value thus far reported for all‐PSCs.  相似文献

Ternary organic solar cells are promising alternatives to the binary counterpart due to their potential in achieving high performance. Although a growing number of ternary organic solar cells are recently reported, less effort is devoted to morphology control. Here, ternary organic solar cells are fabricated using a wide‐bandgap polymer PBT1‐C as the donor, a crystalline fused‐ring electron acceptor ITIC‐2Cl, and an amorphous fullerene derivative indene‐C60 bisadduct (ICBA) as the acceptor. It is found that ICBA can disturb π–π interactions of the crystalline ITIC‐2Cl molecules in ternary blends and then help to form more uniform morphology. As a result, incorporation of 20% ICBA in the PBT1‐C:ITIC‐2Cl blend enables efficient charge dissociation, negligible bimolecular recombination, and balanced charge carrier mobilities. An impressive power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 13.4%, with a high fill factor (FF) of 76.8%, is eventually achieved, which represents one of the highest PCEs reported so far for organic solar cells. The results manifest that the adoption of amorphous fullerene acceptor is an effective approach to optimizing the ternary blend morphology and thereby increases the solar cell performance.  相似文献

A novel imide‐functionalized arene, di(fluorothienyl)thienothiophene diimide (f‐FBTI2), featuring a fused backbone functionalized with electron‐withdrawing F atoms, is designed, and the synthetic challenges associated with highly electron‐deficient fluorinated imide are overcome. The incorporation of f‐FBTI2 into polymer affords a high‐performance n‐type semiconductor f‐FBTI2‐T, which shows a reduced bandgap and lower‐lying lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level than the polymer analog without F or with F‐functionalization on the donor moiety. These optoelectronic properties reflect the distinctive advantages of fluorination of electron‐deficient acceptors, yielding “stronger acceptors,” which are desirable for n‐type polymers. When used as a polymer acceptor in all‐polymer solar cells, an excellent power conversion efficiency of 8.1% is achieved without any solvent additive or thermal treatment, which is the highest value reported for all‐polymer solar cells except well‐studied naphthalene diimide and perylene diimide‐based n‐type polymers. In addition, the solar cells show an energy loss of 0.53 eV, the smallest value reported to date for all‐polymer solar cells with efficiency > 8%. These results demonstrate that fluorination of imide‐functionalized arenes offers an effective approach for developing new electron‐deficient building blocks with improved optoelectronic properties, and the emergence of f‐FBTI2 will change the scenario in terms of developing n‐type polymers for high‐performance all‐polymer solar cells.  相似文献

High‐performance nonfullerene polymer solar cells (PSCs) are developed by integrating the nonfullerene electron‐accepting material 3,9‐bis(2‐methylene‐(3‐(1,1‐dicyanomethylene)‐indanone))‐5,5,11,11‐tetrakis(4‐hexylphenyl)‐dithieno[2,3‐d:2′,3′‐d′]‐s‐indaceno[1,2‐b:5,6‐b′]dithiophne) (ITIC) with a wide‐bandgap electron‐donating polymer PTzBI or PTzBI‐DT, which consists of an imide functionalized benzotriazole (TzBI) building block. Detailed investigations reveal that the extension of conjugation can affect the optical and electronic properties, molecular aggregation properties, charge separation in the bulk‐heterojunction films, and thus the overall photovoltaic performances. Single‐junction PSCs based on PTzBI:ITIC and PTzBI‐DT:ITIC exhibit remarkable power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of 10.24% and 9.43%, respectively. To our knowledge, these PCEs are the highest efficiency values obtained based on electron‐donating conjugated polymers consisting of imide‐functionalized electron‐withdrawing building blocks. Of particular interest is that the resulting device based on PTzBI exhibits remarkable PCE of 7% with the thickness of active layer of 300 nm, which is among the highest values of nonfullerene PSCs utilizing thick photoactive layer. Additionally, the device based on PTzBI:ITIC exhibits prominent stability, for which the PCE remains as 9.34% after thermal annealing at 130 °C for 120 min. These findings demonstrate the great promise of using this series of wide‐bandgap conjugated polymers as electron‐donating materials for high‐performance nonfullerene solar cells toward high‐throughput roll‐to‐roll processing technology.  相似文献

Two novel wide‐bandgap copolymers, PBDT‐TDZ and PBDTS‐TDZ, are developed based on 1,3,4‐thiadiazole (TDZ) and benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene (BDT) building blocks. These copolymers exhibit wide bandgaps over 2.07 eV and low‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) levels below −5.35 eV, which match well with the typical low‐bandgap acceptor of ITIC, resulting in a good complementary absorption from 300 to 900 nm and a low HOMO level offset (≤0.13 eV). Compared to PBDT‐TDZ, PBDTS‐TDZ with alkylthio side chains exhibits the stronger optical absorption, lower‐lying HOMO level, and higher crystallinity. By using a single green solvent of o‐xylene, PBDTS‐TDZ:ITIC devices exhibit a large open‐circuit voltage (Voc) up to 1.10 eV and an extremely low energy loss (Eloss) of 0.48 eV. At the same time, the desirable high short‐circuit current density (Jsc) of 17.78 mA cm−2 and fill factor of 65.4% are also obtained, giving rise to a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 12.80% without any additive and post‐treatment. When adopting a homotandem device architecture, the PCE is further improved to 13.35% (certified as 13.19%) with a much larger Voc of 2.13 V, which is the best value for any type of homotandem organic solar cells reported so far.  相似文献

In this work, highly efficient ternary‐blend organic solar cells (TB‐OSCs) are reported based on a low‐bandgap copolymer of PTB7‐Th, a medium‐bandgap copolymer of PBDB‐T, and a wide‐bandgap small molecule of SFBRCN. The ternary‐blend layer exhibits a good complementary absorption in the range of 300–800 nm, in which PTB7‐Th and PBDB‐T have excellent miscibility with each other and a desirable phase separation with SFBRCN. In such devices, there exist multiple energy transfer pathways from PBDB‐T to PTB7‐Th, and from SFBRCN to the above two polymer donors. The hole‐back transfer from PTB7‐Th to PBDB‐T and multiple electron transfers between the acceptor and the donor materials are also observed for elevating the whole device performance. After systematically optimizing the weight ratio of PBDB‐T:PTB7‐Th:SFBRCN, a champion power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 12.27% is finally achieved with an open‐circuit voltage (V oc) of 0.93 V, a short‐circuit current density (J sc) of 17.86 mA cm?2, and a fill factor of 73.9%, which is the highest value for the ternary OSCs reported so far. Importantly, the TB‐OSCs exhibit a broad composition tolerance with a high PCE over 10% throughout the whole blend ratios.  相似文献

A fused tris(thienothiophene) (3TT) building block is designed and synthesized with strong electron‐donating and molecular packing properties, where three thienothiophene units are condensed with two cyclopentadienyl rings. Based on 3TT, a fused octacylic electron acceptor (FOIC) is designed and synthesized, using strong electron‐withdrawing 2‐(5/6‐fluoro‐3‐oxo‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐inden‐1‐ylidene)‐malononitrile as end groups. FOIC exhibits absorption in 600–950 nm region peaked at 836 nm with extinction coefficient of up to 2 × 105m –1 cm–1, low bandgap of 1.32 eV, and high electron mobility of 1.2 × 10–3 cm2 V–1 s–1. Compared with its counterpart ITIC3 based on indacenothienothiophene core, FOIC exhibits significantly upshifted highest occupied molecular orbital level, slightly downshifted lowest unoccupied molecular orbital level, significantly redshifted absorption, and higher mobility. The as‐cast organic solar cells (OSCs) based on blends of PTB7‐Th donor and FOIC acceptor without additional treatments exhibit power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) as high as 12.0%, which is much higher than that of PTB7‐Th: ITIC3 (8.09%). The as‐cast semitransparent OSCs based on the same blends show PCEs of up to 10.3% with an average visible transmittance of 37.4%.  相似文献

Large‐scale fabrication of organic solar cells requires an active layer with high thickness tolerability and the use of environment‐friendly solvents. Thick films with high‐performance can be achieved via a ternary strategy studied herein. The ternary system consists of one polymer donor, one small molecule donor, and one fullerene acceptor. The small molecule enhances the crystallinity and face‐on orientation of the active layer, leading to improved thickness tolerability compared with that of a polymer‐fullerene binary system. An active layer with 270 nm thickness exhibits an average power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 10.78%, while the PCE is less than 8% with such thick film for binary system. Furthermore, large‐area devices are successfully fabricated using polyethylene terephthalate (PET)/Silver gride or indium tin oxide (ITO)‐based transparent flexible substrates. The product shows a high PCE of 8.28% with an area of 1.25 cm2 for a single cell and 5.18% for a 20 cm2 module. This study demonstrates that ternary organic solar cells exhibit great potential for large‐scale fabrication and future applications.  相似文献

In this work, high‐efficiency nonfullerene polymer solar cells (PSCs) are developed based on a thiazolothiazole‐containing wide bandgap polymer PTZ1 as donor and a planar IDT‐based narrow bandgap small molecule with four side chains (IDIC) as acceptor. Through thermal annealing treatment, a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of up to 11.5% with an open circuit voltage (V oc) of 0.92 V, a short‐circuit current density (J sc) of 16.4 mA cm?2, and a fill factor of 76.2% is achieved. Furthermore, the PSCs based on PTZ1:IDIC still exhibit a relatively high PCE of 9.6% with the active layer thickness of 210 nm and a superior PCE of 10.5% with the device area of up to 0.81 cm2. These results indicate that PTZ1 is a promising polymer donor material for highly efficient fullerene‐free PSCs and large‐scale devices fabrication.  相似文献

To make organic solar cells (OSCs) more competitive in the diverse photovoltaic cell technologies, it is very important to demonstrate that OSCs can achieve very good efficiencies and that their cost can be reduced. Here, a pair of nonfullerene small‐molecule acceptors, IT‐2Cl and IT‐4Cl, is designed and synthesized by introducing easy‐synthesis chlorine substituents onto the indacenodithieno[3,2‐b]thiophene units. The unique feature of the large dipole moment of the C? Cl bond enhances the intermolecular charge‐transfer effect between the donor–acceptor structures, and thus expands the absorption and down shifts the molecular energy levels. Meanwhile, the introduction of C? Cl also causes more pronounced molecular stacking, which also helps to expand the absorption spectrum. Both of the designed OSCs devices based on two acceptors can deliver a power conversion efficiency (PCE) greater than 13% when blended with a polymer donor with a low‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital level. In addition, since IT‐2Cl and IT‐4Cl have very good compatibility, a ternary OSC device integrating these two acceptors is also fabricated and obtains a PCE greater than 14%. Chlorination demonstrates effective ability in enhancing the device performance and facile synthesis route, which both deserve further exploitation in the modification of photovoltaic materials.  相似文献

The synthesis of a novel naphthalenediimide (NDI)‐bithiazole (Tz2)‐based polymer [P(NDI2OD‐Tz2)] is reported, and structural, thin‐film morphological, as well as charge transport and thermoelectric properties are compared to the parent and widely investigated NDI‐bithiophene (T2) polymer [P(NDI2OD‐T2)]. Since the steric repulsions in Tz2 are far lower than in T2, P(NDI2OD‐Tz2) exhibits a more planar and rigid backbone, enhancing π–π chain stacking and intermolecular interactions. In addition, the electron‐deficient nature of Tz2 enhances the polymer electron affinity, thus reducing the polymer donor–acceptor character. When n‐doped with amines, P(NDI2OD‐Tz2) achieves electrical conductivity (≈0.1 S cm?1) and a power factor (1.5 µW m?1 K?2) far greater than those of P(NDI2OD‐T2) (0.003 S cm?1 and 0.012 µW m?1 K?2, respectively). These results demonstrate that planarized NDI‐based polymers with reduced donor–acceptor character can achieve substantial electrical conductivity and thermoelectric response.  相似文献

Organic photovoltaics (OPVs) are fabricated with PM6 as donor and T6Me, IT‐2F, or their mixture as acceptor. A 13.36% power conversion efficiency (PCE) is achieved from the optimized ternary OPVs with 50 wt% IT‐2F in acceptors, which is attributed to the enhanced photon harvesting of ternary active layers and improved exciton utilization efficiency through energy transfer from IT‐2F to T6Me. The efficient energy transfer from IT‐2F to T6Me can be confirmed from the photoluminescence spectra of neat and blend films, which may provide additional channels to enhance exciton utilization efficiency for achieving short‐circuit current density (JSC) improvement of ternary OPVs. It should be highlighted that the fill factor (FF) of ternary OPVs can be monotonously increased along with the incorporation of IT‐2F, indicating the gradually optimized phase separation degree of ternary active layers. The third component IT‐2F plays a key role in optimizing phase separation as a morphology regulator. Over 8% PCE improvement is achieved in the optimized ternary OPVs compared with the over 12% PCEs of the corresponding binary OPVs, respectively. This work indicates that the performance of ternary OPVs can be well optimized by carefully picking materials with good compatibility and complementary absorption spectra, as well as the appropriate energy levels.  相似文献

The blossoming of organic solar cells (OSCs) has triggered enormous commercial applications, due to their high‐efficiency, light weight, and flexibility. However, the lab‐to‐manufacturing translation of the praisable performance from lab‐scale devices to industrial‐scale modules is still the Achilles' heel of OSCs. In fact, it is urgent to explore the mechanism of morphological evolution in the bulk heterojunction (BHJ) with different coating/printing methods. Here, a general approach to upscale flexible organic photovoltaics to module scale without obvious efficiency loss is demonstrated. The shear impulse during the coating/printing process is first applied to control the morphology evolution of the BHJ layer for both fullerene and nonfullerene acceptor systems. A quantitative transformation factor of shear impulse between slot‐die printing and spin‐coating is detected. Compelling results of morphological evolution, molecular stacking, and coarse‐grained molecular simulation verify the validity of the impulse translation. Accordingly, the efficiency of flexible devices via slot‐die printing achieves 9.10% for PTB7‐Th:PC71BM and 9.77% for PBDB‐T:ITIC based on 1.04 cm2 . Furthermore, 15 cm2 flexible modules with effective efficiency up to 7.58% (PTB7‐Th:PC71BM) and 8.90% (PBDB‐T:ITIC) are demonstrated with satisfying mechanical flexibility and operating stability. More importantly, this work outlines the shear impulse translation for organic printing electronics.  相似文献

A fused hexacyclic electron acceptor, IHIC, based on strong electron‐donating group dithienocyclopentathieno[3,2‐b ]thiophene flanked by strong electron‐withdrawing group 1,1‐dicyanomethylene‐3‐indanone, is designed, synthesized, and applied in semitransparent organic solar cells (ST‐OSCs). IHIC exhibits strong near‐infrared absorption with extinction coefficients of up to 1.6 × 105m ?1 cm?1, a narrow optical bandgap of 1.38 eV, and a high electron mobility of 2.4 × 10?3 cm2 V?1 s?1. The ST‐OSCs based on blends of a narrow‐bandgap polymer donor PTB7‐Th and narrow‐bandgap IHIC acceptor exhibit a champion power conversion efficiency of 9.77% with an average visible transmittance of 36% and excellent device stability; this efficiency is much higher than any single‐junction and tandem ST‐OSCs reported in the literature.  相似文献
