The flotability of scheelite and calcite was studied with Dioctyl dimethyl ammonium bromide (BDDA). The experiments were conducted on individual and mixed minerals as a function of pH with a micro-flotation cell. And oleic acid was tested for comparison. The flotation results revealed that the performance of BDDA is better than that of oleic acid and the best separation could be achieved with BDDA over the pH range 8-10. Through preliminary analysis, it is concluded that BDDA reacts with scheelite through electrostatic interaction. 相似文献

分别用731氧化石蜡皂和ZL作白钨矿的捕收剂,选别含钙脉石矿物高的白钨矿和多金属白钨矿,小型试验和工业试验结果表明,用ZL获得的钨精矿品位和回收率均高于用731氧化石蜡皂,且ZL捕收剂用量少.当含钙脉石矿物高的白钨矿矿石的原矿品位为WO30.58%时,用ZL作捕收剂可获得钨精矿品位66.82%、回收率90.98%的工业试验指标.ZL对白钨矿的捕收能力强、选择性好,且用量少. 相似文献

In this paper, cyclohexyl hydroxamic acid (CHA) was investigated as a new collector for scheelite flotation by the Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculation, mineral flotation tests, adsorption measurement and zeta potential determination. The DFT computation results indicated that the dianion of CHA or benzoylhydroxamic acid (BHA) exhibited stronger chemical reactivity than their anions and neutral molecules, and that the replacement of phenyl group by cyclohexyl group in BHA molecule significantly impacted the electron donating ability of hydroxamate collectors. In alkaline aqueous solutions, the two oxygen atoms in the dianions of CHA or BHA charged more negative charges than other atoms, and hence became their reactive center. The dianion of CHA exhibited higher atomic charge value, HOMO (Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) energy, bigger dipole moment and binding energy with Ca2+, thus it had stronger collecting ability for scheelite than that of BHA. In addition, the results of flotation tests, adsorption measurement and zeta potential determination validated that the collecting capability of CHA was stronger than that of BHA, which achieved excellent agreement with computational analysis. 相似文献

The flotation separation of scheelite from calcite using sodium oleate as collector and acidified sodium silicate as depressant has been studied. The results show that sodium oleate has collecting ability to both scheelite and calcite and the flotation separation of scheelite from calcite cannot be realized if collector is used only. The depressant acidified sodium silicate has selective depression effect on calcite and the optimum ratio of sodium silicate to oxalic is 3:1. The use of acidified sodium silicate as depressant can achieve the flotation separation of scheelite from calcite. Infrared studies and zeta potential measurements showed that the pre-adsorption of acidified sodium silicate interferes with the adsorption of sodium oleate on calcite surface while does not interfere with its adsorption on scheelite surface. 相似文献

Collector 733, a sodium soap (C12–16COONa) is widely used industrially for scheelite flotation. Low selectivity of 733 collector is always observed. In this study, a collector mixture of 733 and MES (sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate) demonstrated a high selectivity for the flotation of scheelite from calcite and fluorite. An optimal mass ratio 4:1 of 733:MES was found, producing a 65.76% WO3 concentrate grade with a recovery of 66.04% from a feed material containing only 0.57% WO3. In addition, the effect of water hardness and water glass addition were studied. The results indicated that the presence of Ca2+ or Mg2+ had little effect on the adsorption of the collector mixture at the scheelite surface. Addition of water glass for depressing calcite and fluorite had no significant effect on the adsorption of the collector mixture on the scheelite surface. The advantages of this new collector mixture (733+MES) include lower cost, low dosage, high tolerance against water hardness and high selectivity, and this collector mixture has great potential for industrial application. 相似文献

为实现西南某铜金硫多金属矿在低碱环境下的浮选分离,对硫化铜矿捕收剂 PZO的性能进行了研究.结果表明,PZO的起泡性能不仅优于2号油和 M IBC ,而且对硫化铜矿和自然金的选择捕收效果优于丁铵黑药和丁基黄药.在原矿铜品位1.23,、金品位1.98 g/t、银品位26.15 g/t、硫品位12.68,时,采用组合药剂丁基黄药+PZO作捕收剂,铜硫分离时将石灰用量从丁基黄药+2号油组合时的6000 g/t(pH=11.2)降至3000 g/t(pH=9.8),最终可获得铜品位23.02,、回收率92.65,,金品位20.32 g/t、回收率50.88,,银品位267.35 g/t、回收率56.50,的铜精矿,以及品位41.52,硫精矿的良好指标. 相似文献

某铜矿胶状黄铁矿含量较高,属难选矿石.针对其现场铜选别指标低的问题,进行高效铜捕收剂浮选试验研究.试验采用铜优先浮选工艺,高效捕收剂Y10作捕收剂、石灰法抑硫浮铜,获得了铜精矿铜品位为22.90%、回收率为86.83%的良好试验指标. 相似文献
