<正>1存在的问题我公司研发设计的系列辊式磨机可用于水泥熟料、原料、矿渣的最终粉磨,其工作原理是:物料经过下料溜槽进入磨机,借助于重力而落到磨盘中央。磨盘与减速机相连,以恒速旋转,磨盘将粉磨物料均匀的水平分布在磨盘的衬板上,磨辊压住物料并将其碾碎。在液压系统的作用下,磨盘、磨辊和物料之间产生了压力和摩擦力,从而对物料进行粉磨。离心力将粉碎后的物料从磨盘中部甩至磨盘的  相似文献

采用计算流体力学软件POLYFLOW 对串联式磨盘螺杆挤出机的磨盘研磨混炼段进行三维等温流动的数值模拟,并从统计学和动力学角度,采用分离尺度和时间平均混合效率,对磨盘区域的分布混合性能进行分析,研究磨盘构型和磨盘间隙对分布混合性能的影响.结果表明,臼目形磨盘的分布混合性能较好;磨盘间隙增大在一定程度上有利于提高分布混合性能.  相似文献

采用Polyflow软件模拟了聚合物熔体在串联式磨盘挤出机混炼段内的混合过程。将混合指数和分离尺度作为评价指标,借助统计学方法,分析了主要工艺参数(转速和喂料速率)对串联式磨盘挤出机混合性能的影响。研究结果表明:转速增大,串联式磨盘挤出机的分散混合性能和分布混合性能提高;喂料速率增大,串联式磨盘挤出机分散混合性能下降,但喂料速率对串联式磨盘挤出机分布混合性能影响较小。  相似文献

以某85m~3液氦铁路槽车储槽为研究对象,考虑液氦及氦气物性的变化,采用有限体积法进行了非稳态热响应数值研究,得到了不同时刻的储槽压力、温度及流速分布,分析了蒸发率和充装率对储槽压升、温升规律的影响。研究表明:随着模拟时间的增加,液氦出现了热分层,压力呈上部小、下部大的阶梯式分布,而气相空间压力分布较为均匀;近壁区液氦受热后,在浮升力作用下沿壁面上升至自由液面后流入液氦主流区;随着蒸发率的增加,储槽气相空间的温升及压升速率增加,而充装率对储槽的温升及压升速率影响较小。  相似文献

对螺旋槽中间面的中间线上的流体迹线进行拟合,将该拟合曲线作为干气密封的槽型线,建立拟合曲线槽三维立体模型,运用Fluent软件对该拟合曲线槽在干气密封特定工况下(压力为0.50MPa、转速为3kr/min)的最大压力、泄漏量进行数值模拟和分析,并与螺旋槽进行比较。研究结果表明:在相同工况下拟合曲线槽的最大压力为0.60MPa,螺旋槽的最大压力为0.55MPa;拟合曲线槽的泄漏量为8.0×10-3m3/h,螺旋槽的泄漏量为9.6×10-3m3/h。拟合曲线槽和螺旋槽相比,其动压效果更好,泄漏量更小,在工程上可以考虑用拟合曲线槽代替螺旋槽实现更好的密封效果。  相似文献

应用Solidworks软件建立螺旋槽干气密封三维立体模型,应用Fluent前处理Gambit软件对模型划分网格,应用Fluent软件对螺旋槽干气密封特定工况下的内部微间隙三维流场进行数值模拟,得到了流场的压力分布、速度分布以及泄漏量,所得流场数据与文献中实验结果吻合较好。改变操作参数再次模拟,得到了不同参数下流场的压力分布及泄漏量,并分析了操作参数对螺旋槽干气密封的影响。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
