环氧树腊虽然材料昂贵,但因其强度高、凝结时间短而运用广泛,我公司承担福建省惠泉啤酒股份有限公司北厂两侧203、204包装车间二楼彩砂耐磨防滑地坪地面严重起壳、破损抢修工作,在抢修过程中我们克服环氧树脂砂浆配制流程复杂、施工难度大、配合比不好确定等困难,一次性浇筑成功。在较短时间内完成,取得了显著经济效益。  相似文献

Plastic surfaces are used widely as flooring materials in public and residential buildings. When new floor coverings are developed, both field and laboratory tests are needed. In this study the tendency to soiling and wearing and the cleanability of six commercial plastic flooring surfaces were examined in both field and laboratory conditions. The plastic flooring surfaces were studied using colorimetry and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In the field experiments, outdoor conditions greatly affected soiling of the floorings, whereas the number of persons walking over the flooring did not correlate with the soiling values in the two buildings examined. Laboratory tests provided results rapidly and the plastic materials were ranked in a similar order of superiority both in the field and laboratory experiments. Furthermore, there was a significant correlation between the cleanability of the surfaces in the field and laboratory experiments (r = 0.94). The laboratory methods can therefore be used for obtaining indicative information for selecting materials for practical use and for comparing the cleanability properties of the materials.  相似文献

Phthalates are used as plasticizers in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials and it is known that phthalates may migrate into the surrounding environment and then become a source for human uptake. The aim of the study was to investigate whether residential PVC flooring was related to the urinary levels of phthalate metabolites determined in pregnant women. The data were from the Swedish SELMA study where sampling was conducted during the time period 2007‐2010. Spot urine samples from 1674 women at the end of the first trimester were analyzed for 14 metabolites from seven phthalates and one phthalate alternative. Data on flooring material in the kitchen and the parents’ bedrooms as well as potential confounders were collected by postal questionnaires at the same time as the urine samples were taken. Multiple regression modeling by least square geometric mean and weighted quantile sum regression was applied to log‐transformed and creatinine‐adjusted phthalate metabolite concentrations adjusted for potential confounders from questionnaire data. This study has found significantly higher urinary levels of the BBzP metabolite (MBzP) in pregnant women living in homes with PVC flooring as compared to homes with other flooring materials.  相似文献

Formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the adhesive, flooring, and flooring with adhesive were measured using a desiccator, a 20-L chamber and a field and laboratory emission cell (FLEC). Flooring with an adhesive is similar to that used in construction was applied to a floor heating system and an air circulation system, and the surface temperature of the flooring was set to 20 °C, 26 °C and 32 °C. The rate of formaldehyde emission from the flooring was the highest at 32 °C using a desiccator and decreased with time. The formaldehyde and aldehyde emissions from the samples using a 20-L chamber and FLEC showed a similar tendency. The VOCs emission trends with the 20-L chamber and FLEC were similar. The rate of formaldehyde and TVOC emission determined using FLEC was higher than that determined using the 20-L chamber method. The flooring emitted primarily benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, styrene, xylene, as well as some unknown VOCs. There was a strong correlation between formaldehyde and TVOC emission for the 20-L chamber and FLEC. Samples using a floor heating system showed higher formaldehyde emission than those using an air circulation system. The level of TVOC emission was higher from the samples using an air circulation system than those using the floor heating system.  相似文献

The main objective of this paper was to examine the overall moisture behaviour of an in situ cast concrete ground slab during the initial drying period of the fresh concrete from casting to flooring. This article describes and evaluates various methods to measure moisture levels in concrete slabs in order to decide if flooring can be attached. The most accurate method is verified against measurements and compared with calculations. Many of the methods only consider the surface moisture content of the slab and do not consider the moisture condition deep in the slab. According to performed laboratory tests and FE modelling, moisture content of the slab surface is not a reliable indicator of the overall moisture conditions of the slab. Residual moisture deep in the slab has a major effect on the moisture distribution at the slab cross-section after flooring. The only reliable method to determine the moisture conditions in a new concrete ground slab before flooring is to measure the moisture content at the equivalent depth of the slab. It reliably predicts the ultimate moisture content at slab/flooring interface after flooring. A ground slab is drying in two directions: towards the indoor air by evaporation from the slab surface, and towards the cooler subsoil layers by diffusion. The significance of drying downwards increases after the flooring assembly.  相似文献
