研究了橡胶型乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)/NBR共混比、硫黄和叔丁基酚醛树脂(2402树脂)硫化体系对共混物性能的影响,并对比了动态硫化和静态硫化共混物在性能上的差异。试验结果表明,EVM/NBR共混比显著影响共混物的力学性能,而采用NBR预先动态硫化的方法后,共混物胶料的挤出口型膨胀率明显减小,老化性能得到改善,同时减弱了硫黄和2402树脂等硫化体系对EVM硫化的影响,使多种硫化体系可以共存于共混物中。DSC分析表明EVM/NBR动态硫化共混物只有一个玻璃化温度,且介于EVM和NBR之间,说明EVM和NBR具有良好的相容性。 相似文献

NBR的溴化酚醛树脂硫化体系和聚丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)的硫化剂ABS会相互干扰,产生硫化不相容性,导致NBR,ACM和NBR/ACM共混物性能下降。通过在NBR/ACM共混物中加入溴化酚醛树脂对NBR进行动态硫化,然后加入ABS对ACM进行静态硫化的方法,能够较好地解决这两种不相容硫化体系的相容性问题,所得到的共混物表现出良好的物理性能,且优于相应的静态硫化共混物。同时考察了NBR/ACM的共混比对共混物性能的影响。 相似文献

在氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和NBR中加入促进剂NA22首先对CPE进行动态硫化,然后加入硫黄对NBR进行静态硫化制备了CPE/NBR共混物。考察了促进剂NA22用量、CPE/NBR共混比以及动态硫化温度对共混物性能的影响。结果表明,动态硫化是解决CPE与NBR相容性问题的有效手段;促进剂NA22存在饱和点,用量以2份为宜;CPE用量增大,动态硫化共混物交联密度则略有升高;动态硫化温度提高(160~180℃),交联密度增大。 相似文献

对HNBR/NBR共混的相容性和硫化体系进行了研究,探讨了共混比、填料等对共混胶静态力学性能的影响以及不同共混比胶料的动态力学性能,并分析了共混胶的加工性能。结果表明:选择适当的硫化交联剂,提高共混胶的共硫化是获得优异性性能的关键。甲基丙烯酸镁(MMG)对共混胶有明显的增硬作用,并可适当改善共混胶的物理机械性能和耐热老化性能。共混胶有着较好的加工性能,并可降低混炼胶料的成本 相似文献

研究了共混比及硫化体系对氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)/天然橡胶(NR)共混物性能的影响,探讨了老化温度及防老剂对氧化锌/促进剂TMTD/促进剂DM硫化体系硫化的CIIR/NR共捐物耐热氧老化性能的影响。试验结果表明,氧化锌/促进剂TMTD/促进剂DM(5.0/1.5/1.0)硫化体系硫化的CIIR/NR共混物的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率与按共混比计算的平均值差别较小,尤其是拉伸强度与计算值完全一致。当共混物中CIIR用量超过50份时,共混物的耐热氧老化性能明显改善。不同防老剂对CIIR/NR(50/50)共混物热氧老化的防护效能大小顺序为RD及4010>4010NA>MB>D。防老剂RD先加入到NR中后再与CIIR共混.其防护效能更佳。 相似文献

以ABS、氯丁橡胶(CR)、马来酸酐(MA)接枝SBR(SBR-MA)作增容剂对PVC/SBR的共混比、增容剂、增塑剂用量做了优化选择。同时对动态硫化PVC/SBR的硫化体系、硫化工艺条件进行了探讨,并比较了动态硫化对共混体性能的影响。结果表明:PVC/SBR为80/20,增容剂ABS/SBR-MA为5/5时,选用半有效硫化体系,165℃下动态硫化6min,共混物综合性能最佳 相似文献

Chemical complexes containing N-R-sulfonyldithiocarbimates have been looked at as potential substitutes for N-R-dithiocarbamates as accelerators for the vulcanization process, especially due to their structural similarities and, most importantly, for the capability of this last compound to not form nitrosamines during the vulcanization process. The zinc complex bis(N-phenylsulfonyldithiocarbimate)zincate(II) (n-PSC) of tetrabutylammonium was tested in nitrile rubber compositions and its performance compared with bis(4-methylphenylsulfonyldithiocarbimate)zincate(II) (MPSC) of tetrabutylammonium and also with commercial accelerators. The complex n-PSC imparted values of cure times intermediate between those given by ultrafast and moderate commercial accelerators. Nitrile rubber compounded with n-PSC also presented similar mechanical properties as compared with the commercial accelerators except for an inferior aging resistance. Concerning the two complexes, n-PSC was found to promote better properties such as optimum cure time, crosslink density, and elongation at break as compared with MPSC. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了不同相容剂、硫化体系、增塑剂以及成型温度对动态硫化丁腈橡胶/聚丙烯热塑性弹性体(NBR/PPTPV)耐油性能的影响。结果表明,当端氨基液体丁腈橡胶(ATBN)为5份,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MP)为10份时,ATBN/MP增容的TPV具有优异的耐油性能;酚醛树脂硫化TPV的耐油性能比过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、溴化树脂硫化的TPV都要优越;聚酯增塑TPV的耐油性能优于邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)增塑的TPV;热成型温度对TPV的耐油性能影响不大。 相似文献

用孟山都流变仪测定了1种NBR—18硫化体系和2种NSR—26硫化体系在170℃下的硫化曲线,三者的转矩P均随硫化时间t的增加而增大.用数学模型y(P)=f_1(t)+f_2(t)来描述P的变化,各试样f_1(t)的函数形式相同,即f_1(t)=A cxp[-K_1(t-t_o)];f_2(t)的函数形式因试样不同而异,试样1为f_2(t)=B-K_2(t-t_o).试样2为f_2(t)=B cxp[-K_2(t-t_o)],试样3为f_3(t)=[B+K_2(t-t_o)]~(-1).结果表明,各试样P的实验值和计算值基本吻合. 相似文献

Several mechanisms can be used to describe the vulcanization process, and study of the reactions that actually take place can be done through different techniques. In this work, two methods that used rheometric parameters to calculate the kinetic constant were compared for the cure of nitrile rubber with a system of phenolic resin, polychloroprene, and zinc oxide. The formulations and data analysis were based on a complete factorial experiment design. The results enabled the identification of the influence of each parameter involved in the vulcanization process and the suitability of the two methods used. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The scope of this study is to continue our earlier studies on the peroxide curing of diene elastomers. The effect of peroxide content and temperature on the curing and mechanical properties of NBR and H‐NBR rubbers with different acrilonitrile content was evaluated. Experimental evidence indicates that saturated rubbers behave as expected whereas in unsaturated nitrile rubbers abstraction of allylic hydrogen and addition to the double bonds can act as mechanism of crosslinking, the weight of each mechanism is dependent of DCP content and curing temperature. The addition mechanism produces densely crosslinked zones or clusters, generating a heterogeneous network with effect on the vulcanizate properties. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用动态硫化法制备了丁腈橡胶(NBR-41)/二元共聚氯醚(ECO)共混胶,对其结构进行了表征,研究了其物理机械性能、流变性能和动态力学性能等,并与常规共混胶进行了对比。结果表明,动态硫化胶中NBR-41为分散相,ECO为连续相;与NBR-41/ECO常规共混胶相比,NBR-41/ECO动态硫化胶具有高拉伸强度、低压缩永久变形、低损耗、良好的加工性能及耐低温性能;NBR-41/ECO动态硫化胶的气密性能与ECO相当,而耐油性能优于ECO。 相似文献

Zinc salts of ethyl, isopropyl, and butyl xanthates were prepared in the laboratory. The effect of these xanthates in combination with zinc diethyldithiocarbamate (ZDC) on the vulcanization of silica‐filled NBR compounds has been studied at different temperatures. The cure times of these compounds were compared with that of NBR compounds containing tetramethylthiuram disulphide/dibenzthiazyl disulphide. The rubber compounds with the xanthates and ZDC were cured at various temperatures from 60 to 150°C. The sheets were molded and properties such as tensile strength, tear strength, crosslink density, elongation at break, compression set, abrasion resistance, flex resistance, heat buildup, etc. were evaluated. The properties showed that zinc salt of xanthate/ZDC combination has a positive synergistic effect on the cure rate and mechanical properties of NBR compounds. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
