In the era of technology, a variety of powerful equipments are design to satisfy the demand of industry sector. However, these equipments need a stable and reliable electrical supply in order for the whole system to flow smoothly. The overview of this paper is mainly about the load shedding application toward a large pulp mill electrical system using the multi-decision making methods which are the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. Whenever there are shortages of electrical supply, the load shedding method shall be applied in order to recover and stabilize the system. Load shedding is a module that shed the higher possible load in the system to overcome the voltage shortage in the system. The objective of this paper is to extract the possible unnecessary load and determine the ranking of the load according to their importance level. The proposed methods are to test on the plant load shedding table from a paper pulp mill industry with 25 load points for practical applications.  相似文献

利用吸收式热泵回收汽轮机凝汽余热来提高电厂的供热能力和能源利用效率,是大型热电联产节能领域的重点研究方向。在该类型系统中,抽汽和凝汽参数的选择既影响着凝汽余热利用系统的性能,又影响着供热机组运行的安全与经济性。对此,在深入剖析大型供热机组的设计和工作机理的基础上,从运行安全出发,确定基于凝汽余热利用的抽、凝参数的选择依据及关联,分析凝汽余热利用对供热机组发电的影响,结果表明:空冷机组在小容积流量工况下比湿冷机组具备更强的适应能力;应综合供热和发电2方面因素评价凝汽余热利用热电联产系统的能源利用效率。  相似文献

Generators are very efficient and are typically quite reliable. This article describes, key preventive maintenance actions, along with recommended cycle times of the generator. Initially, the basic preventive maintenance tasks such as visual inspection of generator components, particularly the stator windings, rotors and wedge system is discussed. An extensive generator health assessment should be done to determine what problems are most severe and need priority attention.  相似文献

There are a variety of control strategies that one may consider for cement mill circuit control and often several methods for implementing each strategy. Ideally, the control strategy selected and methodology used in it's implementation should not only optimize circuit performance in terms of productivity but also be able to optimize quality. A linear quadratic multivariable controller has been applied to milling circuits and these goals successfully accomplished. The results are a stable circuit with mill and separator optimized, producing a consistent quality product of a predictable fineness. 依托S02型磨煤机,对胜利5层褐煤开展试验研究及选型计算,提出了采用与胜利5层褐煤相匹配FM410.1300型风扇磨煤机,并按6+2进行配置,在单台磨煤机通风量满足 BMCR负荷对给煤量干燥的要求时,风煤比为1.54.按照 S02型磨煤机试验曲线得出的煤粉细度R90、制粉单耗、磨煤机通风量和提升压力,并对其修正后得到该风扇磨煤机的提升压力为1594 Pa.制粉系统管道阻力建议与该磨煤机提升压力相匹配.对小型 S02型磨煤机和现场MB3600/1000/490型大型风扇磨煤机分别进行了胜利5层褐煤风扇磨煤机的选型计算,得出的磨煤机提升压力计算结果基本一致,表明依据小型S02型风扇磨煤机进行风扇磨煤机关键参数选型可行.  相似文献

The authors describe a supply-curve methodology that can determine the conservation value of CVR (conservation voltage reduction) applied to many distribution systems in a region. It is shown that, in the area served by Bonneville Power Administration involving approximately 150 utilities, the systematic implementation of CVR could conserve between 170 and 268 average Megawatts at a cost of 5 cents/kWh. A large portion of this CVR resource would be available at less than 1 cent/kWh (142 to 230 AMW). The intermediate estimate of the regional CVR resource at 1 cent/kWh (179 AMW) exceeds the conservation potential (150 AMW) that is possible at the same cost from implementing major efficiency improvements (reconductoring, transformer replacement, and voltage upgrading) on Pacific Northwest transmission and distribution systems  相似文献

This paper addresses an optimal strategy for the daily energy exchange of a 22-MW combined-cycle cogeneration plant of an industrial factory operating in a liberalized electricity market. The optimization problem is formulated as a Mixed-Integer Linear Programming Problem (MILP) that maximizes the profit from energy exchange of the cogeneration, and is subject to the technical constraints and the industrial demand profile. The integer variables are associated with export or import of electricity whereas the real variables relate to the power output of gas and steam turbines, and to the electricity purchased from or sold to the market. The proposal is applied to a real cogeneration plant in Spain where the detailed cost function of the process is obtained. The problem is solved using a large-scale commercial package and the results are discussed and compared with different predefined scheduling strategies.  相似文献

The specific features of the thermal operating conditions of the internal combustion engine and the design circuits of a mini cogeneration station’s heat-recovery unit are considered. The basic scheme of the heat-recovery unit’s thermal parameters automatic control system is proposed, the use of which makes it possible to maintain the design temperatures of coolants and heating agents (cooling liquid and oil, combustion products, and heat network water) during variations of the electrical and heat loads of consumers. The results from rig tests of the 450-kW(t) heat-recovery unit for a mini cogeneration station equipped with a YaMZ-8401 gaspiston engine are presented.  相似文献

近年来火电厂单元机组容量不断增大,但机组制粉系统耗电量却一直居高不下,一般能占到厂用电的15%~25%左右。因此机组制粉系统的节能降耗对降低整个电厂厂用电率将起到至关重要的作用。以某电厂中储式钢球磨煤机制粉系统作为研究对象,着重分析了影响钢球磨煤机能耗的因素,运用音频信号测量原理,对钢球磨煤机制粉系统的料位自动控制方法进行了介绍,实现了对钢球磨煤机料位的自动控制,达到了节能降耗的目的。  相似文献

The net cost of heat production at cogeneration stations equipped with gas turbine units, steam turbine units, and combined-cycle plants is analyzed by way of comparison.
