本文采用热压工艺制备TiC和Al2O3共同补强Y-TZP基复相陶瓷,研究了复相陶瓷的相组成。力学性能及显微结构,发现复相陶瓷的高温强度得到显著提高,1000℃时,组成为30vol%TiC-(25vol%,Al2O3/1.8Y-TZP)复相陶冷饮 抗弯强度高达614MPa,TiC颗粒补强机制在高温下发挥了重要作用。 相似文献

本文以ZrOCl28H2O、Al2O3及Y(NO3)3为原料,用共沉淀法合成Y2O3含量不同的ZrO2-Al2O3复合粉体,并采用热压工艺制备复相陶瓷.研究了氧化钇含量对复相陶瓷力学性能及应力诱导下氧化锆相变能力的影响.结果表明,氧化钇含量为1.8mol%时,复相陶瓷中氧化锆仍能全部保持为四方相,且在应力诱导下可相交量高达64.6%,使材料呈现优良的室温和较好的高温力学性能. 相似文献

The microstructures and dielectric properties of xCaTiO3/(1−x)LaSrAlO4 composite ceramics were investigated. CaTiO3 and LaSrAlO4 could co-exist when the content of CaTiO3 was no more than 30 mol%, while LaAlO3 and CaO phases were observed in the composite ceramics with higher CaTiO3 content. The dielectric constant of the composite ceramics increased with increasing the additive content, and the dielectric loss generally increased with increasing the additive content because of the presence of phase boundary and the high dielectric loss of the minor phases. The temperature coefficient of dielectric constant decreased with increasing the additive content firstly, and then it increased abnormally when x equals to 40 mol%, finally it decreased with increasing the additive content further. The dielectric properties predicted from serial formula were most close to those obtained from experiment among the classical dielectric mixture rules. 相似文献

Ba1-xSrxTiO3 ceramics, doped with B2O3-Li2O glasses have been fabricated via a traditional ceramic process at a low sintering temperature of 900 ℃ using liquid-phase sintering aids. The microstructures and di- electric properties of B2O3-Li2O glasses doped Ba1-xSrxTiO3 ceramics have been investigated systemat- ically. The temperature dependence dielectric constant and loss reveals that B2O3-Li2O glasses doped Ba1-xSrxTiO3 ceramics have di?usion phase transformation characteristics. For 5 wt% B2O3-Li2O glasses doped Ba0.55Sr0.45TiO3 composites, the tunability is 15.4% under a dc-applied electric field of 30 kV/cm at 10 kHz; the dielectric loss can be controlled about 0.0025; and the Q value is 286. These composite ceramics sintered at low temperature with suitable dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, relatively high tunability and high Q value are promising candidates for multilayer low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) and potential microwave tunable devices applications. 相似文献

Gelcasting was employed to fabricate Si3N4/SiC whisker (SiCw) composite ceramics, and the effects of heat-treatment temperature on the length-to-diameter ratio of the whiskers and SiCw content on microwave dielectric properties were studied. Compared with pure SiCw of spherical structure obtained at temperature of 1,750 °C(Ar), pure SiCw treated at 1,600 °C(Ar) showed rod-like structure, higher dielectric properties and more evenly distribution in Si3N4/SiCw composite ceramics. Both the real (ε′) and imaginary (ε″) permittivity of Si3N4/SiC whisker (SiCw) composite ceramics decreased with increasing frequency and increased as the whisker content raised owing to the interface and SiCw playing a role of dipole in the frequency range of 8.2–12.4 GHz. In addition, comparing the ceramics with lower content of SiCw, the reflectivity of the composite ceramics moved to a lower frequency; the maximum absorption peak reached ?22.4 dB at the whisker content of 15 wt%. 相似文献

采用热压烧结法制备了Al2O3/LiTaO3 (ALT) 陶瓷复合材料, 研究了Al2O3不同体积含量(5vol%、10vol%、15vol%和20vol%)对LiTaO3压电陶瓷介电性能的影响. 结果表明:随着频率的增加, 不同Al2O3含量的ALT陶瓷复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗均降低, 但降低的幅度不同. 少量Al2O3(5vol%)的添加既能增大材料的介电常数同时又降低了材料的介电损耗, 但是随着Al2O3含量的继续增加, ALT陶瓷复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗都增大, 其居里温度先升高后降低. Al2O3作为第二相不但能促进LiTaO3陶瓷烧结致密,而且对ALT陶瓷复合材料的介电性能也有提高. 相似文献

通过传统固相二次烧结法来制备x wt% Al2O3(x=0、1.0、1.5)/BaTi0.85Sn0.15O3(BTS)陶瓷。研究了掺杂不同含量Al2O3对BTS陶瓷的微观结构、介电性能及挠曲电性能的影响。结果表明,掺杂Al2O3的BTS陶瓷不改变陶瓷的晶体结构,仍为标准钙钛矿结构晶型;Al2O3的掺入能够有效降低晶粒尺寸,具有明显的细晶作用。随着Al2O3含量的增大,Al2O3/BTS陶瓷的介电常数减小,介电损耗得到明显改善,居里峰逐渐宽化且向温度高的方向偏移。Al2O3/BTS陶瓷的挠曲电系数随着Al2O3含量的增加和测试环境温度的升高均减小。此外,Al2O3/BTS陶瓷的挠曲电系数和介电常数之间存在一种近线性关系,但当温度非常接近于居里温度时,这种线性关系减弱。 相似文献

采用固相法将纳米TiO2引入0.94Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3-0.06BaTiO3 (简称NBT-6BT)钙钛矿结构压电陶瓷晶界中, 成功制备出NBT-6BT: xTiO2 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) 0-3型复合结构陶瓷, 并系统地研究了掺杂TiO2对陶瓷的结构及压电性能的影响。实验结果表明, 部分TiO2进入晶格内部造成陶瓷单斜相Cc含量减少, 晶体对称性提高; 随着TiO2的掺杂量的增加, 明显提高了NBT-6BT陶瓷的退极化温度。对NBT-6BT:0.1TiO2样品, 在保持一定压电常数(69 pC/N)的前提下, 陶瓷的退极化温度相比纯NBT-6BT提升约88%, 此时介电损耗tanδ=0.044, 表明该材料是一种适用于更高温区间的新型无铅压电材料。 相似文献
