蒸汽加热器是油田生产中广泛使用的一个热交换设备,在原油开采、炼制、天然气加工等装置中占有较大的比重。南海某海上油田用蒸汽加热器的换热界面温度在190℃左右,热交换界面极易结垢,运用Scalechem结垢预测软件对其结垢趋势进行预测并与现场垢样分析结果进行对比,确定其主要结垢类型为Ca SO4垢。研究开发了一种可抑制高温下Ca SO4结垢的阻垢分散剂TS-50610F,当换热介质温度低于180℃时,阻垢剂TS-50610F的加入量达到150 mg/L,阻垢率可达到93%以上。 相似文献

High‐abrasion furnace black (HAF, grade N330) filled nonsulfur modified powdered polychloroprene rubber [P(CR231/HAF)] was prepared with the method of carbon black–rubber latex coagulation using CR231 latex as raw rubber material, HAF as reinforcing filler, and polymeric resin as coating resin. The influence of the content of dispersing agent and coating resin on contact staining and dispersion properties of carbon black in P(CR231/HAF) were investigated. The results show that the addition of dispersing agent and coating resins can decrease the contact staining level of carbon black effectively. When the dispersing agent/HAF (w/w) ratio was 0.12 or 0.1, 10 phr coating resin was added, and P(CR231/HAF) without contact staining can be prepared. The analysis on scanning electron microscopy and surface energy spectrum showed that free carbon black crumb on the surface and inner of P(CR231/HAF) particles causes its contact staining. Three kinds of dispersing agents, all copolyesters, were synthesized from the polycondensation reaction of dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), dimethyl isophthalate (DMI), sebacic acid (SA), and 1,4-butandiol (BD). Copolyester from DMT, SA, and BD was designated as PBTS; from DMT, SA, DMI, and BD as PBTIS; and from DMT, DMI, and BD as PBTI. Carbon black masterbatches were prepared by mixing carbon black into the dispersing agents in a Brabender Plasticorder PLE331. Using single screw extruder, masterbatches were compounded with poly(ethylene terephthalate) in 3 wt% concentration and mechanical properties of the compounds were investigated. Gel permeation chromatography data implied that thermal degradation of polymeric dispersing agents was not very significant. Capillary rheometer tests showed that PBTI has the highest viscosity and shear sensitivity of the three dispersing agents. Volume resistivities of each masterbatch were increased as the rotor rpm of the Brabender and mixing time increased. Transmission electron micrographs showed that dispersion of carbon black was enhanced by increasing the melt viscosity of the dispersing agent. The performance and mechanical characteristics of carbon-black-filled PET compounds depends directly on the dispersion quality of the carbon black in the masterbatch. Mechanical properties of compounds were improved by increasing dispersion of carbon black and increasing numbers of rigid aromatic groups in the copolyester dispersing agent. 相似文献

以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)及马来酸酐(MA)为单体,(NH4)2S2O8/NaHSO3氧化还原体系为引发剂,水为溶剂,通过溶液聚合制备了一种新型两性共聚物阻垢剂。用红外光谱和热分析方法对共聚物进行了表征和分析。探讨了聚合工艺条件对共聚物阻垢效果的影响,评价了其阻垢分散性能。结果表明,该共聚物对碳酸钙、磷酸钙具有优异的阻垢效果,并且具有良好的分散氧化铁性能。当共聚物质量浓度为10 mg/L时,其对碳酸钙的阻垢率达90%以上,对磷酸钙的阻垢率达95%以上。 相似文献

以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,乙醇为分散介质,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂进行了苯乙烯(St)的分散聚合;讨论了引发剂、交联剂、分散剂、单体用量对聚合物粒径及分布的影响,制备了交联型单分散聚苯乙烯微球。实验表明:当交联剂质量分数达到单体质量分数的1%时,微球依然可以保持良好的单分散性。在聚合体系中引入抗坏血酸,使其与微量的氧结合,有效地提高了微球的均匀度。 相似文献

采用熔融挤出法,在引发剂和分散剂的作用下,将马来酸酐(MAH)单体接枝到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)分子,制备马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAH-g-PE),用以替代进口的通信电缆屏蔽层专用树脂。并研究了引发剂用量、分钐剂种类和用量及螺杆转速对接杆率、熔体流动速率和与铝箔之间剥离强度的影响,从而得出最佳配方。其性能基本接近进口产品,有很大的应用价值。 相似文献
