我公司原合成氨联产15 kt/a甲醇装置用2个DN800甲醇合成塔配套DN800、DN1 200双塔蒸馏系统生产。随着公司合成氨翻番扩建工程的投产,为进一步降低合成氨净化系统的能耗,减轻铜洗的负荷,稳定合成氨系统生产,便于公司产品结构调整,新设计、建造了1套联醇装置。该装置粗醇系统利用原DN1 400尿素合成塔改制成甲醇合成塔和分离器外壳,内件重新设计,精醇系统利用原DN1 200塔作预塔,新上DN1 600主塔,粗醇生产能力为40 kt/a,精醇生产能力为45 kt/a。该装置一次开车成功,其设计有不少独特之处,现总结如下。1 40 kt/a粗甲醇系统1·1工艺简述压缩… 相似文献

The facile fabrication of a bioderived flame retardant (marked as ATMP-A) via ionic exchange between adenine and amino trimethylene phosphonic acid was reported in the present work. The incorporation of ATMP-A endows the poly lactic acid (PLA)/poly butylene adipate-co-terephthalate (PBAT)/thermoplastic starch (TPS) ternary blends with improved fire safety without negatively affecting the biodegradability. The PLA/PBAT/TPS blend containing 18 wt% ATMP-A alone achieves a UL-94 V-0 rating with a higher LOI value (28%). Meanwhile, its peak of the heat release rate and total heat release are reduced by 60.5% and 34.1% as compared with the PLA/PBAT/TPS ternary blend, respectively. Such excellent flame retardancy is mainly attributed to the formation of the intumescent flame retardant system in which ATMP-A acts as both acid and gas sources together with TPS as a natural carbon source. Based on the analysis of the volatile gases and the char residues, a possible flame retardant mechanism including gas phase and condensed phase is proposed. This work provides a novel and effective idea for improving the fireproof performance of PLA/PBAT/TPS blends and will broaden its practical application fields, such as, agricultural film and packaging fields. 相似文献

Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) is a biodegradable, brittle, and high-cost polymer, which can be applied over structural components and green packaging. In this study, we reinforced PLA with natural cotton (10 wt %) and thermoplastic starch (TPS; 3 wt %) to obtain a biodegradable and lower cost composite. TPS was incorporated in three distinct ways: it was blended, coated, and blended and coated. In this study, we investigated the compatibilization of TPS in the improvement of matrix-reinforcement adhesion and increase in the tensile behavior without a compromise in biodegradation. The samples were investigated with thermal analysis, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis, tensile testing, scanning electron microscopy, confocal laser scanning microscopy, and hydrolytic degradation. The results show that the coupling effect was more pronounced in the PLATPS–cottonTPS (hybrid system with PLA and cotton) hybrid system. This formulation presented a higher glass-transition temperature, thermal stability, storage modulus, wettability, and ductility. The TPS addition improved the adhesion between the matrix and starched cotton fiber and retarded abiotic biodegradation. Replacement of animal-derived capsules with those of plant origin, which are safe and stable, is the development tendency at present. However, properties of pure plant materials, such as high hydrophobicity, low solubility, and poor film-forming ability, restrict the popularization and application of plant capsules. In the present study, a novel blend of zein and Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides (TPS) was developed by a facile one-step shear method. Properties of the blend were investigated to show its potential in being used as raw materials for capsule shells. According to viscosity, rheological behaviors, and microscopic morphology of the blends, TPS molecules enhance both the stability and gelling functions of the mixture by wrapping around the zein aggregations. It was revealed that the viscosity of the zein/TPS system increases with the zein content, while the elasticity of it increases with the TPS content. The films obtained from the blends were characterized by mechanical properties and SEM, showing a zein/TPS mass ratio of 7:3 leads to the most appropriate TS and highest EAB among all films tested. The FTIR and XRD analysis suggested the physical mixing of zein and TPS in the blend films. As shown by the DSC curves, the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the blend film gradually dropped with the addition of TPS, which was a consequence of the weakening of intermolecular interactions. The paper introduced the whole process, from raw material preparation to ZT capsule production, further verifying the application potentials of such a novel plant material. 相似文献
