本文介绍了一种带预处理电路的CMOS四象限模拟乘法器,对其预处理电路(有源衰减器及电平位移电路)和乘法器核心电路的非线性误差作了详细的讨论.设计采用3微米N阱硅栅CMOS工艺,并给出了电路的SPICE模拟结果.当电源电压为±5V时,功耗小于6.5mW,线性输入电压范围约为±4V;当输入电压范围限于±3V内时,总谐波失真和非线性误差均小于0.33%,-3dB带宽为13.0MHz和2.2MHz;当输入电压范围限于±2V内时,总谐波失真小于0.18%,具有良好的性能. 相似文献

讨论了基于MOS晶体管亚阈值区特性的CMOS四象限模拟乘法器的设计。分析了四种乘法器核的直流传输特性,给出的PSPICE模拟结果验证了理论分析。模拟结果表明,对于电源电压为1.5V(或±1.5V),当输入电压范围限于±0.08V时,非线性误差小于1%;-3dB带宽约为340kHz,静态功耗小于1μW。给出的乘法器核可应用在便携式电子系统模拟信号处理电路中,特别适于在神经网络系统中的应用。 相似文献

This paper presents the use of generative probabilistic models for multimedia retrieval. Gaussian mixture models are estimated to describe the visual content of images (or video) and are explored in different ways of using them for retrieval. So-called query generation (how likely is the query given the document model) and document generation (how likely is the document given the query model) approaches are considered and how both fit in a common probabilistic framework is explained. Query generation is shown to be theoretically superior, and confirmed experimentally on the Trecvid search task. However, it is found that in some cases a document generation approach gives better results. Especially in the cases where queries are narrow and visual results are combined with textual results, the document generation approach seems to be better at setting a visual context than the query generation variant. 相似文献

system nonlinearities, and consequently unveil a direct connection from model parameters to system frequency response characteristics,
a parametric characteristic analysis approach is proposed for Volterra systems described by a nonlinear differential equation
(NDE). The parametric characteristics of the generalized frequency response functions (GFRFs) for the NDE model are established,
and some important properties are discussed, which can explicitly reveal what model parameters contribute and how these parameters
affect the GFRFs. Based on the parametric characteristic analysis, it is demonstrated how the system frequency domain characteristics
are related to the system time domain model parameters and how the output frequency response function can now be determined
explicitly with a detailed polynomial structure. These new results provide a significant and novel insight into the analysis

In this work, two planar near-field scan-plane reduction techniques are considered and results are presented. It is shown how truncation based on field-intensity contours, instead of simple geometric truncation, can in some cases improve the efficiency of the truncation process.
