铜熔炼过程最佳冰铜品位选择研究

基于已开发的铜熔炼过程计算机模型,对铜熔炼过程进行了模拟,分析了冰铜品位与铜熔炼过程气相组成、体系中铁氧化物含量、渣含铜及伴生元素行为之间的关系,结果表明:系统O_2、SO_3分压随冰铜品位提高而变大,S_2分压随冰铜品位提高而变小;冰铜品位在50%~70%之间时,熔体中Fe_3O_4含量较少;冰铜品位在50%~60%之间时,伴生元素在冰铜中分配较少;冰铜品位在60%~70%之间时,渣含铜较低;处理低品位精矿时,生产高品位冰铜对铜直收率不利。     

富氧底吹熔炼处理复杂铜精矿过程中杂质元素的分布与走向

对复杂铜精矿富氧底吹熔炼过程中杂质元素Pb、As、Sb、Bi和Ni的分布与走向进行分析。结果表明,当冰铜品位为45%~50%时,Pb主要分布于冰铜、电尘灰和烟气中,分别占39.95%、22.50%和18.80%;As主要分布于熔炼烟气、电尘灰和熔炼渣中,分别占66.87%、18.13%和7.51%;Sb主要分布于熔炼渣、冰铜和烟气中,分别占58.10%、22.50%和15.07%;Bi主要分布于电尘灰、冰铜和烟气中,分别占37.82%、20.78%和27.58;Ni主要分布于冰铜和熔炼渣中,分别占70.65%和26.44%。     

确保弃渣含铜较低的三菱工艺

本文详细讨论了确保三菱连续铜熔炼和吹炼工艺产出的弃渣含铜较低的相关因素,重点讨论高效熔炼与渣贫化阶段,尤其是将渣中铜损失降至最低的那些重要的设计特点与生产实践。生产冰铜时,通常认为渣含铜直接与冰铜的品位有关。大多数其他冶炼工艺仅生产含铜30%～63%的冰铜,其中一些工艺要求进一步处理弃渣,以达到满意的铜回收率。相反,三菱工艺通常将冰铜品位控制在67%～69%范围,同时还能将弃渣中铜损失保持在0.6%左右。     

炼铜厂冰铜品位的计算——以有效氧为基础的冰铜品位计算方程式的改进

关于冰铜品位详细计算方法的资料尚未见诸发表,而常用的是假定在熔炼阶段脱除硫的经验方法。正确理解熔炼产出的冰铜品位,对于炉料的适当造渣是十分重要的,因为冰铜品位一方(?)意味着铁的含(旦力),另一方(?)意味着铁在渣和冰铜之间的分配。对于熔炼炉的操作和炉渣化学控制来说,铁的适当造渣是必要的。     

铜闪速熔炼过程中渣-冰铜-气三相平衡研究

在铜闪速熔炼中,高富氧强化熔炼可提高单炉处理能力及烟气中SO2浓度,但也增加了控制冰铜品位及渣含铜的难度。熔体温度需高于熔体的液相温度方可保证熔体的流动性,使熔体在沉淀池中顺利分层及排放。但过高的温度会增大耐火材料侵蚀,缩短炉子寿命。为确定优化的生产条件,通过冷淬、EPMA分析技术测定了铜闪速熔炼过程中熔炼渣、冰铜的显微结构及成分,并通过FactSage 8.1热力学分析软件研究了冰铜品位、硫分压及氧分压之间的关系,以及熔炼渣成分（Fe/SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、MgO、ZnO含量）和硫分压对熔炼渣液相温度的影响。     

冰铜品位控制在Ausmelt工艺生产中的利弊

昆钢新区2500m~3高炉的经济最低入炉品位

对昆钢新区2500m~3高炉的经济最低入炉品位进行了研究。高炉开炉以来,入炉品位一直低于54.5%,最低时仅50.78%。通过对开炉42个月以来的生产数据进行统计分析,从燃料比、铁水成本、煤气利用率、铁水质量指标等方面,讨论了经济最低入炉品位。认为昆钢新区2500 m~3高炉在当前条件下的经济最低入炉品位为53%。2015年以来,入炉品位始终控制在53%~54.5%,铁水成本稳定在1 500元/t左右。
