定子永磁式双转子电机多工况运行模式及控制策略研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对混合动力汽车的应用特点,提出了一种新型定子永磁式双转子电机。该电机具有无级变速功能,能实现混合动力汽车内部机械功率和电功率的组合分配,在不同路况下确保内燃机的高效运行。建立了该定子永磁式双转子电机的数学模型;研究制定了该定子永磁式双转子电机的控制策略;对该定子永磁式双转子电机在混合动力汽车应用中多种典型工况下的工作模式进行了仿真分析;研制了一台额定功率为2kW的定子永磁式双转子电机实验原理样机。仿真和实验结果表明:该定子永磁式双转子电机可以实现电启动、混合驱动和纯电动运行模式,验证了电机结构及其数学模型的正确性和控制策略的合理性,为该电机应用于混合动力汽车的进一步研究奠定了基础。 相似文献

针对混合动力汽车起动发电机需高起动转矩、高过载倍数及宽恒压发电范围的特点,提出采取双定子结构代替原单定子结构,设计了一台双定子永磁起动发电机。仿真分析电机的电动运行和发电运行两种工作状态,对电机设计方案的可行性进行验证。将双定子起动发电机与单定子起动发电机进行对比,结果表明该方案可使相同电流密度下电机驱动能力增强,转子内部空间利用率提升,电机的过载能力也提高了2倍。 相似文献

新型双定子混合励磁风力发电机三维有限元分析及实验研究 总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1
提出一种新型双定子混合励磁风力发电机,分析电机的结构特点及工作原理,计算电机的空载磁场分布、静态特性及空载特性,并对样机进行实验研究。基于三维有限元方法,采用ANSYS软件计算了电机的空载磁场分布,得到了空载内外定子电枢绕组磁链、内外定子电动势及合成电动势;根据磁链法分别计算了电枢绕组和励磁绕组电感等参数;分析了电机额定转速400 r/min时的空载特性。理论分析与实验结果表明:采用双定子的电机结构可使电机空载相电动势比相同条件下的单定子电机增加约23%;通过调节励磁电流,发电机相电动势在90~110 V之间变化。由圆套筒型整体永磁体组成的串联磁路并设置2个定子的新型电机结构可有效地提高低速电机的发电能力;双定子混合励磁风力发电机具有较好的调磁性能。 相似文献

ABSTRACT The aim of this work is to estimate and control the rotor voltage of a double excited induction machine DEIM that is necessary to operate it as a generator in wind energy conversion systems (WECS), with speed range extending from the sub synchronous range to double the synchronous speeds. For efficient power generation, the DEIM is to be operated at its rated electric torque which is realised by having both rotor and stator currents magnitudes constant throughout the whole operating range. 为研究局部放电信号等高频信号在电机定子绕组中的传播特性,需要确定电机定子线棒的高频分布参数。该文提出了基于多导体传输线(MTL)理论的大型电机定子线棒高频分布参数的测量方法。给出了三种不同条件下的大型汽轮发电机定子线棒分布参数的测量结果,分别是:用铝薄纸裹住单根定子线棒的情况;把单根定子线棒放在电机槽里的情况:双根定子线棒放在电机槽里的情况。测试结果较好地解释了陡前沿脉冲信号在电机定子绕组槽部线棒中是以两种速度沿线棒传播的现象。 相似文献

Brushless permanent magnet machines (BPMMs) have a greater efficiency and smaller overall dimensions than do other types of machines and are widely used in electric drives for various purposes. Two types of BPMMs are used in practice: BPMMs with a classical double-layer-distributed stator winding and BPMMs with a toothed-step stator winding. There exists another type of BPMM with a transverse magnetic flux (transverse flux motors, TFMs) which is being actively studied. In TFM electric motors, the magnetic lines of fluxes of the poles of rotor end perpendicular to the direction of rotor rotation. Stator windings in these machines are fabricated as rings coaxial with rotor, and the magnetic circuit of stator consists of separate fragments. Specialists assert electric TFMs have a higher specific power—the ratio between the output power and the mass of the machine—than the electric motors of other type. They are of interest, first and foremost, for electric drives without reducing gears. In most TFM, only a half of the poles of rotor are magnetically connected with circular phases of stator. In this work, the TFM design with disk rotor is described, in which the magnetic flux of all poles of rotor is coupled to the circular phases of stator. The stator magnetic circuit in this machine consists of P-like elements, and alternation of polarity of these elements is provided due to the change of their position. As a result, the magnetic flux coupled to the circular phase increases doubles, as do the machine torque and power. Some results of modeling of a three-phase electric motor are presented. The results were obtained using the Ansys Maxwell computer code, including a graph of the change of torque on the shaft of a machine under rotation of the rotor under conditions of sinusoidal currents in phases. 相似文献

In this work, a multi-domain model of the stator core of an electric machine is presented. Its electromagnetic behavior and the thermal dynamics are represented using Bond Graph. This approach makes apparent the topology of the machine and the energy exchange. This feature enables the model for the easy representation of faults and analysis of their consequences in the thermal/magnetic/electric domain. The proposed model is used for reproducing the behavior of the stator core during an inter-laminar insulation test. The model is capable to reproduce the thermal distribution when a fault in the stator core occurs. This contribution helps to estimate the additional iron losses due to the stator core fault based on the thermal distribution. Additionally, this methodology could help to define the proper maintenance intervention to be performed on the machine. 相似文献
