消费者网上购买行为感知风险动态模型研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
感知风险对消费者购买行为的解释作用越来越重要。消费者网上购物过程中的感知风险不同于传统环境中的感知风险。本研究在探讨网上购物感知风险的含义、纬度及影响因素的基础上提出了网上购买行为感知风险的动态模型,模型中包括了影响消费者风险感知的因素、细化的消费者感知风险纬度以及可接受风险水平对消费者总体感知风险和减少风险行为的调节作用。  相似文献

为了探究网上购物中无形产品对消费者认知风险的影响,进一步完善网上购物的风险认知理论,本研究采用实验室实验与问卷调查相结合的手段,对60名大学生施测。结果表明:首先对于不同类别的无形商品,消费者的总体认知风险差异显著;其次在网上购买无形商品不仅给消费者带来了财务风险、时间风险、身体风险、绩效风险和心理风险,还有社会风险;最后对于大多数类别的无形商品,身体风险并不是消费者在网上购物时所担心的。结论:消费者在网上购买不同类别的无形产品时所认知到的风险结构是有差异的,在网上购买专业性服务时,消费者认知到的风险是最大的。  相似文献

通过模拟网上购物实验,研究网络购物环境中信息安全因素对用户行为的影响,方差分析(ANOVA)结果表明,消费者对于通过国际第三方认证的购物网站的信任度比较高;使用中介付款方式有使消费者的风险承担程度和购买意愿得到提高的趋势;实验结果同时表明,随着网上购物经验的丰富,消费者对于电子商务网站的满意度,信任度,其风险承担程度和购买意愿都会提高。  相似文献

对86名在校大学生采用情景问卷的准实验法,比较了网上购物和传统购物认知风险差异和网上购物时价格对风险认知的影响,以及两类不同网上经验(购物经验,上网时间)对认知风险的影响机制.研究发现购物方式和价格对购物认知风险均有显著的影响,网上经验对购物认知风险有调节作用:购物经验对购物方式和商品价格都有调整作用,上网时间只对购物方式有影响.  相似文献

对电子商务交易中企业供方的风险来源要素和风险认知特征做了初步的探索性研究。采用心理测量范式,通过网上问卷调查法,对北京市的企业进行抽样调查,对收集到的124份有效问卷采用因素分析法进行分析。结果表明:在电子商务交易中。企业供方认知到的风险来自四个方面(即风险来源要素),分别为企业内部管理、物流配送、消费者购物习惯和支付系统,其中最担心的是来自支付系统的风险。  相似文献

利用网上调查数据,通过独立样本T检验和Pearson相关分析,证实消费者网上购物时的感知风险与网上购物交易主体自身的特征有关.性别对于经济、功能、隐私、身体、服务、心理风险有显著影响,并且女性对于这些风险的感知显著高于男性.网络使用经历对社会和身体风险有显著影响,并呈负相关;网上购物经历对经济、功能、隐私风险有显著影响,并呈负相关;卷入程度对经济、功能、心理风险有显著影响,并呈正相关.网上消费者类型对于经济、功能、社会、时间和服务风险有显著影响,并且网上浏览者对于这些风险的感知显著高于网上购物者.  相似文献

整合了以往的计划行为模型、技术接受模型、交易成本分析,提出了网上购物扩展的计划行为模型(ETPB),并对该模型用结构方程进行了验证。结果发现,开放性人格通过网上购物行为控制正向影响网上购物意向,信任倾向分别通过网上购物交易成本、主观参照正向影响网上购物意向。对于大学生来说,开放性人格对网上购物意向有间接正向影响,而信任倾向、网上购物风险对网上购物意向没有显著的影响;对在职人员来说,信任倾向通过网上购物交易成本间接正向影响网上购物意向,网上购物风险对网上购物意向有直接正向影响,而开放性人格对网上购物意向不存在显著的间接影响。  相似文献

随着以计算机技术为代表的信息产业的不断发展,网上购物,作为一种新兴并且迅速发展的购物方式,正受到越来越多消费者的青睐,越来越多的人享受着足不出户的购物乐趣。然而,网上购物模式自身的特点及特殊的交易方式决定了消费者在享受购物快捷、便利的同时也承担着网络交易的特定风险。我国现行法律制度对网络消费者的保护还很薄弱。对于在网络消费当中出现的问题,消费者往往无所适从。要切实保护网上购物消费者权益,必须根据网上购物消费的特点制定相应的法律法规和相应的管理制度。本文在分析网上购物特点的基础上,深入分析了网上购物消费者权益保护存在的问题。并通过阐述我国关于网上购物消费者的立法保护,对网上购物消费者权益保护的对策与建议,希望能对我国网上购物消费者的权益保障有所帮助。  相似文献

通过271份样本的实验,考察了产品伤害危机对品牌资产的影响.证实了品牌资产由品牌知晓、品牌联想、感知质量、品牌态度和品牌忠诚五个维度构成的假设.产品伤害危机对品牌资产中的感知质量、品牌态度、品牌忠诚有显著的负面影响,对品牌知晓、品牌联想没有显著影响.产品伤害危机中,企业不同的反应策略对品牌资产有不同的影响.采取明确肯定的反应策略给品牌态度造成的损失最小,采取明确否定的反应策略给感知质量和品牌忠诚造成的损失最小.  相似文献

目的 以电子竞技用户为研究对象,探究心流体验的测量维度,揭示心流体验各维度对感知价值(享乐价值和功利价值)和用户黏度的影响机制,并从心流体验的专业视角,探索电竞产品的设计思路。方法 通过文献研究、专家访谈和问卷调查先后进行预调研和正式调研,用所获数据进行分析和结构方程建模。结果 电子竞技用户的心流体验维度由时间感异常、自我意识丧失和控制感构成。心流体验对感知价值中的享乐价值维度具有显著的正向影响;感知价值对用户黏度具有显著的正向影响;心流体验对用户黏度不具有显著的正向影响。结论 电子竞技用户的心流体验主要通过享乐价值间接地正向影响用户黏度,心流体验中仅有一个维度(自我意识丧失)可以通过功利价值正向影响用户黏度。  相似文献

PurposeThis study aims to introduce the dimensions of mobile payment services trust from the perspectives of trust transfer as well as the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2). We established an integrated model to understand the formation and dimensions of mobile payment trust and continuous usage intention in Taiwan.Design/methodology/approach– An integrated model is proposed and validated with an online questionnaire survey in Taiwan. Furthermore, SmartPLS is employed to validate the proposed model and hypotheses.Findings-The results found upon analyzing responses from 683 participants reveal that the significant antecedents of overall trust include trust in mobile payment service providers, mobile devices, and merchants (R2 = 75%). Furthermore, overall trust has significant effects on performance and effort expectancies with regard to mobile payment. Finally, the determinants of continuous usage intention include overall trust, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, habit, and perceived value (R2 = 85%).Originality-“Trust” of mobile payment is a common concern for developing mobile payment. However, the literature review conducted for this study unearth different perspectives on studying the “dimensions” of trust in previous mobile payment research studies. Besides, many studies consider trust as a generic term as opposed to studying its specific dimensions. This study attempts to fill the above research gaps to facilitate further understanding of the proposed topic. Therefore, the main contribution of this study is to analyze the multiple dimensions and formations of trust in the context of mobile payment.  相似文献

This study develops a theoretical model that highlights the determinants of actual social media (SM) usage for travel planning by combining theoretical frameworks from the marketing, psychology and information systems literature. The data was collected through field as well as online survey in India. An online survey questionnaire link was shared on different social media platforms and social networking sites. Besides, field visits were carried out to collect data in-person through face-to-face interviews. The final sample consists of 539 observations. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was applied to validate the hypothesized relationships among constructs. The results suggest that technological convenience and perceived enjoyment influence the perceived ease of using SM for travel planning. In turn, perceived ease of use impacts perceived usefulness, along with media richness. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, along with trust positively influence intentions to use SM for travel planning, while perceived risk inhibits those intentions. However, trust increases perceived usefulness and mitigates perceived risk. Importantly, intentions exert a strong impact on actual use. This study contributes to the literature by presenting and validating a theory-driven framework that unveils the factors influencing actual usage of SM for travel planning. The proposed theoretical framework emphasizes the key relationships among factors and provides a research basis for development in other contexts.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to develop a model that can help explain the public's level of concern associated with six dangerous driving behaviours (drinking and driving, speeding, distracted driving, using a cell phone while driving, fatigued or drowsy driving, and using illegal drugs while driving). Understanding the genesis of concern can be useful in addressing it and leveraging it to improve safe driving. Building on a risk perception model that was developed previously, the study investigated the relationship between the level of concern about the unsafe driving behaviours and the perceived level of concern of others about the dangerous driving behaviours, the perception of the prevalence of the dangerous driving behaviours, the perception of the level of risk imposed by these dangerous driving behaviours, and the perception of the severity of injuries that can result from them. Data from two independent samples were modeled using multidimensional scaling and logistic regression analysis. Both samples come from telephone surveys; one was administered to a random sample of 750 drivers in the province of Ontario, Canada in November 2006, the other to a random sample of 1201 drivers across Canada in September 2006. Two dimensions in particular were found to fit the data well: perceived risk and the perceived level of concern of others. The results from these analyses are summarized using a perceptual map. The relevance of such a map is illustrated by explaining the factors that impact levels of concern regarding several of the unsafe driving behaviours.  相似文献

In this paper, our objective is to delineate some of the problems that could arise in using research output for performance evaluation. Research performance in terms of the Impact Factor (IF) of papers, say of scientific institutions in a country, could depend critically on coauthored papers in a situation where internationally co-authored papers are known to have significantly different (higher) impact factors as compared to purely indigenous papers. Thus, international collaboration not only serves to increase the overall output of research papers of an institution, the contribution of such papers to the average Impact Factor of the institutional output could also be disproportionately high. To quantify this effect, an index of gain in impact through foreign collaboration (GIFCOL) is defined such that it ensures comparability between institutions with differing proportions of collaborative output. A case study of major Indian institutions is undertaken, where Cluster Analysis is used to distinguish between intrinsically high performance institutions and those that gain disproportionately in terms of perceived quality of their output as a result of international collaboration. 目的 利用科学知识图谱,对国内外文献进行分析对比,以客观数据和直观图谱分析为依据,对当前城市品牌的热点问题和发展趋势进行分析和总结。方法 运用可视化文献分析软件Cite Space 6.2R1,以中国知网数据库中的北大核心、CSSCI、SCI期刊文献和Web of Science核心集合数据库中收录的城市品牌相关文献为数据来源,对国内外城市品牌的发文量、作者及研究机构合作分布、相关研究热点、研究领域发展趋势等方面问题绘制科学知识图谱,并进行可视化分析。结论 国外城市品牌发文量呈现出波动上升态势;作者及研究机构合作密切,形成明显合作团队;city、impact、model为研究热点;reputation、engagement、mediating role、perceived value、experiences是较具影响的研究前沿领域;整体研究聚焦于城市品牌与外界因素的相互作用,如何通过品牌的塑造和传播提高城市在公众心中的地位,以及如何增加人们与城市品牌的互动和参与;研究趋势从理论研究到实践应用、从单一视角到多维度、从系统化到参与式研究。国内城市品牌发文量低于国外,整体发文量呈现出波动缓慢上升态势;作者及研究机构合作不密切,没有形成成熟的合作团队;城市品牌、城市营销、城市形象、品牌为研究热点;城市形象、城市发展、品牌形象是较具影响力的研究前沿领域;整体研究侧重于城市品牌本身,如何借助城市品牌推动城市形象的提升;研究趋势由自发到自觉、由个案到普遍、由地方探索到统筹推进。  相似文献

This paper reports one of the first investigations to analyze inter-partner perceptions of psychic distance between two countries. Its empirical focus is British and Indian SMEs engaged in business with each other. It examines different dimensions of psychic distance, their impact and modes of coping with them. Potential firm-level and individual influences are also taken into account. The paper aims to transcend some of the conceptual and methodological limitations of previous research on the subject and to identify the theoretical and practical implications that arise. A ‘mirror’ approach is applied, accessing both partners’ perceptions. These are assessed through a ‘mixed’ method combining quantitative measurement with qualitative interpretations. Psychic distance dimensions are found to vary in their impact on doing business with the other country, and there is also variation according to the firm’s sector. There is considerable asymmetry in British and Indian partners’ perceptions of psychic distance but the degree of difference between their psychic distance evaluations lacks predictive power. Culturally embedded psychic distance dimensions tend to have less impact and to be easier to cope with than institutionally embedded dimensions. Four categories of coping are identified. The principal theoretical implication of this study is that a contingency perspective needs to be adopted in the field of ‘distance’ research, taking account of factors such as a firm’s sector, and that this will require a more complex analytical framework that hitherto.  相似文献
