本文主要提出一个新的基于流形约束的事件相机去噪算法。事件相机是一类新型的视觉传感器,以高时间分辨率(微秒)感知场景亮度变化,同时输出具有像素位置、时间及极性的事件流。事件相机在传输亮度变化的同时受到噪声的干扰,带噪的事件流会对后续的应用造成不利的影响。为了解决该问题,本文假设事件分布在高维空间中的低维流形上,利用事件点间相似信息建立图模型以近似流形结构,结合图的流形平滑约束,实现事件流去噪。该算法首次将基于图的流形约束引入事件去噪问题中并且直接处理连续的事件序列。仿真实验和真实数据结果证明了事件去噪算法的有效性。 相似文献

以某航空相机为研究对象,首先给出了像移与图像分辨率之间的关系,接着对TDI航空相机像移补偿系统工作原理进行了阐述,并以QRS14,ADIS16251陀螺为例分析了噪声对像移补偿系统的影响,然后分别阐迷了模拟滤波方法、经典的数字无限冲击响应与有限冲击响应滤波法以及小波去噪算法对陀螺相位的影响,给出了模拟滤波器零极点,数字器阶数与相位延迟之间的关系式,最后分析比较了各种滤波算法的优劣与使用条件.结果表明:正确选择陀螺滤波算法对航空相机像移补偿精度与系统稳定性具有重要影响. 相似文献

针对数字助听器在接收和处理过程中,容易受到背景噪声干扰的问题,在传统小波阈值去噪的基础上提出了一种改进的阚值函数.该函数具有高阶连续可导,克服了传统小波阚值函数不可导的问题.利用该阈值函数对含噪语音的小波系数进行分帧实时阈值处理,以获得数字助听器中语音增强的效果.仿真结果表明:利用新阈值函数得到的语音去噪信号,其信噪比、均方误差和语音可懂度均优于其他非连续可导的阈值函数算法. 相似文献

提出了一种新的基于非均匀马尔可夫随机场(MRF)的图像分割算法。基于非均匀马尔可夫随机场的图像分割的关键是对MRF中耦合系数的估计。本文结合四叉树分解提出了一种新的非均匀MRF的耦合系数估计方法。先对图像用传统的MRF分割方法进行预分割,再在预分割的基础上用边缘检测算子检验出预分割图像中的边缘,再利用图像的边缘信息对图像进行四叉树分解,把图像分成不同大小的子块。再根据每个子块的大小,估计出非均匀MRF的耦合系数。实验表明,将本文方法估计出来的耦合系数应用到分割算法中去,能明显改善图像分割的效果,而且具有更好的自适应性。 相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of image change detection (ICD) based on Markov random field (MRF) models. MRF has long been recognized as an accurate model to describe a variety of image characteristics. Here, we use the MRF to model both noiseless images obtained from the actual scene and change images (CIs), the sites of which indicate changes between a pair of observed images. The optimum ICD algorithm under the maximum a posteriori (MAP) criterion is developed under this model. Examples are presented for illustration and performance evaluation. 相似文献

A new approach to microwave imaging of 2D inhomogeneous dielectric scatterers is presented. The method is developed in the space domain, and Markov random fields are used to obtain a model of the distributions of dielectric features in the scattering region. In this way, a-priori knowledge can be easily inserted in the imaging scheme. This stochastic approach gives rise to a functional equation that can be minimized by using a simulated annealing algorithm. An iterative scheme is derived that allows one to bypass the need for storing large matrices in the computer. Numerical simulation results, confirming the capabilities and effectiveness of the proposed method, are reported. Solutions have generally been obtained in few steps, and seem better than those obtained by other imaging techniques in the space domain. In this paper, a motion-compensated de-interlacing algorithm using the Markov random field (MRF) model is proposed. The de-interlacing problem is formulated as a maximum a posteriori (MAP) MRF problem. The MAP solution is the one that minimizes an energy function, which imposes discontinuity-adaptive smoothness (DAS) spatial constraint on the de-interlaced frame. The edge direction information, which is used to formulate the DAS constraint, is implicitly indicated by weight vectors (weights for 16 digitized directions). Generally, large weights are assigned to along-edge directions and relatively small weights are assigned to across-edge directions. As a local statistical-based method, the proposed weighting method should be more robust than traditional edge-directed interpolation methods in deciding local edge directions. The proposed algorithm is implemented by an iterative optimization process, which guarantees convergence. However, a global optimal solution is not guaranteed due to computational complexity concern. Simulation results compare the proposed algorithm to other motion compensated de-interlacing algorithms. Significant improvements of de-interlaced edges are observed. 相似文献

红外复杂背景中的弱小目标检测问题可看作是马尔可夫随机场理论框架下红外图像中背景与目标的二元分类标记问题.基于马尔可夫随机场后验概率模型, 提出利用先验的目标信杂比信息和图像局部统计特性构建观测图像后验概率模型的方法, 并采用经典ICM (Iterated conditional mode)方法对图像最优标记结果进行估计.仿真试验结果表明, 算法在保证目标标记结果准确率的同时, 有效降低了背景的误标记概率; 且由于采用局部统计特性进行建模, 算法有效降低了模型参数与标记结果间的关联性, 提高了最优标记估计的收敛速度. 相似文献

肝癌是一种我国高发的消化系统恶性肿瘤,患者死亡率高,威胁极大。而其预后情况通常只能通过医生的专业知识和经验积累来粗略判断,准确率较差。因此文中在分析随机森林算法的基本原理的基础上,提出一种改进的基于随机森林的特征筛选算法,并应用Python编程设计了一个能够预处理数据、调用这些算法、控制各参数并展现测试结果的系统,最终将该系统应用于肝癌预后预测,比较分析了不同的算法、参数、内部策略对预测精度和计算性能的影响。研究结果表明,随机森林相比剪枝过的决策树具备更好的泛化能力和训练速度,改进的特征筛选算法能够在保证预测精度的前提下显著缩小特征集。 相似文献

针对基于模式噪声的数码相机源检测中存在的问题,提出了一种改进的模式噪声提取算法。在Lukas算法的基础上,首先利用Wallis预滤波处理抑制低频噪声并增强模式噪声;再利用Sobel边缘检测算子对图像的复杂边缘纹理区进行有效剔除,最后利用经过上述处理得到的图像模式噪声与相机参考模式噪声模板进行相关检测。实验结果表明,提出的改进算法可以有效提高源相机检测的性能。 相似文献

This paper presents a novel framework for detecting abandoned objects by introducing a fully-automatic GrabCut object segmentation. GrabCut seed initialization is treated as a background (BG) modelling problem that focuses only on unhanded objects and objects that become immobile. The BG distribution is constructed with dual Gaussian mixtures that are comprised of high and low learning rate models. We propose a primitive BG model-based removed object validation and Haar feature-based cascade classifier for still-people detection once a candidate for a released object has been detected. Our system can obtain more robust and accurate results for real environments based on evaluations of realistic scenes from CAVIAR, PETS2006, CDnet 2014, and our own datasets. 相似文献
