介绍了跨国供应链生产计划研究与不确定规划论在供应链计划研究中的应用;提出了包含模糊需求与随机生产能力的跨国供应链计划模型,模型中将运输成本分配因子与转让价格作为决策变量,根据随机机会约束规划等价类理论,将模型转化为模糊机会约束规划模型,并利用遗传算法与模糊模拟技术相结合的混合算法设计了模型的求解方案;最后,通过数据仿真说明了模型的有效性与适用性。 相似文献

Aggregate planning is a medium-range capacity planning that suggests the production strategies in order to meet the forecasted demand considering the capacity constraints. As the period of planning length increases, the uncertainty of information will grow. Regarding this point, in this paper, a multi-objective model is proposed for aggregate planning problem in which the parameters of the model are expressed in the form of grey numbers. The suggested grey multi-objective model is solved based on a goal programming problem with fuzzy aspiration levels. The model is applied in a real-world problem, and its results are illustrated. The obtained results give a range for decision variables, and decision makers can handle the inevitable uncertainty of information by using these ranges. 相似文献

在客户需求、单位产品的价格、单位产品的生产成本和可用资源数量都是三角模糊变量的条件下,基于可信性规划建立了模糊生产计划模型。通过对模糊目标和约束的清晰化,将模糊生产计划模型转化为清晰等价形式,用非固定多段映射罚函数法将其转化为无约束两目标优化问题,并利用向量评价给出了求解此模型的改进粒子群算法。最后通过一个应用案例说明了所提方法的有效性。 相似文献

This paper presents optimization procedures based on evolutionary algorithms such as the elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) and differential evolution (DE) for solving the trajectory planning problem of intelligent robot manipulators with the prevalence of fixed, moving, and oscillating obstacles. The aim is the minimization of a combined objective function, with the constraints being actuator constraints, joint limits, and the obstacle avoidance constraint by considering dynamic equations of motion. Trajectories are defined by B-spline functions. This is a non-linear constrained optimization problem with six objective functions, 31 constraints, and 42 variables. The combined objective function is a weighted balance of transfer time, the mean average of actuator efforts and power, penalty for collision-free motion, singularity avoidance, joint jerks, and joint accelerations. The obstacles are present in the workspace of the robot. The distance between potentially colliding parts is expressed as obstacle avoidance. Further, the motion is represented using translational and rotational matrices. The proposed optimization techniques are explained by applying them to an industrial robot (PUMA 560 robot). Also, the results obtained from NSGA-II and DE are compared and analyzed. This is the first research work which considers all the decision criteria for the trajectory planning of industrial robots with obstacle avoidance. A comprehensive user-friendly general-purpose software package has been developed using VC++ to obtain the optimal solutions using the proposed DE algorithm. 相似文献

Risk is inherent in most economic activities. This is especially true of production activities where results of decisions made today may have many possible different outcomes depending on future events. Since companies cannot usually protect themselves completely against risk, they have to manage it. In this paper, we present a multi-objective model to deal with a multi-period multi-product multi-site aggregate production planning problem for a medium-term planning horizon under uncertainty. The first objective function attempts to minimize sum of the expected value and the variability of total costs with reference to inventory levels, regular, overtime and subcontracting levels, backordering levels, and labor, machine and warehouse capacities. The second objective function highlighted the concept of customer service level through minimizing the expected value of maximum shortages among all customers’ zones from which the variability of that is conducted. The last objective function aims to maximize workers productivity, a weighted average of productivity levels in all factories and in all periods which is weighted by the number of k-level labors. Then, we use an efficient algorithm that is a combination of an augmented ε-constraint method and genetic algorithm to solve our proposed model. The results demonstrate the practicability of the proposed multi-objective stochastic model as well as the proposed algorithm. 相似文献

火灾造成的损失是非常严重的.如果能及时的发现火灾,对于有效的控制火势非常重要.采用新型火灾烟雾传感器NIS-090和微控制器ATmesa128L设计了智能火灾报警器,单片机不断读取烟雾传器感的输出电压值,并用模糊逻辑算法处理采集到的电压值能够准确判断是否发生了火灾;一旦发生火灾,就会通过TC35i无线通信模块自动拨打号码119进行语音报警并发送报警短信到指定的管理员手机号码上,同时现场的大功率声光报警器自动报警.该火灾报警器能为有效的控制火势赢得更多的宝贵时间,并且采用模糊算法处理后,大大降低了误报率. 相似文献
