目的 针对界面、语音等单一智能家居交互模式阻碍用户自然体验的瓶颈问题,探索基于多模态信息交互的智能家居设计方法,实现智能家居更自然、友好的用户体验。方法 基于用户日常生活多模态的自然交互特点,探索一种以多模态为特征的智能家居信息交互模式,构建了面向智能家居的多模态信息交互设计框架,并对该框架中的构成要素、交互流程、模态组织方式及多模态信息的注意度、模态密度、模态结构配置进行分析讨论。结果 智能家居多模态信息交互实现了智能家居系统的主动性、交感化信息获取和情境化的信息分析与反馈,对提升智能系统自主性,降低用户在交互过程中的认知负荷,以及实现更加自然、友好的用户体验有积极价值。结论 智能家居环境需要改变传统相对单一的人机系统信息交互方式,以多模态信息交互促进智能家居使用体验的最优化。  相似文献

目的探讨信息通讯技术支持下,信息维度与交互设计的关系,研究通用性的交互设计原理与方法。方法采用文献调查法、大数据分析法和用户参与式设计方法进行分析研究。结果信息所构成的11个基本的信息维度,在全息的量子奇点中映射对应不同的交互设计类型与交互设计方法。结论新型信息维度影响下的交互设计原理与方法,将交互内容、信息功能、传媒介质的交互设计元素进行抽象本质的分析,从信息升维与信息降维角度,阐释由交互载体、功能、内容三要素构成的新的人机交互范式,与信息维度的全息映射转化关系。  相似文献

In this investigation, following the principal-agent theory, possibilities to reduce existing information asymmetries are derived and their effects on the information exchange are examined. Results of an empirical investigation based on a structural equation model confirm that monitoring measures and frequent meetings positively influence the exchange of information while explicit contracts have rather negative effects. Premiums and specific investments, however, seem to play insignificant roles. Measures, such as building a reputation mechanism, will probably prove to be effective only in the long run.  相似文献

分析了煤气管道环境下远程信息交换系统的技术难点,提出了远程信息交换系统的设计方法和逻辑模型,建立了一种基于虚拟路由机制的信息交换规则,制订了相应的软、硬件设计和系统集成方案,最终实现了一种适合拖缆式煤气管道探测机器人作业特点和要求的远程信息交换系统.该系统采用分级信息交换、传输、处理模式,使用了特殊设计的光电混合电缆,信息数据传输时可兼顾能量的供给,通过实际煤气管道现场实验表明,该系统通信速率高,工作稳定,能有效地实现煤气管道机器人远程信息交换和控制.  相似文献

采用超临界CO2萃取蓝甘菊,对提取物进行GC/MS成分分析,并进行卷烟加香试验。结果表明:蓝甘菊萃取物鉴定出113种成分,萃取产率0.27%。113种成分中,相对百分含量最高的是红没药醇氧化物(50.303%)、β-金合欢烯(19.530%);萃取物稀释至1%后在卷烟加香试验中使用0.05%~0.20%效果较好,能明显改善香气质感,丰富卷烟香气。  相似文献

Production planning and control (PPC) systems with their planning structures, submodules and the information and data processing show similarities with the structures of multistage multi-product manufacturing. So, here the attempt is being made on the basis of the activity analysis to integrate the information characteristics of goods involved in production with regard to the requirements of production planning into the inputoutput relationships and to represent them in the form of so-called informational production functions. Based on the formulation of information activities efficiency criteria are developed, which allow to evaluate the data processing in PPC-modules and thus to eliminate inefficient activities. A concrete application to dynamic lot sizing demonstrates the procedure.  相似文献

This article aims to address the assembly line balancing problem (ALBP) and supermarket location problem (SLP) as two long-term interrelated decision problems considering the stochastic nature of the task times and demands. These problems arise in real-world assembly lines during the strategic decision-making phase of configuring new assembly lines from both line balancing and part-feeding (PF) aspects. A hierarchical mathematical programming model is developed, in which the first level resolves the stochastic ALBP by minimizing the workstation numbers and the second level deals with the stochastic SLP while optimizing the PF shipment, inventory and installation costs. The results of case data from an automotive parts manufacturer and a set of standard test problems verified that the proposed model can optimize the configuration of assembly lines considering both ALBP and SLP performance measures. This study also validates the effect of the stochastic ALBP on the resulting SLP solutions.  相似文献

This paper explores the impact of parts features, i.e. unit size and cost, as well as scenario variables on the total delivery cost of materials to assembly lines workstations, according to different materials feeding processes (kitting, line storage and just-in-time delivery). After building cost models based on parts features explicitation, a sensitivity and parametric analysis is carried out in order to justify the cost-effectiveness of each feeding policy and understand whether economic break-even points exist among available feeding alternatives on the basis of the values assumed by relevant attributes of parts. This allows to map areas where each feeding policy is more convenient and also allows a quick method to choose the best feeding policy for each part on an economic basis.  相似文献

We investigate the value of various information exchange mechanisms in a four-echelon supply chain under a material requirements planning framework. In the absence of any information sharing, each echelon would develop its own forecasts and plan its inventories based on the history of actual demand from its downstream customer (or echelon). Through a simulation study, we compare this policy with policies where each echelon has access to (i) the end-user demand history and (ii) the planned order schedule of the downstream echelon. Among all the demand information exchange mechanisms, planning inventories based on the planned downstream order schedules resulted in the lowest average inventory level for the entire supply chain. However, use of end-user demand history to forecast and plan inventories at all echelons resulted in the lowest total cost. In addition to the information exchange mechanisms, a simple synchronized replenishment system was considered and evaluated in the study. In the synchronized system, the retailer determines a fixed order interval and the upper echelons replenish only at integer multiples of this interval. The study found that synchronized inventory replenishments among the echelons, even without any exchange of demand information, can bring about more benefits and cost reduction than any of the information exchange mechanisms.  相似文献

In this paper, we advise to perform assembly line balancing simultaneously with decision-making on parts feeding. Such integrated planning may open additional potential to reduce labour costs. Additional planning flexibility gained with the integrated planning may be used to mitigate ergonomic risks at workplaces. We formulate the integrated assembly line balancing and parts feeding planning problem, propose a mixed-integer model and compare integrated planning to a common hierarchical planning approach in a detailed case study on the assembly of a self-priming pump. Our case study illustrates that workplaces with high ergonomic risks may emerge even in productions that involve handling parts and workpieces of low weights and avoid static and awkward postures. We also show that the proposed integrated planning approach may eliminate excessive ergonomic risks and improve productivity indicators simultaneously.  相似文献
