一种双频左/右旋圆极化可重构环形缝隙微带天线   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
设计了一种频率比为1.9的双频左/右旋圆极化可重构环形缝隙微带天线,其在高频段和低频段分别工作于线极化和圆极化状态。在该天线中,环形缝隙和相互正交的四个缝隙臂将接地面分为五部分,缝隙臂上跨接两对PIN二极管开关和隔直电容。通过二极管开关的控制,天线在低频频率上可实现左/右旋圆极化的切换,在高频频率上则可保持其线极化性能不变。实验结果表明,天线在1.6 GHz的低频段上具有12.5%的3 dB轴比带宽,在3.06 GHz的高频段上其–10 dB阻抗绝对带宽为100 MHz,成线极化状态,辐射方向图近似不变。  相似文献

提出了一种低剖面极化可重构超表面天线. 天线由三部分组成:3×4金属矩形贴片阵列组成的超表面覆层、缝隙耦合天线和直流偏置控制电路. 电路包括8个PIN二极管开关组成的四对开关(PIN1,PIN2,PIN3和PIN4)和直流偏置线,通过控制上述四对PIN开关的工作状态,天线可以在线极化、左旋圆极化和右旋圆极化三种极化状态之间转换. 对天线样机进行了加工并给出了实测反射系数、实际增益、轴比和归一化辐射方向图,结果表明:天线在不同工作状态下的共享工作频带为4~5.4 GHz,?10 dB阻抗带宽为29.8%;3 dB轴比带宽为8.3%,从4.6~5 GHz;各状态下的实测增益相差不大,其平均增益都大于5 dBi. 仿真结果与实测结果吻合良好.  相似文献

A novel reconfigurable microstrip patch antenna with frequency and polarization diversities is proposed. A U‐slot is incorporated into a square patch, and a PIN diode is utilized to switch the slot on and off, which realizes the frequency diversity characteristic. The polarization diversities among linear polarization (LP), right‐hand circular polarization (RHCP), and left‐hand circular polarization (LHCP) are also obtained by switching three PIN diodes on the slot and the truncating corners of a square patch on and off. 设计并实现了一种基于反射式移相器的极化可重构天线。该天线使用一对交叉摆放的领结型振子作为辐射单元,并在馈电网络中通过两路移相器调整双馈端口间的相位差实现线极化、左旋圆极化和右旋圆极化模式之间的切换。通过加载匹配枝节的方法扩展了反射式移相器的移相范围,提高了移相器的移相精度,降低了天线圆极化模式带内的轴比。所设计天线的中心频率为5.4 GHz,在线极化模式下10 dB 阻抗带宽为990 MHz,在圆极化模式下10 dB 阻抗带宽分别为760 MHz 和850 MHz,3 dB 轴比带宽分别为510 MHz和480 MHz。该天线在频带内具有稳定的波束方向图,其平均增益为5.3 dB,并且具有27 dB 的主极化-交叉极化隔离。最终的实测结果与仿真结果基本一致,表明该天线具有良好的性能。  相似文献

利用互补开口谐振环(CSRR)结构提出了一种新型极化可重构微带天线。将CSRR 和一个PIN 二极管开关加载在天线的地板上,通过控制二极管开关的状态,可以实现左旋圆极化和线极化之间的切换,无需额外的偏置电路。利用仿真软件分析了CSRR 的尺寸和位置对天线圆极化特性的影响。所设计的天线工作在5. 8GHz 频段范围,测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好。实验结果表明,在圆极化状态下,中心频率5. 77GHz,-10dB 阻抗带宽约360MHz,最小轴比为1. 5dB,3dB 轴比带宽为80MHz;线极化状态下,中心频率5. 72GHz,-10dB 阻抗带宽约200MHz。天线增益均为6dB 左右,具有良好的方向性,可用于现代无线通信系统中。  相似文献

In this paper, a novel polarization and frequency reconfigurable microstrip patch antenna which can switch between vertical and horizontal linear polarizations, left hand and right hand circular polarizations at two WLAN frequencies is presented. The orthogonal linear polarizations are achieved by a square microstrip patch antenna fed by two ports on adjacent sides. By introducing corner truncated perturbation on opposite corners of right diagonal of a square patch, orthogonal circular polarizations are achieved. By controlling the bias voltage of two PIN diodes loaded at perturbed corners, a single structure can achieve quad polarization states. Furthermore, by superimposing a square ring slot into the corner truncated square patch and incorporating four PIN diodes into the square ring slot, quad polarization are achieved at dual frequencies. Simulated and measured results indicate that the antenna can achieve quad polarization at two WLAN bands (5.15–5.35 GHz) and (5.75–5.85 GHz). The proposed antenna is simple, has low profile and can be scaled easily for other frequencies.  相似文献

A novel global navigation satellite system (GNSS) antenna that employs a double-sided metasurface (MS) to cover a circularly slotted patch antenna is presented. With this MS, the antenna has a wide −10-dB reflection coefficient bandwidth from 1.160 GHz to 1.640 GHz (34.3%) and 3-dB axial ratio (AR) bandwidth from 1.170 GHz to 1.720 GHz (38.1%), covering all frequency bands of the GNSSs within a single band. Meanwhile, the right-handed circular polarization (RHCP) gain of the antenna is enhanced by the MS, with a peak value of 6.44 dBic at 1.600 GHz. An electrically small footprint of 0.364 λ0 × 0.364 λ0 is also achieved by the antenna at the operating frequency of 1.170 GHz.  相似文献

超宽带天线和可重构天线是当今天线领域研究的热点。将可重构天线技术应用到超宽带天线设计中,讨论了频率可重构超宽带天线的设计思路。以印刷单极子椭圆天线为原型,给出了两个可重构天线的具体结构,并对天线进行了可重构带阻设计,避免与相关频段之间的干扰。仿真结果表明:重构后天线Ⅱ的低频获得了扩展,其相对尺寸的长和宽分别减小到最大工作波长的0.116倍和0.087倍,工作频段为0.174~10.9GHz,可重构阻带为5.1~5.95GHz,带宽比可高达62:1.  相似文献

对圆弧寄生单元微带天线进行了理论分析,设计了一种圆极化可重构的圆形微带天线。该天线通过电控开关控制圆弧寄生单元的状态,从而实现左、右旋圆极化的转换。并利用仿真软件HFSS13.0对天线的特性进行了仿真验证。结果表明,在天线回波损耗S11<–10 dB时,该天线在频段为2.38~2.51 GHz,3 dB轴比带宽为30 MHz,且最大辐射方向处正交极化差达20 dB以上。天线的整体辐射性能良好,且结构简单易于实现,很容易在低频段匹配到50,能够满足WLAN在2.4 GHz频段的要求。  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于切换馈电网络的极化可重构微带天线阵。阵列单元采用正方形辐射贴片,利用微带线缝隙耦合进行馈电,通过在馈电结构中心加载短路柱,可获得宽带性能的同时,有效抑制偶次谐波。综合采用串联组阵和并联组阵技术,优化设计了一款2×2的天线阵列,将阵列端口分别与微带分支线耦合器及微带混合环相连,最终实现了水平和垂直线极化,左旋和右旋圆极化四种模式的切换。实验结果表明,所提出的天线在ISM频段2.4~2.5 GHz频率范围内获得了良好的匹配和多极化特性。该天线阵设计简单、易于操作,可潜在应用于无线通信系统中天线极化分集的场合。  相似文献

This letter presents a K‐band polarization reconfigurable antenna integrated with a silicon radio frequency MEMS switch into the form of a compact package. The proposed antenna can change its state from linear polarization (LP) to circular polarization (CP) by actuating the MEMS switch, which controls the configuration of the coupling ring slot. Low‐loss quartz is used for a radiating patch substrate and at the same time for a packaging lid by stacking it onto the MEMS substrate, which can increase the system integrity. The fabricated antenna shows broadband impedance matching and exhibits high axial ratios better than 15 dB in the LP and small axial ratios in the CP, with a minimum value of 0.002 dB at 20.8 GHz in the K‐band.  相似文献

The metamaterial and fractal techniques are two main methods for antenna miniaturization and in this paper, we have modeled an especial shape of the antenna based on loop formation with metamaterial load for this aim. The metamaterial layer is made by multi parallel rings and the result shows that the final antenna size reduced drastically while the frequency shifts from 7 to 4 GHz. The antenna has Omni-directional pattern with the gain of 3.5 dBi, so the size is reduced around 40%for 4.5 GHz and another resonance is made at 2.5 GHz with a return lossless than −6 dB with more than 60% frequency shift. The reflection and transmission have been utilized for showing the left hand characteristic based on two port periodic simulations in HFSS full wave software. We show that how the metamaterial load can provide the circular polarization (CP) by controlling the current distribution. We also presented that by making slots we obtained the better Axial Ratio (AR) and miniaturized the antenna with reconfigurable qualification. As a result of fact, we show that by using metasurface we able to miniaturized the antenna and simultaneously achieved the circular polarization.  相似文献

提出了一种单对角线开缝的方形单元构成的透射型极化旋转超表面,并将其应用于宽带圆极化微带缝隙天线的设计中。采用等效电路法分析了超表面实现线-圆极化转换的工作机制,并对天线圆极化带宽的影响因素进行了参数扫描。仿真结果表明:加载超表面使线极化微带缝隙天线产生了圆极化辐射;同时,扩展了天线的阻抗带宽。天线相对阻抗带宽达到了33.2%,3 dB轴比带宽达到了19.5%,在阻抗带宽内天线增益均高于6.8 dBi,证实了新型超表面结构具有良好的极化旋转特性。  相似文献

A coplanar waveguide fed slot antenna for wideband circular polarization is designed and experimentally validated. The rectangular slot is excited using a stepped feed line terminated on a circular disc shaped tuning stub. To obtain circular polarization, inverted L-shaped strips are attached to the ground plane at the opposite corners while a rectangular slit is cut in the circular disc. The combined bandwidth (3-dB axial ratio and 10 dB impedance matching) achieved is 48% (4.35–7.1 GHz) under simulation and 40% (4.75–7.1 GHz) in measurement. The gain of the antenna is next enhanced by the application of a double layered square loop frequency selective surface. The frequency selective surface is used as a reflector placed beneath the antenna at an optimum distance. An improvement of about 4 dB is seen in the measured peak gain over most of the operating band. Experimental results are presented to characterize the antenna and the frequency selective surface and they are found to be in good agreement with the simulated results.  相似文献

超材料和超表面因表现出天然材料所不具备的特 殊性能而广泛应用于电磁波调控。针对宽频带、高效率和小型化极化 转换器应用需求,本文设计一款宽带高效反射型超表面双极化转换器。基于电磁波极化调控 原理,在两角切方形贴片的基础上, 设计一款圆角切方形贴片周期性阵列超表面,实现单一宽频带内高效率线极化和圆极化转换 。研究表明,该极化转换器在6.850—11.050 GHz频段内极化转换效率(po larization conversion ratio,PCR)达90%,且性能可维持在入射 角 ≤45°范围内,覆盖整 个X 波段,实现高效率宽入射 角线极化转换;在6.225—6.402 GHz和12.562—13.472 GHz频率范围内轴比(axial ratio, AR)低于3 dB,实现高效率圆极化转换。此外,该超表面具有结构简单、宽入射角、加工方 便等优点,可满足微波通信、显微成像等领域的应用需求。  相似文献

为了提高微波无线能量传输的效率以及灵活性,提出并设计实现了一款基于机械控制的可重构超表面电磁开关。该设计基于Pancharatnam-Berry(P-B)相位原理,是一种可机械旋转、具有波束控制能力的反射型超表面,可以直接应用于无线传输系统中。仿真与优化设计表明,对于垂直入射的右旋圆极化平面波,超表面能够实现同极化聚焦或散射两种可重构功能。将该超表面放在无线传输系统中的发射端可以形成反射面天线,从而对微波无线功率传输系统实现电磁开关的功能。实验结果表明,在设计的5.8 GHz 附近,发射天线位于超表面焦点处时,通过调节超表面实现聚焦功能,可以使天线增益提高2.7 dBi;在无线传输系统中,可以通过超表面的引入实现电磁开关的功能。  相似文献

为提升5G无线通信系统容量,设计了一款基于V 形缝隙耦合馈电的宽带高增益圆极化天线。该天线采用双层辐射贴片结构,拓展天线的阻抗带宽,并分别在辐射贴片和寄生贴片上刻蚀一对半径不等、位置正交的双圆形缝隙,有效改善了天线的圆极化特性。通过加载平板反射器提高天线的前后比,实现良好的定向辐射。实测结果表明,驻波比小于2的阻抗带宽为53.55% (2.27~3.93 GHz),在半功率波束宽度范围内轴比小于3 dB,轴比带宽为27.38%(2.9~3.82 GHz),在工作频带内实测的天线平均增益达到8.22 dBi。该天线适合作为5G多天线系统中的智能天线单元进行自适应波束赋形。  相似文献

Measurements of polarization dependence of multipath-propagation characteristics were conducted at 60 GHz in a room within a modern office building. Delay profiles were measured using a swept frequency method with a high time-delay resolution of 2 ns. Directions of arrival of the multipath components reflected from walls were analyzed by rotating a narrow-beam receiving antenna with an angular resolution of 5 degrees. Results of this experiment showed that multipath delayed waves due to wall reflection can be effectively suppressed by employing circular polarization instead of linear polarization. Based on this experimental result, a computer simulation was made to clarify the polarization dependence of the high-speed transmission characteristics of an indoor communications system operating at 60 GHz  相似文献

A small reconfigurable patch antenna is proposed to achieve polarization diversity for digital multimedia broadcasting systems at 2.6 GHz. To obtain polarization diversity, a pair of on‐slit PIN diodes is inserted in each diagonal of a cross‐shaped patch. Thus, four PIN‐diodes on these slits are utilized to change the connection of the slits and thus achieve polarization. Bias circuits for the diodes are allocated in the cutting corner of the cross‐shaped patch to minimize the antenna size. The antenna produces left‐hand circular polarization, right‐hand circular polarization, or linear polarization, depending on the PIN‐diode status. Analysis of circular polarization operation is explicated. Measurements show a gain of about 1.5 dB, a cross polarization of about ?20 dB, and an axial ratio of about 2.5 dB.  相似文献

针对WLAN的MIMO系统应用要求,并缩小天线所占据的空间,设计具有高端口隔离度的双极化贴片天线。采用共面带状线馈电的环形贴片和微带馈电单极贴片相结合形式,利用环形辐射元与单极子辐射元产生正交线极化的特点,实现双馈双极化天线。实验结果显示,所设计天线的工作频带范围为2.27~2.73GHz,端口隔离度在31dB以上。同时,单极结构辐射元主极化要比其交叉极化大25dB以上,环形结构辐射元在较大空间范围内其主极化比交叉极化大23dB以上。这表明所设计双馈双极化天线具有较高的端口隔离度,且有良好的极化纯度。通过结构参数调整,还可望同时覆盖5.8GHz频段,以满足IEEE802.11n标准要求。  相似文献
