Several CexZr1  xO2 mixed oxides were prepared and used as catalysts to investigate the minimization of BrO3 formation in the ozonation of a filtered water containing Br in a batch reactor. The CexZr1  xO2 mixed oxides showed good performance in reducing BrO3 formation and removing organic compounds. The Ce0.75Zr0.25O2 oxide exhibited the highest efficiency, and 53% BrO3 was reduced after 20 min reaction. The mixed oxides accelerated the decomposition of the dissolved O3 into OH radicals, and the competitive reaction between organic compounds and Br with OH radicals was found to occur in the ozonation reaction.  相似文献

A novel luminescent probe based on Ag–Cu mixed metal coordination polymer has been designed and synthesized. Luminescent experiment indicates two peaks with maxima near 425 (Ag) and 660 nm (Cu), which shows high selectivity to Ca2 + and Zn2 +.  相似文献

A novel organic–inorganic hybrid nanomaterial (SBA-15-CA) was prepared by covalent immobilization of chromotropic acid onto the surface of mesoporous silica material SBA-15. Different techniques such as XRD, TEM, FT-IR, N2 adsorption–desorption and TGA analyses were employed to characterize the grafting process. The data showed that the organic moiety (0.41 mmol g?1) was successfully grafted to the SBA-15 and the primary hexagonally ordered mesoporous structure of SBA-15 was preserved after the grafting procedure. SBA-15-CA has been realized as a highly sensitive and selective fluorescent probe towards Fe3+ and I? ions in aqueous media. SBA-15-CA exhibited a remarkable fluorescent quenching in the presence of Fe3+ ion over other competitive cations including Na+, Mg2+, Al3+, K+, Ca2+, Cr3+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, and Pb2+ as well as I? ion among a series of anions including F?, Cl?, Br?, CO32?, HCO3?, CN?, NO3?, NO2?, SCN?, SO42?, H2PO4?, HPO42?, and CH3COO?. A good linear response was observed between the concentration of the quenchers (Fe3+ and I? ions) and fluorescence intensity of SBA-15-CA with detection limits of 1.5?×?10?7 M for Fe3+ and 0.2?×?10?7 M for I?. Moreover, the effects of various pH values on the sensing ability of SBA-15-CA were investigated. Finally, the proposed method was successfully utilized for the determination of Fe3+ and I? ions in river water, well water and tap water samples.  相似文献

Present work deals with findings on dielectric behaviour and a.c. conduction in a ferrite doped polymer nano composite electrolyte system, namely [(100−x) PEO + xNH4SCN]: ferrite. The formation of nano composite and structural behavior of electrolyte was studied by XRD and SEM images. The effect of salt and ferrite on conductivity behaviour of PEO based nano composite polymer electrolyte has been investigated by the impedance spectroscopy at room temperature. The variation of dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss with frequency was carried out at ambient temperature. The a.c. conductivity seems to follow the universal power law.  相似文献

Electrochemistry and absorption spectroscopy (UV/Vis, IR) of the complex {(μ4-TCNE)[Fe(CO)2(C5H5)]4}(BF4)4 reveal only a small degree of metal-to-ligand π back donation, in contrast to previously characterized compounds [(TCNE)(MLn)4]. Accordingly, the one-electron reduced {(μ4-TCNE)[Fe(CO)2(C5H5)]4}3+ exhibits a very well resolved EPR spectrum at g = 1.9965 with detectable coupling of 0.055 mT for 57Fe in natural abundance from four coordinated [Fe(CO)2(C5H5)]+ groups.  相似文献
