铝镁合金搅拌摩擦焊中峰值温度超过Al12Mg17和Al3Mg2形成的共晶温度,两种金属间化合物的形成不可避免。通过将镁合金置于前进侧、搅拌针偏向镁合金,采用液氮或水下搅拌摩擦焊,加入中间层过渡金属等方法可降低搅拌摩擦焊过程中的热输入,有效减少焊核区金属间化合物的数量。采用锥形螺纹搅拌针对接、配合直径约为3.5倍板厚的内凹型轴肩可提供适当的热输入,促进材料塑性流动,增加两种材料相互交融的程度,提高接头抗拉强度;超声辅助搅拌摩擦焊技术可破坏脆性界面层进而提高接头强度。  相似文献

研究异种搅拌摩擦焊AA5083-H111和AA6351-T6铝合金的微观结构和力学性能。在3种不同的焊接速度(36、63、90 mm/min)下焊接AA5083-H111和AA6351-T6铝合金,分析焊接速度对接头力学和冶金性能的影响。结构表明,与其他焊接速度相比,焊接速度为63 mm/min时接头的力学性能和冶金性能较好。焊缝区由未混合区、机械混合区和混流区组成。所观察到的断裂模式为韧性纤维断裂。  相似文献

In this study, orbital friction stir lap welding of 360?mm diameter AA5083-H321 tube to 350?mm diameter AA5083-O flange was investigated. The influence of rotational and travel speed of tool with triangular frustum pin on the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of orbital friction stir lap welded samples were studied. The results indicated that defect free orbital lap joints are successfully obtained using tool rotational speed of 650 and 800?rev?min?1 with a constant travel speed of 40?mm?min?1. The strengthening mechanism in the stir zone is solid solution strengthening and dislocation looping. The maximum joint strength was achieved at a welding speed of 650?rev?min?1 and 40?mm?min?1. Failure of tensile shear test samples occurred far from the friction stir welding zone.  相似文献

Wrought aluminium alloy, A6016-T4, was welded to cast one ADC12 by a friction stir welding technique. A6016 was set on the advancing side, while ADC12 was on the retreating side based on the pre-tensile test results. The dissimilar welds exhibited lower fatigue strengths than A6016 but higher than that of ADC12. Fatigue strengths increased when the tool was offset into ADC12, which could be explained based on the risk volume concept. When ADC12 was set on the advancing side, the fatigue strengths decreased. Microstructural observation revealed that the macroscopic structure in the stir zone drastically changed by putting ADC12 on the advancing side, and insufficient mixing of dissimilar alloys resulted in the lower fatigue strengths.  相似文献

研究了AA6061-T6和AZ31合金异种搅拌摩擦焊接头的微观组织。在异种搅拌摩擦焊接AA6061-T6与AZ31合金时,采用偏置条件,即将搅拌针插入时偏向AZ31合金,从而得到异种对接接头。通过预备实验来优化搅拌针的前进速度、旋转速度。运用电子背散射衍射技术观察搅拌区的纹理,并得到粒径分布和错位角分布,在搅拌区存在相对精细的晶粒结构。在AA6061-T6搅拌区出现随机或弱面取向,而在AZ31搅拌区出现旋转底面取向。再结晶颗粒的平均尺寸只有2.5~4.5μm。与基础合金相比,在AA6061-T6搅拌区的大角度晶界的分数增大,而在AZ31搅拌区的小角度晶界的分数降低。  相似文献

以5083铝与6082铝为研究对象,利用搅拌摩擦焊(friction stir welding,FSW)制备了异种材料对接接头.利用短波长X射线衍射(short-wavelength X-ray diffraction,SWRXD)技术,以{311}与{111}为衍射晶面,基于极图最外圈织构参量确定了残余应力测试方向,采用d0法研究了FSW焊件中心层的残余应力.结果表明,{111}和{311}晶面测试的纵向残余应力分布趋势相近,焊核区为拉应力并出现两个应力峰值;{111}晶面的测试结果更为离散,应力的峰值向前进侧偏移;采用{111}晶面测试的横向的残余应力分布趋势与{311}晶面测试的结果偏差较大.  相似文献

通过室温静态挂片试验以及动电位极化曲线测试,在室温0.2mol/LNaHSO3+0.6mol/L NaCl溶液中,对6082铝合金搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)焊缝以及6082铝合金母材的电化学腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明,主轴转速为1200r/min,焊接速度为200mm/min,搅拌头倾角为3°时的焊缝与母材相比,平均腐蚀速率较小,腐蚀电位Ecorr正向移动,腐蚀电流密度J变小。同时使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对室温静态挂片试验试样的表面形貌进行了观察,发现焊缝表面上只出现少量较浅的点蚀坑,而母材表面的点蚀现象较为严重。  相似文献

本研究以5mm厚的AA2024-T351和AA7075-T651铝合金板材进行搅拌摩擦对接焊,研究了异种铝合金搅拌摩擦焊AA2024-7075接头焊核区沿厚度方向的微观组织演化。研究结果表明:焊核区的晶粒尺寸从焊缝顶部到底部依次降低。轴肩区和焊缝底部区域的再结晶组分低于焊缝中心区。焊核区形成了简单的剪切织构且织构分布并不均匀。轴肩区主要是B 和?B织构组分,而底部区域主要是A 和?A织构组分,C织构组分则出现在中心区域。中心区域的织构强度低于焊核顶部和底部区域,这主要是由于该区域出现了洋葱环,是材料混合区域,使得晶粒取向更为随机。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The dissimilar welds between aluminium (Al) alloy, A6061-T6, and stainless steel, type 304, were fabricated by a friction stir welding (FSW) technique. The FSW tool was offset to Al side and the probe was inserted only into Al plate. The softening occurred in Al side due to the heat input during FSW, while the hardness increased by the post-ageing treatment. Tensile strength of dissimilar weld also increased about 8.5% by the post-ageing. The residual stresses were measured based on the cos α method. The residual stresses parallel to the weld line, σxr, were predominantly tensile, while those perpendicular to the weld line, σyr, were compressive. Post-ageing treatment had little effect on the residual stresses.  相似文献

检测搅拌摩擦焊过程中铝合金薄板上各特征点在不同焊接参数下的温度变化规律,研究搅拌摩擦焊接参数对焊接过程温度场的影响。试验结果表明,在搅拌头旋转速度一定时,各特征点的温度峰值随焊接速度的增加而降低;在焊接速度一定时,特征点的温度峰值随搅拌头旋转速度的增加而升高。  相似文献

采用搅拌摩擦焊焊接了5083铝合金板材,借助电子背散射衍射技术和取向成像分析软件,对比性地分析了母材和焊核区的晶粒形貌、取向差分布、织构组分及取向分布函数,分析了焊核区晶体取向的变化.结果表明,在热-力作用下,焊核区发生动态再结晶,显示等轴晶粒形貌,平均晶粒尺寸约为15.8μm,同时大角度晶界比例明显增加.母材的黄铜织构B{011} <211> 和S织构{123} <634> 的比例分别达到30.6%和13.6%以上;搅拌摩擦焊后,焊核区的B织构和S织构的比例分别降至4%和1.8%,原位再结晶形成的R{124} <211> 织构组分约为7.7%,焊核区其它常见面心立方金属织构组分的比例均低于8%,意味着焊核区由强取向组织转变为弱取向组织.  相似文献

采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对2219-T6铝合金进行焊接,对焊接接头的宏观形貌、微观组织、抗拉强度进行了分析,并通过对焊核塑性金属的流动状态进行分析,研究了搅拌摩擦焊接头强度弱化的原因. 结果表明,焊核根据流态可分为3个不同的区域,其中靠前进侧存在一个性能薄弱的B区域,该区的产生是抽吸挤压作用不平衡的结果,也是塑性金属向上回流通道. 该区具有较大的塑性损伤,易产生疏松缺陷及界面突变,晶粒具有较大的热不稳定性,是造成接头强度低于母材的主要原因之一. 通过高温短时的再结晶热处理工艺可以恢复该区域的强韧性,消除弱化问题.  相似文献

扭矩的测量对于理解和改进搅拌摩擦焊有很大的帮助.使用扭矩传感器测量了3.5mm厚铝合金5083-H321在不同参数下的扭矩,对扭矩曲线进行了比较,并研究了稳态平均扭矩对接头力学性能的影响.结果发现:焊接速度一定时,稳态平均扭矩随着旋转速度的增加而增加;旋转速度一定时,稳态平均扭矩随着焊接速度的增加而增加.稳态平均扭矩为12 N·m时抗拉强度和伸长率最大,分别达到母材的93.6%和67%.  相似文献

The effects of welding heat input and post-weld heat treatment on the mechanical and microstructural aspects of dissimilar friction stir welds of age-hardened AA7075-T6 and strain hardenable AA5086-H32 aluminium alloys were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) residual stress analysis and tensile testing together with optical metallography and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were performed to assess the effects of process parameters on welded joints. It was discovered that joints produced without heat sink exhibited more homogeneous stir zones than other joints. Of the natural aging time studied, higher amount of solid solution during rapid cooling of welds produced higher driving force for increase in hardness in the AA7075 side during natural aging. Natural aging within stirring zone and thermo-mechanical affected zone of AA7075 side resulted in a 10 to 25 MPa reduction in the residual stress in these zones; its effect decreased considerably in the welds performed without heat sink. In addition, natural aging had no noticeable effect on the joint strength.  相似文献

The local inhomogeneity of the stir zone in friction stir welded face-centered cubic metal was investigated, which has multiple activated slip systems during plastic deformation, by selecting commercial AA1050 aluminum alloy as an ideal experimental material. The local inhomogeneity was evaluated by uniaxial tensile tests using small samples with a 1 mm gauge length. The corresponding microstructural parameters such as grain size, misorientation angle distribution, and micro-texture, were quantified by the backscattered electron diffraction technique. A comprehensive model was used to reveal the microstructure−mechanical property relationship. The experimental results showed that the uniaxial tensile property changes significantly across the weld. The maximum ultimate tensile strength (UTS) occurred in the center of the stir zone, which was 99.0 MPa. The weakest regions were located at the two sides of the stir zone. The largest difference value in UTS reached 14.9 MPa, accounting for 15% of the maximum UTS. The analysis on the structure−mechanical property relationship suggests that the micro-texture change with the location formed during the rotational material flow is the main reason for the local inhomogeneity.  相似文献

The tensile rupture locations of friction stir welded joints of AA2017-T351 and AA6061-T6 aluminum alloys were examined. The experiments show that the rupture locations of the joints are different for the two aluminum alloys, which are influenced by the welding parameters. When the joints are free of welding defects, the AA2017-T351 joints are ruptured in the weld nugget adjacent to the thermo-mechanically affected zone on the advancing side and the rupture surfaces appear as oval contours of the weld nugget, while the AA6061-T6 joints are ruptured in the heat affected zone on the retreating side and the rupture surfaces are inclined at a certain degree to the bottom surfaces of the joints. When welding defects are present in the joints, the AA2017-T351 joints are ruptured in the weld center, while the AA6061-T6 joints are ruptured on the retreating side near the weld center. The rupture locations of the joints are dependent on the internal structures of the joints and can be explained through them.  相似文献

使用光学显微镜、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)对比研究了2024/7075异种铝合金搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)接头及母材的组织特征、晶界特征和织构的演化.结果表明,后退侧热力影响区晶粒的小角度晶界含量较母材明显增大而前进侧热力影响区晶粒的小角度晶界含量与母材相比没有明显变化,焊核区发生了动态再结晶,大角度晶界含量明显增加.后退侧2024铝合金为弱取向组织,前进侧7075铝合金母材、热影响区以及热机影响区具有较强的S织构{123}<634>、黄铜织构{011}<211>和R织构{124}<211>,焊核区为等轴再结晶晶粒,没有明显的择优取向.  相似文献
