运用离子交换法对电镀废水中硫酸铜进行吸附,富集废水中硫酸铜,达到回收再利用的目的。研究不同类型的树脂对硫酸铜吸附能力强弱,硫酸铜浓度及流速不同时树脂对硫酸铜的吸附能力。并且对树脂的解吸过程进行了研究,为低浓度含铜废水的合理回收提供依据。  相似文献

In the present investigation, new hydrazinecarbothioamides 4–6 were synthesized by reaction of 4-(4-X-phenylsulfonyl)benzoic acids hydrazides (X= H, Cl, Br) 1–3 with 2,4-difluorophenyl isothiocyanate and further these were treated with sodium hydroxide to obtain 1,2,4-triazole-3-thione derivatives 7–9. The reaction of 7–9 with α-halogenated ketones, in basic media, afforded new S-alkylated derivatives 10–15. The structures of the synthesized compounds have been established on the basis of 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR, mass spectral studies and elemental analysis. The antioxidant activity of all compounds has been screened. Hydrazinecarbothioamides 4–6 showed excellent antioxidant activity and 1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones 7–9 showed good antioxidant activity using the DPPH method.  相似文献

以D072型树脂为载体制备非均相Fenton催化剂,并研究了该催化剂在氧化剂作用下对含铜废水的处理效果。在催化剂制备阶段,D072型树脂吸附Fe~(2+)的平衡时间为60min。当Fe~(2+)的质量浓度为1 200mg/L时,D072型树脂上负载的Fe~(2+)量基本不变,载铁量达到107.42mg/g,并且温度对催化剂载铁量的影响不大。对于100mg/L的含铜废水,最佳的处理条件为:pH值3,催化剂的投加量15g/L,H_2O_2的质量浓度672mg/L,反应温度30℃,反应时间90min。在此条件下,Cu2+的去除率可达到87.17%。催化剂在多次使用后处理效果依旧良好,但处理速率每次都有所下降。  相似文献

以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为软模板,制备了碳羟基磷灰石纳米球,用能谱分析(EDS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)等实验手段对产物进行了相关表征,研究了羟基磷灰石纳米球对废水溶液中镉离子的去除行为.研究表明,所制备的碳羟基磷灰石为球形晶体,平均直径为20~30nm,且分散均匀,其对含镉废水的净化能力明显高于市售粉体羟基磷灰石.  相似文献

分析了铜离子特别是亚铜离子对AM(丙烯酰胺)聚合反应的影响,同时给出了各自的测定方法。得到亚铜离子的含量虽然低,但确是影响聚合丙烯酰胺的主要因素的结论,对其进行精确测量,能有效控制AM工艺,并提高PAM的分子量。  相似文献

以2,4-二氯苯甲酸为起始原料,经酯化、肼解、成盐、闭环合成3-硫酮-4-氨基-5-(2,4-二氯)苯基-1,2,4-三唑(Ⅳ),然后与取代甲醛缩合生成中间体(Ⅴ),最后以乙腈为溶剂,K2CO3为催化剂,中间体Ⅴ与卤代烃于75℃反应2 h合成了8个含三唑Schiff碱硫醚衍生物(Ⅵa~Ⅵh),收率69%~78%,其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、19FNMR、IR以及元素分析表征。初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分目标化合物对黄瓜霜霉病的抑制率达100%。  相似文献

The effect of an electromagnetic field (EMF) on the rate of copper(II) cementation from copper sulfate solutions on a rotating iron cylinder was investigated. The studied variables were cylinder rotation speed, magnetic field strength, and magnetic field direction. The application of EMF increased the rate of cementation in both parallel and perpendicular direction of the magnetic field where the latter proved to be more effective. The rate of mass transfer under an EMF was found to be more than doubled. The enhancement of copper recovery in presence of the EMF is due to the induced motion of Fe+n in the solution which is limited to a certain range of cylinder rotation speed. The power consumption for cementation of copper could be significantly reduced by utilizing EMF.  相似文献

微波辐射条件下,以自制的氨基均三唑硫醇与查尔酮为原料, 通过亲核取代反应,制备了氨基均三唑氮代二苯丙酮(4),(4)与系列芳香醛经缩合反应合成了7种未见文献报道的三唑硫酮席夫碱5a~5g。探讨了原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、溶剂、微波辐射功率对收率的影响,得到了优化的工艺条件:n(芳醛): n(氨基三唑硫酮)=1:1,微波功率500 W,催化剂冰醋酸2ml,反应时间5~7min,溶剂为DMF, 收率为71%~87%。利用IR、MS、1H NMR、元素分析对合成中间体和目标产物进行了结构表征。  相似文献

Reactive crystallization for separation and recovery of divalent metal ions from wastewater using a semi‐batch crystallizer has been developed. In this process, metal carbonates are produced by reacting metal sulfate solution with sodium carbonate solution. Nickel and copper ions are crystallized under particular initial pH conditions but the product shapes are not regular. Consequently, sphere seeds have been used as nucleus‐generating agents and their growth mechanism has been examined. When providing a particular amount of seeds before crystallization, metal substances piled up on the surface of the seeds, maintaining the form sphere, and the production of fines was restricted. The metal removal rate through reactive crystallization was ~99.9 % on average. This operation proved to be suitable for application in industrial wastewater treatment and for recycling of metal materials.  相似文献

A chemical reduction method for preparing monodispersed pure-phase copper colloids in water and ethylene glycol has been reported. Owing to the reduction property of ethylene glycol, the reaction rate in ethylene glycol is higher than that in water. In addition, the amount of reducing agent can be reduced largely. Ascorbic acid plays roles as reducing agent and antioxidant of colloidal copper, due to its ability to scavenge free radicals and reactive oxygen molecules. Thermogravimetric results reveal that the as-prepared copper nanoparticles have good stability, and they begin to be oxidized at above 210 °C. Polyvinyl pyrrolidone works both as size controller and polymeric capping agents, because it hinders the nuclei from aggregation through the polar groups, which strongly absorb the copper particles on the surface with coordination bonds.  相似文献

In order to investigate the biological activity of novel 1,2,4-triazole compounds, seventeen novel 1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing pyridine moiety were synthesized under microwave assistant condition by multi-step reactions. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses. The target compounds were evaluated for their fungicidal activities against Stemphylium lycopersici (Enjoji) Yamamoto, Fusarium oxysporum. sp. cucumebrium, and Botrytis cinerea in vivo, and the results indicated that some of the title compounds displayed excellent fungicidal activities. Theoretical calculation of the title compound was carried out with B3LYP/6-31G (d,p). The full geometry optimization was carried out using 6-31G (d,p) basis set, and the frontier orbital energy, atomic net charges were discussed, and the structure-activity relationship was also studied.  相似文献

The water-soluble polyesters were synthesized by the polyaddition reaction between diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid bisanhydride (DTPABA) and polyethylene glycols (PEG) of different molar masses. The copper complexes of these polyesters were synthesized by the reaction with copper acetate and were characterized by their melting points, elemental analyses, viscometry, FT-IR, UV-visible SEM, AFM, XRD data. Thermal stability of the compounds was studied by TG-DTA analyses. The antibacterial activity of the polyesters was studied against the bacterial species E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa and B. subtilis. All the polyesters showed moderate anti-bacterial activity against the selected bacteria.  相似文献

以脱氢松香酸甲酯为原料,经溴代、双硝化、还原、关环等步骤合成了一种脱氢松香基二吡啶吩嗪衍生物(Ⅵ),该结构通过核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、碳谱(13CNMR)、质谱(MS)、红外光谱及元素分析进行表征。利用荧光光谱和吸收光谱研究了在四氢呋喃溶液中其对不同金属离子的识别性能。结果表明,Ⅵ对二价铜离子具有较好的选择识别性能。  相似文献

以三聚氯氰、二乙胺、对硝基酚、1,2-二溴乙烷、水杨醛、对羟基苯甲醛、香草醛和异香草醛为原料,采用高度稀释法合成了一类新型的含三嗪环的席夫碱大环化合物,并通过IR、1H NMR和ESI/MS对其结构进行了表征。紫外光谱研究表明,席夫碱大环5对Fe3+离子有专一性识别作用。  相似文献
