在葡萄酒的生产过程中,过滤是葡萄酒必不可少的工艺处理。而在实际生产过程中,经常会出现堵塞除菌过滤膜的情况。最初酿酒师们通过浊度的高低来判断葡萄酒是否能够堵塞除菌过滤膜,而大量实践证明,浊度值并不能正确反映葡萄酒的过滤难易程度。后来Bowyer等人通过模拟过滤过程中的各种条件,指出可滤性指数(Filterability Index)可在一定程度上模拟葡萄酒的过滤过程,用其指导葡萄酒过滤的意义也更大。 相似文献

为研究陶瓷膜分离技术在D-核糖发酵液预处理工艺中的应用,采用陶瓷膜系统对D-核糖发酵液进行预处理,从时间、温度、顶洗水量以及不同过滤方式综合考察对发酵液膜通量与产品收率的影响。结果表明:D-核糖发酵液在陶瓷膜分离过程中,膜通量呈现前期递减、中期稳定、后期递减现象;膜分离通量在45~55℃显著提升;膜分离在顶洗水倍数达到0.5倍后,提取收率趋于稳定;陶瓷膜分离技术较之板框、转鼓过滤在D-核糖发酵液预处理过程中其产品收率高达96%以上。综上结果,陶瓷膜分离技术可以高效地截留发酵液中的菌体、大颗粒蛋白及杂质,使后续的分离纯化工序顺利进行,从而提高D-核糖提取收率。 相似文献

膜分离技术是一种先进的选择性分离技术,这门技术出现在20世纪初,并在20世纪60年代后迅速崛起。膜分离技术由于兼有分离、浓缩、纯化和精制的功能,又有高效、节能、环保、分子级过滤及过滤过程简单、易于控制等特征具有自身独特的优势,随着工业的不断发展,膜分离技术已经广泛应用在工业水处理当中。现已对膜分离技术的各个领域开展了研究工作,并推广于制造业及工业应用。本文介绍了膜分离技术用于一种生物大分子的分离纯化应用,以马尾藻为原料,采用传统水体醇沉的方法制备出多糖,经过一些预处理操作,并配合以膜技术的综合设置为分离提纯的方法,使岩藻寡糖的纯度得到很大的提高,具体表现为除盐,除砷,除杂蛋白等。经过试验验证:采用微滤、超滤、纳滤三者结合的综合膜处理操作之后,能使岩藻寡糖的纯度有显著提高。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Commercial enzymes were compared in this study to improve the yield and clarification of marula fruit ( Sclerocarya berria sub. caffra ) juice. An increase in yield of up to 12% in juice treated with the enzyme Rapidase Filtration was recorded. A 15-fold improvement in juice clarity and an increase in total terpenes were observed after treatment with prefermentation processing enzymes. Post-fermented marula wine was treated with enzymes to hydrolyze bound monoterpenes. An increase in the free monoterpenes of at least 92% was observed in enzyme-treated juice. The different enzymes had both positive and negative effects on the flavor of the juice, wine, and distillate. Trenolin Bukett increased the aroma profile of the wine, while it remained closely related to the unaltered marula profile of the control. AR2000 had an overwhelming effect on the flavor profile, but the risk of deviating from the typical marula flavor was high. 相似文献

Two red wines, from the same cultivar, differing by polysaccharide content were filtered using cross-flow microfiltration with an alumina membrane, pore size 0.2 μm. Filtration flow rates were different. The wine richest in polysaccharides (A) showed a typical external fouling profile with progressive stabilization, while wine B showed a permanent decrease in flux (external and internal fouling). Retention of polysaccharides negatively correlated with their hydrodynamic volume, overall losses being higher for wine B. Polysaccharides had a possible role in fouling related to their structures and molecular weight distribution in the two wines. 相似文献

Data obtained for acetaldehyde analysis of yogurt and wine by direct 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) derivatization and extraction are compared to those obtained by distillation and DNPH derivatization. Separation and analysis of acetaldehyde 2,4dinitrophenylhydrazone (DNP) was by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Higher precision was obtained with the direct derivatization extraction technique than for the distillation derivatization technique. Data obtained by the direct derivatization extraction technique for acetaldehyde in commercial yogurt samples had less viriability than those for wine. 相似文献
