The sorption of Pd(II), Ag(I), and Cu(II) from nitric acid solutions with silicas chemically modified with γ-(aminopropyl)trietoxysiloxane is investigated. It is assumed based on the investigation of solid phases by IR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermogravimetry that the following processes occur during the sorption of palladium from nitric acid solutions: coordination of palladium atoms to nitrogen atoms of the functional group, interaction of palladium ions with the silica matrix, and the formation of polynuclear complexes. It is proposed to use a 5% solution of thiourea in 0.1 M HCl. It is determined that the establishment time of constant values of sorption in static conditions is as follows, min: 10 for Ag(I), 20 for Cu(II), and 30 for Pd(II). A sorbability series of ions from 2 M HNO3 in identical conditions is as follows: AAg(I) > APd(II) ? ACu(II). Silver ions are not sorbed from solutions with the concentration of HNO3 < 1 M, which will create prerequisites for the separation of ions. 相似文献

Complex forms of palladium that are formed in ammonia-nitrate solutions during the desorption of platinum group metals (PGMs) from the VP-1P anionite are investigated. The potentiometric anion selectivity of polymer membrane-based electrodes formulated with a palladium organophosphine complex (benzylbis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II) chloride) as the membrane active component is examined. The electrode is shown to exhibit a non-Hofmeister selectivity pattern with a significantly enhanced response toward nitrite over the concentration range of 10 microM-10 mM (log-linear range) and a detection limit 5.0 microM. The effect of lipophilic anionic (tetraphenylborate derivatives) and cationic (tetraalkylammonium) site additives within the membrane on the anion selectivity is examined in detail. Addition of both cationic and anionic sites is shown to improve potentiometric anion selectivity, suggesting that the palladium complex may operate simultaneously as a neutral and charged carrier-type ionophore within the polymer membrane phase. Using optimal membrane formulations (with added 20-30 mol % cationic sites), the sensors prepared with the palladium complex do not exhibit proton/hydroxide response in the range of pH 3.5-12, a potential advantage over previously reported nitrite electrodes prepared with Co(III) corrins and porphyrin complexes. 相似文献

采用焙烧-酸浸-氰化工艺综合回收复杂金精矿中的金、银、铜.结果表明,焙烧温度、焙烧时间、焙烧添加剂种类和用量对金、银、铜浸出率影响显著.实验确定了较优工艺条件为:焙烧添加剂NaOH用量为6 %,温度630 ℃,焙烧时间3 h,硫酸浓度1 mol/L,酸浸液固体积质量比5:1,酸浸温度50 ℃,酸浸4 h,氰化纳浓度3 ‰,氰化浸出液固体积质量比5:1,常温氰化72 h.在上述条件下,金、银、铜浸出率分别达到93.53 %、75.37 %、94.23 %. 相似文献
