耐火纤维喷涂是纤维机械化施工的一种新工艺。随之在喷炉顶时其厚度和抗拉强度都受到了限制,耐火纤维喷涂的辅助技术解决了上述问题,一是结合剂应具备的两种特性;二是使用便携式针刺机对炉顶纤维层进行针刺处理。纤维喷涂层通过针刺处理,它在纵向的抗拉强度可达0.015-0.03MPa,解决顶层纤维的剥离脱落问题,大大提高了炉顶喷涂层的使用寿命。  相似文献

以特级焦宝石和硅线石为主要原料,并加入少量添加剂,采用4级配料,共磨细粉等工艺,研制出气孔率13.5%、0.2MPa荷重(1250℃×50h)蠕变率0.3~0.6%、0.2MPa荷重软化温度(KD)为1470℃优质热风炉粘土砖。该粘土砖具有较好的高温体积稳定性、蜗变性和耐磨性。  相似文献

对超音速气雾化喷嘴中抽吸压力ΔP的变化进行了试验研究,重点考察了雾化气体压力P0、气流夹角α、导液管锥顶角β及突出长度h对抽吸压力的影响。试验结果表明,在(0.5~4.0MPa)雾化压力范围内,抽吸压力皆呈负压状态。但抽吸压力变化分三阶段:随着雾化压力的增加,雾化压力在0.5~1.5MPa范围内,抽吸压力减小;雾化压力在1.5~3.5MPa之间时,抽吸压力逐渐增大,并达到一个最大值;当雾化压力超过3.5MPa后,抽吸压力又逐渐降低。锥顶角越大,抽吸压力越大;而雾化压力升高到或大于3.23MPa时,随着突出长度的增加,抽吸压力逐渐减小。  相似文献

A novel low-cost gas atomisation technology producing spherical titanium powder (wire induction heating gas atomisation, WIGA) has been developed for additive manufacturing. Combined with the gas atomisation principle, the characteristics of WIGA were analysed. The effects of the gas pressure, metal temperature and the wire-feeding speed on the particle size of the titanium powder were studied. The results indicated that the decreases in mass median particle diameter (D50) and the increases in efficiency of fine size powders occurred with the increase in gas atomisation pressure and melting temperature and with the decrease of wire-feed speed. The optimum parameters are that the main gas pressure (P0) is 4.0?MPa, the degree of superheat of the metal melt is 350°C and the wire-feed speed is 50?mm?s?1. On the condition, the D50 of titanium powder was 40.2?μm and powder morphology was spherical. Satellites rarely existed on the surface of particles.  相似文献

Hydrogen gas has been equilibrated with the hydrogen dissolved in titanium. The equilibrium pressure (<10 MPa) of the gas and the hydrogen concentration (40 ∼ 70 mol pct) in titanium have been measured at 576 to 980 K by Sieverts' method. A Gibbs-Duhem integration has been made to obtain the thermodynamic activity of titanium and the formation properties of the “TiH2” phase. Interaction energies between neighboring atoms in the hydride have been evaluated by applying a quasi-chemical model of statistical mechanics.  相似文献

试验用390 MPa级IF钢(/%:0.005C,0.04Si,0.35Mn,0.095P,0.005S,0.030Nb,0.016Ti,0.036Alt)0.8 mm冷轧板由4 mm热轧板冷轧生产。研究了连续退火温度780~820℃对该IF钢组织、织构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当连续退火温度由780℃提高至820℃时,IF钢的屈服和抗拉强度分别由282 MPa和432 MPa降至249 MPa和405 MPa,伸长率A50和塑性应变比rm分别从37.2%和1.45提高到41.7%和1.84,具有较好的深冲性能;但随退火温度升高,平面各向异性指数△r由0.44提高到0.65,铁素体晶粒尺寸增大,组织均匀变差,同时变形织构{112}<110>变弱,有利织构{111}<110>增强,{001}<110>变弱,综合考虑退火温度控制在820℃左右为宜。  相似文献

The production of new helical- and straight-seam pipe (diameter 1420 mm) for working pressures of 9.8 and 11.8 MPa (strength categories K60 and K65, respectively) has been introduced at OAO Volzhskii Trubnyi Zavod. High-quality thick sheet with limited carbon and sulfur content is used for pipe production. Shaping, welding, and expansion processes have been introduced. Pipe performance is investigated. On the basis of the results, the new pipe may be recommended for the current OAO Gazprom projects (the Northern-European gas pipeline and the Bovanenkovo-Ukhta gas pipeline).  相似文献

分析和研究了0.03%~0.21%Si含量对含硼冷镦钢10B21 (/%:0.20C,0.03~0.21Si,0.82~0.83Mn,0.009~0.013S,0.015~0.016P,0.001 9~0.002 0B)Φ34 mm热轧盘条组织和性能的影响。盘条热轧的终轧温度为900℃,缓冷。结果表明,Si含量由0.03%增加到0.21%,10B21钢盘条抗拉强度由480 MPa增加到489 MPa,即增加了9 MPa;HRB硬度值增加5.3,钢的组织中铁素体团尺寸由52μm降低至42μm,非金属夹杂物尺寸及数量无明显变化,淬透性能提高。  相似文献

采用喷雾干燥法对粗四氯化钛沉淀泥浆中TiCl4的回收进行了研究。首先,在实验室以空气作为沉淀泥浆干燥的加热介质,进行喷雾干燥。然后,在生产现场以氩气作为沉淀泥浆干燥的加热介质,进行喷雾干燥。研究结果表明,以氩气作为沉淀泥浆干燥的加热介质,在喷雾驱动进气压力为0.5 MPa,加热干燥进气压力为0.15 MPa,加热干燥进气温度为350℃,尾气出口温度为125℃的条件下喷雾干燥,沉淀泥浆中TiCl4的含量由55.3%(质量分数,下同)降至1.8%,对应泥浆中TiCl4的蒸发率达98%以上,回收率达96%以上。  相似文献

 The high temperature deformation behavior of the 9Ni steel has been studied by the Gleeble-3500 tester. The relationship between deformation resistance and deformation degree, deformation temperature and deformation rate was revealed. The results show that when the deformation degree is less than 02, the deformation resistance increases by about 70 to 200 MPa, while the deformation degree varied between 02 and 04, the deformation resistance increases by about 30-40 MPa, when the deformation degree is larger than 04, the deformation resistance increases slowly, some become stable gradually. The influence of deformation temperature on deformation resistance is larger, and deformation resistance at higher temperature is about 160 MPa smaller than at lower temperature. Higher deformation rate leads to larger deformation resistance. The deformation resistance increases about 70 to 110 MPa with the increase of the deformation rate. A new and highly accurate mathematical model of the steel was established to describe the deformation behavior during rolling.  相似文献

研究了中高碳量Fe-2Ni-0.5Mo-xC及Fe-2Cu-xC粉末锻造钢经淬火-回火热处理后的综合力学性能。由4600合金粉制造的Fe-2Ni-0.5Mo-0.6C成分和由水雾化铁粉制造的Fe-2Cu-0.5C成分的粉末锻造钢具有良好的综合力学性能。前者抗拉强度达1570MPa,硬度为HRC45.2,冲击韧性为31.4J/cm2。后者抗拉强度达1090MPa,硬度为HRC40.7,冲击韧性为38.0J/cm2。可以满足要求具有高强度、良好韧性以及较高耐磨性的结构零件的需要。  相似文献
