针对Mo品位为0.79%的含钼矿石,以水玻璃作抑制剂和细泥的分散剂,采用"粗精矿预先脱泥-脱泥精矿再磨精选"的浮选工艺试验流程,可获得产率为1.35%、Mo品位为51.23%、回收率为87.55%的合格钼精矿。矿石中钼资源得到了较好的回收。     

柿竹园钨钼铋尾矿回收萤石可选性试验研究

介绍了柿竹园钨钼铋尾矿的工艺矿物学性质及可选性试验研究。根据尾矿性质,确定采用预先筛分粗颗粒直接抛尾,细粒级进入萤石浮选,粗精矿精选,产品强磁脱硅,部分中矿单独再选产出低品位萤石精矿的混合流程。最终获得高品位萤石精矿,CaF297．22％,回收率为55．06％,低品位萤石精矿CaF290．89％,回收率为8．16％。     

从低品位铜钼矿体中回收铜钼的浮选试验研究

文章通过对福建、内蒙古、河南某地三个低品位铜钼金属矿体的铜钼浮选试验研究,讨论了低品位铜钼金属矿体的铜钼浮选可选性。？昆合浮选较优先浮选指标好,从含Cu0．03％～O．44％,含MoO．039％～0．081％的给矿中得到含Mo34．82％～47．46％,含cu4．65％～18．42％,回收率分别为62．50％～81．47％和58．89％-82．03％的钼精矿和铜精矿。     

内蒙阿巴嘎旗某萤石矿浮选提纯工艺研究

研究了内蒙阿巴嘎旗某萤石矿生产优质低硅萤石精矿的浮选药剂和工艺流程。通过采用一次粗选、一次扫选、粗精矿再磨后五次精选,弱酸性介质精选的浮选工艺,获得含CaF297.52%,SiO21.06%,回收率为85.19%的萤石精矿。     

福建某萤石矿选矿试验研究

福建某萤石矿含CaF2为18%左右,属于低品位萤石矿,试验采用预先脱硫-浮选萤石工艺,常规流程闭路试验可获得一个萤石精矿品位为90.36%,回收率为77.33%的萤石精矿;采用中矿再选流程可获得两个萤石精矿,萤石精矿1品位为97.37%,回收率为44.76%;萤石精矿2品位为86.65%,回收率为25.68%;综合萤石精矿品位为93.17%,回收率为70.44%的良好选矿指标。     

某含钼白钨矿选矿试验研究

在矿石工艺矿物学研究基础上,对某矿石性质复杂的含钼白钨矿,采用单一浮选工艺流程,在Na2SiO3弱碱性介质中,进行硫化钼浮选,在Na2CO3和Na2SiO3碱性介质中用GYW新型氧化矿捕收剂进行白钨矿粗选。白钨粗精矿加温精选采用改进后的“彼德洛夫法”,当原矿含Mo0.08%、WO30.58%时,获得Mo品位45.5%、Mo回收率80.1%的钼精矿和WO3品位65.7%、WO3回收率75.9%的白钨精矿,钨和钼获得较好的回收。     

某萤石矿低温浮选试验研究及工业实践

对某萤石矿,采用油酸作为捕收剂,在低温条件下难以获得合格的精矿产品,且回收率低,严重影响选厂的正常生产和运营。针对该情况,采用新型低温浮选捕收剂K捕作为萤石浮选的捕收剂进行试验室试验,在低温条件下,可获良好的选矿指标。工业试验中,在原矿品位较低的情况下,高品位萤石精矿含CaF297.59%,回收率为44.82%;低品位萤石精矿含CaF273.51%,回收率为32.87%,总的萤石回收率为77.69%。解决了该矿低温萤石浮选难题,可供同类型萤石矿借鉴。     

某钼铋矿石选矿试验研究

对某钼铋矿石进行选矿工艺试验研究,经过工艺方案探索试验后决定采用“浮钼-铋硫混浮-化学浸铋”的联合工艺流程。闭路试验获得含Mo50．72％、Bi2．88％,Mo回收率67．84％的钼精矿和含Bi9．02％、No0．82％,Bi回收率64．60％的铋硫粗精矿,铋硫粗精矿采用化学浸出,获得的氯氧铋品位为70．06％,铋回收率为57．69％。
