A cadmium analogue of the mercury system with nominal composition CdBa2(Ca1–xYx)Cu2Oy has been synthesized. Thex=0 samples contain about 12 vol.% of the 1212 phase but are not superconducting. Thex=0.3 samples are superconducting atT on = 103 K. The EDX analysis of 18 microcrystals shows a broad cationic distribution of the different components. The observed broad superconducting transition is attributed to the variousT c of the different microcrystals.  相似文献

The Mossbauer effect of oxygen-depleted YBa2Cu3O7-x and PrBa2Cu3O7-x doped with 3%57Fe has been investigated at room temperature. A manifold of quadrupole-split spectra has been found, whose parameters are in general agreement with those found by other workers. In addition, the Mossbauer spectra show that a fraction of the Fe sites develop magnetic order at room temperature when the oxygen content is reduced. It is demonstrated that the observed asymmetries in the Mossbauer spectra can be the result of a preferential alignment of the platelike crystallites that arises during the normal sample preparation process. The tendency to bond with the oxygen atoms is presumed to be responsible for the discreteness of the Mossbauer spectra as a function of oxygen depletion.  相似文献

The Ru-1232 compounds have been synthesized in the (Ru1–xNb x )Sr2(GdCe1.8Sr0.2)Cu2O z system, and effects of Nb substitution for Ru on superconductivity and ferromagnetism of the Ru-1232 compounds have been investigated. First, X-ray powder diffraction study shows that nearly the single 1232 phase samples can be obtained in the x composition range from 0.0 to 0.3. Then, from the electrical resistivity study, it is found that each of the samples shows resistivity dropping phenomenon at two temperatures of T c l and T c h, which originates from superconductivity of the Ru-1232 phase and the Ru-1222 one, respectively. Both of the starting temperatures are lowering with increasing Nb content x. Lastly, from the magnetic susceptibility study, it is found that superconducting transition temperature T c is 20 K for the Ru-1232 sample with x = 0.0 and the ferromagnetic transition temperature T m is about 90 K. This study also shows that both of the values of T c and T m become low with increasing x from 0.0 to 0.3.  相似文献

The structural and superconducting properties of (Er1-xCax)Ba2-ySry(Cu2.76Co0.24)Oz are investigated using X-ray diffraction, resistivity, ac susceptibility, and oxygen content measurements. Increasing the Sr content in (Er0.76Ca0.24)Ba2-ySry(Cu2.76Co0.24)Oz lowers the oxygen content and decreases theT c, which is attributed to the rearrangement of oxygen atoms in the basal plane. This suppression ofT c aty =0.6 cannot be improved by appropriate hole doping with Ca in (Er1-xCax)Ba1.4Sr0.6(Cu2.76Co0.24)Oz forx = 0.24-0.48.  相似文献

Langanite (La3Ga5.5Nb0.5O14, LGN) and its isomorphs are a few piezoelectric materials which have the unique temperature compensation and piezoelectric properties. But the high Ga2O3 content makes them very expensive and limits their applications. We reported a new langanite-type compound La3Al5.5Nb0.5O14 (LAN) which has the advantage of no Ga2O3 content. Chemically homogeneous La3Al5.5Nb0.5O14 sol was synthesized using La (NO3)3·6H2O, Al (NO3)3·9H2O and niobium citrate as starting materials. Single-phased LAN powder was prepared by decomposition of a citrate polymer precursor and subsequent reactions at high temperatures. TG-DTA, XRD and FTIR were employed to investigate the transformation process of gel to LAN powder. The results showed that, after calcination at 900 °C, pure La3Al5.5Nb0.5O14 polycrystalline powder with a narrow particle size distribution was obtained, which has the same structure with La3Ga5.5Nb0.5O14.  相似文献

Detailed transmission electron microscopic study has been carried out on heteroepitaxial YBa2Cu3O7/SrTiO3/YBa2Cu3O7 trilayer thin films grown on (100)SrTiO3 substrates prepared by DC and RF magnetron sputtering. The microstructural results showed the existence of somea-axis-oriented YBCO grains 20–90 nm wide in thec-axis-oriented YBCO matrix. Some of thea-axis grains in the lower YBCO thin film layer have protruded into the above SrTiO3 layer, which may cause short circuit between the two YBCO superconducting layers. This is unsuitable for the application of trilayer thin films for microelectronic devices. The defects on the surface of the substrates would also influence the growth quality of the YBCO thin films.  相似文献

利用综合热分析技术、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了La_2O_3、Nd_2O_3、Y_2O_3对高岭石高温条件下转变成莫来石过程的作用,并采用Kissinger方程、Ozawa方程以及JMA修正方程(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)分析了La_2O_3、Nd_2O_3、Y_2O_3对高岭石高温相变动力学的影响。结果表明:3种稀土氧化物的掺入对高岭石的相变动力学参数产生了影响,相变活化能和频率因子与未掺入稀土氧化物的高岭石相比有所降低,析晶方式则未发生变化,均属于体积晶化。对比掺入3种稀土氧化物的高岭石相变活化能和频率因子可以看出,Y_2O_3对于高岭石高温条件下相变的促进作用最为明显,相变活化能最低。稀土氧化物对于高岭石高温相变产物影响不大,主晶相为莫来石相,次晶相为方石英相,但稀土氧化物的掺入使得方石英相的结晶度明显提高。  相似文献

Multilayer structures containing 24 Å thick DyBa2Cu3O7 layers, separated by 96 Å of an (Y0.6Pr0.4)Ba2Cu3O7 alloy, are studied to investigate the effect of coupling on vortex dynamics. With the magnetic field perpendicular to theab plane, and as a function of the number of superconducting layers in the structure, we find that the activation energy for flux motion increases, first linearly, and then saturates. This linear increase is taken as evidence that pancake vortices belonging to different DyBa2Cu3O7 layers are stacked and have a coupled motion. Above a characteristic number of superconducting layers,N c , shear of the vortex structures becomes important and the thermally activated process only displaces a stack ofN c pancake vortices, meaning that the vortex lattice is turning three dimensional. In these structures we findN c to be 2 to 3.  相似文献

采用水/溶剂热法合成了铜的亚微米级有机金属框架Cu_3(BTC)_2,并用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线粉末衍射、傅里叶红外光谱仪及光电子能谱仪对材料的形貌结构及表面性质进行了分析。将制备的Cu_3(BTC)_2用于吸附去除水中亚甲基蓝(MB)污染物。吸附结果表明,MB在Cu_3(BTC)_2上的吸附符合Freundlich模型。当MB初始浓度为30mg/L时,平衡吸附量为29.5mg/g,当初始浓度提高到300mg/L时,平衡吸附量达到244.3mg/g,吸附效果优于文献中报道的大部分吸附材料。  相似文献

The structural and superconducting properties of single-phase La2.5?y Y0.5Ca1+y Ba3 (Cu0.88Fe0.12)7O z (LYCaBCuFe) (y= 0.0?1.0) compounds with triple perovskite structure are investigated using X-ray diffraction, resistivity, a.c. susceptibility, and oxygen content measurements. Increasing Ca substitution for La resulted in a decrease in unit cell axes and volume. T c R=0 shows a marginal increase from 31 K to 37 K for y = 0.0?0.21 and thereafter it decreases with increasing y leading to zero T c R=0 at y ≥ 0.84. This shows that the suppression of T c from 80 K to 31 K by Fe doping at x = 0.12 La2.5Y0.5CaBa3(Cu1?x Fe x )7O z cannot be compensated by appropriate hole doping with Ca in LaYCaBCuFe.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline Nd2(Zr1 − xSnx)2O7 series solid solutions were prepared by a convenient salt-assisted combustion process using glycine as fuel. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results showed the Zr ion can be partially replaced by Sn ion. The partial substituted products were still single-phase solid solutions and the crystal form remained unchanged. TEM images reveal that the products are composed of well-dispersed square-shaped nanocrystals. The method provides a convenient and low-cost route for the synthesis of nanostructures of oxide materials.  相似文献

La2O3 (0–0.8 wt.%)-doped (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 (abbreviated as BNBT6) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by conventional solid-state reaction. The influences of La2O3 on the microstructure, the dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of the composites were investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns indicate that 0.2-0.8 wt.% of La2O3 has diffused into the lattice of BNBT6 ceramics. Consequently, a pure perovskite phase is formed. SEM images show that the microstructure of the ceramics is changed with the addition of a small amount of La2O3. The temperature dependence of the relative dielectric constant shows that Curie point decreases with the increase of La2O3. At room temperature, the ceramics doped with 0.6 wt.% La2O3 show superior performance with high piezoelectric constant (d33 = 167 pC/N), high planar electromechanical coupling factor (kp = 0.30), high mechanical quality factor (Qm = 118), high relative dielectric constant (εr = 1470) and lower dissipation factor (tanδ = 0.056) at a frequency of 10 kHz.  相似文献

A new Mn-containing material with nominal composition L0.5Sr0.5Mn0.5M0.5O3 (L = Y or Pr; M = Cu or Ru), as well as Y0.5Sr0.5MnO3 for comparison, were synthesized. The results of the XRD and EDX analyses show that the obtained samples are single-phased and isostructural, with L1–xAxMnO3. The L0.5Sr0.5Mn0.5Cu0.5O3 material displays a PM behavior down to 8 K where paramagnetic–antiferromagnetic transition begins. The Pr0.5Sr0.5Mn0.5Cu0.5O3 sample has a broad transition at 210 K and a magnetoresistance of 34% at 128 K. The Pr0.5Sr0.5Mn0.5Ru0.5O3 material has a paramagnetic–ferromagnetic transition beginning at 330 K and a ferromagnetic–antiferromagnetic one at about 160 K. The obtained value of T c is the highest for the Pr-containing manganites. The roles of Pr/Sr ratio, anisotropy, and intergranular effects in the samples are discussed.  相似文献

The paraconductivity of Li-doped YBa2Cu3O7–x was measured. We have found that the character of the fluctuation changes as lithium content increases: instead of a crossover from 2D to 3D behavior (D is the dimensionality), as we have observed for a low doping level, a double crossover to the 2D percolative and 3D percolative regimes becomes manifest by increasing the lithium content.  相似文献

The deposition of the condensed phase YBa2Cu3O7–x from a gas mixture composed of YCl3, BaCl2, Cu3Cl3, and Ar reacting with another consisting of O2 and Ar in a flow system at elevated temperatures was investigated by means of the virtual equilibrium model, and the deposition rates were computed as a function of input gas stream compositions. The magnetization of Gd0.85Y0.15Ba2Cu3O y high-T c superconductor was measured at low fields (<100 Oe) and at a constant temperature of 77 K. The magnetization curves deviate from linearity at 25 Oe, causing the destruction of the weak couplings of the superconducting grains. The hysteresis due to granular superconductivity was also observed.  相似文献

Li3 − xFe2 − xTix(PO4)3/C (x = 0-0.4) cathodes designed with Fe doped by Ti was studied. Both Li3Fe2(PO4)3/C (x = 0) and Li2.8Fe1.8Ti0.2(PO4)3/C (x = 0.2) possess two plateau potentials of Fe3+/Fe2+ couple (around 2.8 V and 2.7 V vs. Li+/Li) upon discharge observed from galvanostatic charge/discharge and cyclic voltammetry. Li2.8Fe1.8Ti0.2(PO4)3/C has higher reversibility and better capacity retention than that of the undoped Li3Fe2(PO4)3/C. A much higher specific capacity of 122.3 mAh/g was obtained at C/20 in the first cycle, approaching the theoretical capacity of 128 mAh/g, and a capacity of 100.1 mAh/g was held at C/2 after the 20th cycle.  相似文献

The kinetic properties of monoclinic lithium vanadium phosphate were investigated by potential step chronoamperometry (PSCA) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) method. The PSCA results show that there exists a linear relationship between the current and the square root of the time. The D?Li values of lithium ion in Li3-xV2(PO4)3 under various initial potentials of 3.41, 3.67, 3.91 and 4.07 V (vs Li/Li+) obtained from PSCA are 1.26 × 10− 9, 2.38 × 10− 9, 2.27 × 10− 9 and 2.22 × 10− 9 cm2·s− 1, respectively. Over the measuring temperature range 15-65 °C, the diffusion coefficient increased from 2.67 × 10− 8 cm2·s− 1 (at 15 °C) to 1.80 × 10− 7 cm2·s− 1 (at 65 °C) as the measuring temperature increased.  相似文献

The structural and superconducting properties of Y1−vη PrNCd{η}¨zCa z Ba2Cu3O7−δ system are investigated using X-ray diffraction, ac susceptibility, dc resistivity, and oxygen content measurements. The effect of increasing Cd concentration substituting the Y-site in Y0.8Pr0.2Ba2Cu3O7-δ suppresses the superconducting transition temperature and lowers the hole concentration, unlike that of Ca substitution in Y0.8Pr0.2Ba2Cu3O7-δ which increasesT c due to hole doping by Ca. The suppression ofT c due to Cd substitution can be counterbalanced by simultaneous hole doping by Ca which increases the Tc with increasing Ca concentration. In spite of similarity in the ionic radii and valency, the role played by Cd and Ca substitution at the Y-site in the Y0.8Pr0.2Ba2Cu3O7-δ system is opposite in nature as Cd doping helps in Tc suppression due to the Pr effect, suggesting that Cd does not provide the necessary holes like Ca substitution which helps to increase the Tc by the hole doping mechanism.  相似文献
