现场总线控制系统中的网络变量通信技术来源 PL C网络的全局 I/ O变量通信。不同现场总线的网络变量通信有所差异 ,这将导致其适用场合不同。这里剖析了 CAN总线 ,L onworks总线及 World FIP总线的网络变量通信机制指出 :CAN具有优秀实时性却具有不确定性 ,L onworks实时性一般而且具有不确定性 ,而 World FIP既具有优良实时性又具有确定性但却是主从方式。这些差异可作为用户设计 FCS系统时的参考  相似文献

Real time data-acquisition from fieldbuses strongly depends on the network type and protocol used. Currently, there is an impressive number of fieldbuses, some of them are completely defined and others are incompletely defined. In those from the second category, the time variable, the main element in real-time data acquisition, does not appear explicitly. Examples include protocols such as Modbus ASCII/RTU, M-bus, ASCII character-based, and so on. This paper defines a flexible acquisition cycle based on the Master-Slave architecture that can be implemented on a Master station, called a Base Station Gateway (BSG). The BSG can add a timestamp for temporal location of data. It also presents a possible extension for the Modbus protocol, developed as simple and low cost solution based on existing hardware.  相似文献

The author proposes a method of achieving open control systems which, he contends, could replace the PLC. It uses IEEE1451 as a truly network-independent standard for transducers and associated networks implemented on volume hardware. A combination of chip vendors and board vendors supplies a variety of markets. JDC/IDC is used for the strategy engines running on chips and boards based on Web technology. Microsoft standards are used for a development environment and for supervisory functions. Operator screens based on Web browser technology are used. The underlying theme should be objects. As for the actual hardware to implement these standards, the fieldbuses at present define hardware: however, people are starting to mix and match. The new RISC machines, found, for instance, in the handheld devices, provide excellent cost-effective vehicles, and mezzanine standards are emerging. The function block (FB) concept has been adopted by recent International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards to define a methodology for the development of modular, re-usable, open, and vendor-independent distributed control applications. Control engineers are already familiar with the FB construct, and field devices and fieldbuses are expected to be compliant with this approach in the near future. New generation FB-oriented CASE tools are required to support the whole development process. This paper presents an approach to the design and development of an IEC-compliant CASE tool (ICT). The proposed approach is based on a four-layer architecture that successfully unifies the FB concept with the Unified Modelling Language. During the development of our prototype ICT, this architecture proved to be very significant for the identification of the key abstractions that the ICT must provide as building blocks of its various diagrams used during the modelling process of control systems.  相似文献

为了使在苛刻工业场所中的通信网络能有效的工作,必须正确安装通信网络。合适的网络安装可以减轻由于严酷环境条件、电磁干扰、安全攻击等所引起的问题,从而减少网络故障的发生以及随之发生的生产损失。IEC61918第1版作为工业场所中通信网络的正确和完整的安装导则,已于2007年12月由IEC发布。IEC61918第2版中制定了一整套能同时覆盖工业场所现场总线布线和一般布线(电信设施)的安装规则,统一与线缆安装相关的术语和定义,明确线缆安装生命周期中每一个阶段的责任和要求,为广大技术人员提供安装技术的指导。  相似文献

This paper presents a survey of recent advancements and upcoming trends in motion control technologies employed in designing multi-actuator hydraulic systems for mobile machineries. Hydraulic systems have been extensively used in mobile machineries due to their superior power density and robustness. However, motion control technologies of multi-actuator hydraulic systems have faced increasing challenges due to stringent emission regulations. In this study, an overview of the evolution of existing throttling control technologies is presented, including open-center and load sensing controls. Recent advancements in energy-saving hydraulic technologies, such as individual metering, displacement, and hybrid controls, are briefly summarized. The impact of energy-saving hydraulic technologies on dynamic performance and control solutions are also discussed. Then, the advanced operation methods of multi-actuator mobile machineries are reviewed, including coordinated and haptic controls. Finally, challenges and opportunities of advanced motion control technologies are presented by providing an overall consideration of energy efficiency, controllability, cost, reliability, and other aspects.  相似文献

Information and communication technology is undergoing rapid development, and many disruptive technologies, such as cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence, have emerged. These technologies are permeating the manufacturing industry and enable the fusion of physical and virtual worlds through cyber-physical systems (CPS), which mark the advent of the fourth stage of industrial production (i.e., Industry 4.0). The widespread application of CPS in manufacturing environments renders manufacturing systems increasingly smart. To advance research on the implementation of Industry 4.0, this study examines smart manufacturing systems for Industry 4.0. First, a conceptual framework of smart manufacturing systems for Industry 4.0 is presented. Second, demonstrative scenarios that pertain to smart design, smart machining, smart control, smart monitoring, and smart scheduling, are presented. Key technologies and their possible applications to Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing systems are reviewed based on these demonstrative scenarios. Finally, challenges and future perspectives are identified and discussed.  相似文献

计算机仿真技术已广泛应用于各种仿真训练系统,针对训练系统中不同训练任务和训练过程以及场景对象运动控制等方面的建模是其中一个关键技术。结合航天发射仿真训练系统的实际建模需求和具体问题,从任务级、过程级和实体级3个层次分析了不同的建模要求,综合运用XML、UML、Creator、Vega、MATLAB等软件解决了训练系统的分级建模问题。应用结果表明,通过分级建模能够解决复杂仿真训练系统的建模问题,对一般仿真训练系统的研制具有一定参考意义。  相似文献
