合成一种水性有机硅改性链端含羰基结构的聚氨酯树脂,并制备出转移纸用水性自交联转移涂料,用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并探究了不同硅含量对转移涂料的性能影响。结果表明,当硅含量为3%时,转移涂料的综合性能最优,涂层的表面张力及剥离力较低,使涂层与PET膜的剥离性提高,同时涂料的放置稳定性好,固化后涂层的耐溶剂性优,涂层涂布的流平性和后续油墨印刷的适应性优异。  相似文献

研究了几种不同的颜料作为高光喷墨打印纸的涂料,包括不同的颜料对胶粘剂用量比例,涂布量、不同的胶粘剂等对涂层光泽的影响。结果表明,对高光泽涂层,颜料需到少占涂料的70%质量分数,颜料用量比例越高,光泽也越高。涂布量和涂料固含量越高,光泽也提高。聚乙稀醇是最佳的胶粘剂。  相似文献

金银丝保护层涂料中环氧交联助剂作用的研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
为改善金银丝保护层涂料的工艺,在涂料中添加了1种环氧交联助剂。通过正交试验对比了原涂料和现涂料的各项性能指标(耐酸碱蒸煮、耐有机溶剂、耐磨擦和有无柔韧性等)。采用电子扫描仪观察了涂层的表面结构。最后得出添加环氧交联助剂涂料的各项性能要好于前者而且使涂布工艺由原来的180℃×30 s降低到160℃×20 s。  相似文献

利用流体力学原理从理论上推导了纸张涂料在涂布过程中的剪切速率计算公式,并采用氮气驱动高压毛细管粘度计研究了高剪切速率下以氧化淀粉和羧基丁苯乳胶为基料的纸张涂料在纸材上的流动规律。实验表明,纸张涂料在高剪切速率下可用幂律方程来表示其流动特性,并推导了稳定涂布过程最高车速的计算式。  相似文献

以往含悬浮型铝颜料的环氧树脂涂料在铁塔、桥梁、油罐、车辆等多方面使用。然而,使用该涂料不能得到满足要求的悬浮性良好的涂膜,涂膜耐候性也差。因此使用这种涂料,必须特别注意金属底材的处理,考虑到防锈性、粘着性等,通常先涂布环氧树脂系底漆,其上再涂布含悬浮型铝颜料的环氧树脂涂料。新型环氧树脂涂料能克服上述涂料的缺点,涂于锈金属亦可得到粘着性良好的涂膜,所得到的涂膜悬浮性好,在涂膜表面形成很厚的一层铝层,涂膜外观好,高光泽,且耐候性、防锈性优异,由于涂膜兼备  相似文献

Carbon fibers must be protected from a high‐temperature oxidizing environment because, at approximately 500°C and above, the fibers exhibit reduced mass and strength stability. The fibers can be protected by the application of thermal coatings, which simultaneously improve the adhesive properties of the carbon fibers in the composite materials. Polysilazanes are a new family of heat‐resistant polymer coatings that are converted into silicone carbide or silicone nitride ceramic structures at high temperatures. The converted ceramics are resistant to the effects of high temperatures. In this research work, polysilazane‐based coatings were applied to carbon filament (CF) rovings with the dip‐coating method. Tensile testing at room temperature and under thermal stress was carried out to assess the mechanical and thermomechanical properties of both coated and uncoated rovings. Scanning electron microscopy and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis were performed to evaluate the surface topographical properties of the coated and uncoated rovings. Thermogravimetric analysis was executed to determine the thermal stability of the polymer coatings. 将陶瓷粘结料与Cr2O3或重烧MgO制成料浆,采用刷涂、浸渍和喷涂三种涂敷方法和高温熔烧工艺制备金属基Cr2O3或MgO质高温抗氧化陶瓷涂层。研究了三种涂敷方法、涂层厚度对涂层试样高温抗氧能力的影响规律。结果表明:当料浆组成、涂层厚度和熔烧制度相同条件下,采用喷涂工艺所制备的涂层试样具有最佳的抗氧化能力,且Cr2O3和MgO质陶瓷涂层在1200℃、30h的抗氧化能力分别是金属基体的约62倍和16倍。采用SEM对涂层的显微结构进行了表征,揭示涂覆工艺与涂层结构和抗氧化能力之间的关系。  相似文献

The optimal conditions for drying polymer-solvent coatings result from a trade-off between minimizing the residual solvent level and creating defects. Blistering defects can be caused by boiling the solvent within the coating. In this paper, we use a detailed drying model with automated constrained optimization to find optimal drying conditions for prototypical coatings that minimize the residual solvent without blistering the coating. The drying oven is assumed to have a single zone with fixed residence time. The optimal drying conditions include the oven air temperature and substrate-side and coating-side heat transfer coefficients The latter are constrained to physically reasonable values. According to our results, the optimal coating-side heat transfer coefficient is always equal to or greater than the optimal substrate-side heat transfer coefficient.  相似文献

Corrosion resistant coatings are a promising solution to protect structural metals in harsh environments. Ceramic composite coatings made from polymer-derived ceramics are highly attractive due to the ease of their processing and the ability to work in various environments. This paper is focused on the performance of a TiSi2-filled SiOC ceramic composite coating system on 316 stainless steel (SS) substrates as a corrosion resistant coating. The best-performing quadruple-dip coatings were shown to be able to reduce the weight loss due to hot sulfuric acid (95+%, 104–107 °C) corrosion by 85% over a 30-day period. Coatings from the same system were also examined under 800 °C static (100 h) and cyclic (10 cycles) oxidation. Our results indicate that the coatings perform well under both conditions of prolonged high temperature oxidation and thermal cycling, suggesting the strong potential of this system as an environmental barrier coating (EBC).  相似文献

以一种市售重防腐涂料配方为基础配方,通过添加有机硅树脂、SiC微粉、硅烷偶联剂等组分,研制出一种改进型耐高温防腐涂料,并对添加的组分在耐高温防腐涂料中的作用机理以及对涂层性能的影响进行了讨论.实验结果表明,有机硅树脂、SiC微粉的加入,使原涂层的最高耐热温度从230℃上升到390℃,大大提高了涂层的耐热性;SiC微粉和硅烷偶联剂的加入量分别为7 g和0.6 g时,涂层的综合性能最佳.  相似文献

针对飞机高温钢部件绝缘的需求,制备了一种有机硅耐高温绝缘涂料。研究了有机硅树脂、颜填料和助剂的选择与配比对涂料性能的影响,并确定了涂料的最佳配方。涂料性能测试结果表明,涂层的耐温性达700℃,绝缘电阻大于500 MΩ,且综合性能良好。该涂料已在飞机部件上实际应用十多年,效果良好。  相似文献
