using close-packed lattice models,a continuous thermodynamic framework is presented forphase-equilibrium calculations for binary solutions with a polydisperse polymer solute.An expressionfor the Helmholtz function of mixing is based on the revised Freed model developed previously.Asize parameter c_r and an energy parameter ε are used;the former can be temperature dependent,while the latter can depend on both temperature and chain-length of the polymer.The discretemulticomponent approach is adopted to derive expressions for chemical potentials,spinodals and criti-cal points.The continuous distribution function is then used in calculations of moments occurring inthose expressions.Computation programs are established for cloud-point-curve,shadow-curve,spinodal and critical-point calculations for polymer solutions with standard distribution or arbitrarydistribution of polymer.In the latter case,the derivative method developed previously is applied.lllustrations for phase-equilibrium calculations are shown  相似文献

对双转子连续混炼机转子喂料段固体物料的输送过程进行了理论分析,提出了描述此过程的物理模型。运用该物理模型,得出了计算连续混炼机固体输送速率的公式,并由此提出双转子连续混炼机的产量与喂料量成正比以及与转子转速无关的结论。  相似文献

A simple method for determining concentration (water or solvent content) dependent diffusivity in liquid foods and polymer solutions from the regular regime drying curve was developed on the basis of the power-law diffusion model. The method was first tested to the drying data generated from numerical solutions of the diffusion equation with various types of concentration dependent diffusivities. The present method was found to be very simple yet accurate compared with the previous methods. Then, the drying rates of various sugar solutions experimentally obtained were analyzed on the basis of the present method to determine the moisture content dependent diffusivities.  相似文献

利用HCl在甲醇中稀溶液的活度系数,通过Pitzer的缔合模型,关联出298.15K HCl在甲醇中的缔合常数Kx=1.7×10~2,然后利用HCl在甲醇中浓溶液的活度系数关联出近程作用单参数,进而推算溶剂甲醇的活度系数及溶液总压,均得到满意的结果,说明HCl甲醇浓溶液的热力学关联必须考虑HCl的部分离解效应。  相似文献

An exact analytical solution is derived for the penetration model of diffusion in multicomponent ideal gas mixtures at constant pressure and temperature. It takes the form of a matrizant solution to the continuity and Maxwell-Stefan equations transformed by introduction of a similarity variable, and includes as special cases the corresponding binary and linearized theory solutions

Direct numerical implementation of the analytical solution is computationally inefficient, but an alternative finite-difference algorithm is developed in which the transformed equations are solved by Euler's method with a simple shooting technique. Sample calculations are reported for two ternary diffusion problems

It is concluded on the basis of the theoretical and numerical results that the linearized theory predictions should provide an excellent approximation to the exact solution of the penetration model.  相似文献
