A novel, fast unblocking scheme for distance protection to identify symmetrical faults occurring during power swings has been proposed in this paper. First of all, the change rate of three-phase active power and reactive power being the cosine function and the sine function with respect to the phase difference between the two power systems during power swings has been demonstrated. In this case, they cannot be lower than the threshold of 0.7 after they are normalized. However, they will level off to 0 when a three-phase fault occurs during power swings. Thereafter, the cross-blocking scheme is conceived on the basis of this analysis. By virtue of the algorithm based on instantaneous electrical quantities, the calculation of the active and reactive power is immune to the variation of the system power frequency. As the integration-based criterion, it has high stability. Finally, simulation results show that this scheme is of high reliability and fast time response. The longest time delay is up to 30 ms. 相似文献

The main purpose of power swing blocking is to distinguish faults from power swings. However, faults occurred during a power swing should still be detected and cleared promptly. This paper proposes an index based on detecting abrupt jump of impedance trajectory by utilization of the predicting capability of the Kalman Filter. The proposed index is calculated by assessing the difference between predicted and actual samples of impedance. The predicted impedance samples are obtained using the Kalman filter and Taylor expansion, which are used in this paper to track the phasor precisely. Second order of Taylor expansion is used to decrease the corrugation effect of impedance estimation and increase the reliability of the proposed method. Furthermore, in order to increase the selectivity of the proposed method, the proposed index is armed with phase comparison logic to detect internal faults. The instantaneous estimation and prediction capability of the Kalman filter are two reasons for proposing the use of Kalman filter. Intensive studies have been performed and the merit of the method is demonstrated by test simulations. 相似文献

在电力系统振荡期间,三相有功、无功的变化率分别是两侧系统功角的正弦和余弦函数,经过归一化后,理论上不可能同时低于0.7的门槛,而对称故障发生后,有功、无功的变化率都趋近于零。利用上述特征提出了基于功率变化率交叉闭锁振荡中对称故障的快速识别方法。通过修正后的2点采样值积算法,功率的计算不受频率变化的影响。作为一种积分型判据,其动作稳定性高。仿真结果表明:该方案具有较高的可靠性和速动性,最长动作延时为算法的数据窗长30ms。 相似文献

This paper deals with the postfault analysis of the operation of distance protective relays from the line terminals. The signals of the digital distance relays are processed in the offline regime with the aim of evaluating the particular relay operation case. First, the program enables imitating the fault-loop impedance measurements of the distance relays. Second, the two-end unsynchronized measurements of the relays are considered. The unknown synchronization angle is determined by using the developed noniterative procedure. Then, the distance to fault is calculated. It is applied for calculating the actual values of impedance for the line sections. Comparing the results of these two ways performs analysis of operation of the relays under resistive fault cases. The described postfault analysis algorithm has been tested with the fault data obtained from versatile Alternative Transients Program-Electromagnetic Transients Program simulations. 定量分析双馈感应发电机在机端发生对称短路故障过程中转子电流增量特性,对风电场的规划设计、保护配置以及降低连锁脱网故障风险具有重要意义。以机端发生对称短路期间转子转速、初相以及定转子励磁电压恒定为研究条件,分析了crowbar保护(撬棒保护)未动作情况下双馈感应发电机的电磁暂态过程,并根据叠加原理,提出了机端发生对称短路故障下的转子电流增量最大值的计算方法,并且在忽略定子绕组和转子绕组的基础上,推导了机端电压增量与转子电流增量之间的解析计算模型。通过不同机型的风电机组的数值计算结果进行对比,解析计算模型的计算误差小于10%,验证了解析计算模型的有效性。 相似文献

特高压输电线路具有显著的分布参数特性,因此线路发生故障时,测量阻抗与故障距离的关系不同于高压、超高压线路故障时的关系,并联电抗器的使用使得情况更加复杂.为了将距离保护应用到特高压线路上,提出了不同的解决方案.通过公式推导、阻抗平面绘图以及支接阻抗特性仿真等方法,对比分析了这些方案的静态特性,结果表明它们能够满足继电保护的静态精度要求.仿真分析验证了结果的正确性. 相似文献

对存在预伏故障的低压待合闸线路进行送电会对相关人员及设备造成危害,为了减少此种危害的发生,根据故障特征,提出一种合闸前利用可控电压对线路进行检测的方法。将2个反向并联的晶闸管构成可控电压发生器,通过调节晶闸管导通角来实现待合闸线路上施加电压大小的可控。该可控电压施加于待合闸线路可以警示触碰线路导体的人员;而对回路阻抗参数的测试和比对,能够检测出可能对人身和设备安全造成危害或不利影响的预伏故障。仿真分析了当人体触碰待合闸线路故障导体时,可有效摆脱的可控电压大小,并针对单相非金属性故障判别困难的问题,通过模拟实验得到了单相非金属性故障的判据,结果表明该判据可有效地对单相非金属性故障和正常负荷进行识别。 相似文献

将机器视觉技术应用在距离检测中能更好地提高检测的精度,特别是在某些重要场所和恶劣环境下,机器视觉技术能更好地代替人类工作。将双目视觉技术与图像处理技术相结合,先应用高斯拉普拉斯算子(Laplacian of Gaussian,LOG)对采集的图像进行预处理,获得清晰的边缘信息,然后根据双目立体视觉原理,获取图像边缘点的坐标,最后根据空间点的距离公式获得两物体边缘点距离集合。筛选出其中的最短距离即为两物体间安全距离的判断依据,此方法也可用于输电线路周围障碍物安全距离的检测。 相似文献

目前,电力计量自动化系统是通过公共GPRS移动网络发送到主站的,收到数据的质量容易受到终端故障和通信质量的影响。针对这个问题,提出了基于K最近邻(KNN,K-Nearest Neighbor)算法改进的KNN打分算法,使用终端通信流量相关的数据,对终端的故障进行检测和预警,并模拟实际情况对算法进行了测试。本算法在传统KNN算法的基础上增加了打分功能,不仅可以提前对故障进行检测和预警,还能通过得分衡量判决结果的可靠性,使得相关人员可以灵活决定是否进行现场排查,节约成本。 相似文献
