从2006年年初以来,WiMAX在美国、欧洲、亚太,甚至在南美和阿拉伯国家等都在逐渐升温,从政府部门、监管机构,到运营商,都有积极的动作,使得WiMAX技术的施行和应用有了实质性的进展。目前给人的主要印象是,具有一定技术优势的WiMAX人气日高,已经被广泛接纳;亚洲将会成为WiMAX的重要市场;WiMAX将逐渐走向成熟,形成坚实的产业链,并降低成本;WiMAX和3G各有所长,互为补充,不会威胁3G的发展;作为爵前最大问题的WiMAX全球频率协调问题,也不会阻挡WiMAX前进的步伐。  相似文献

北斗2号系统于2012年正式向亚太地区提供服务,其中GEO-3卫星已退役,由GEO-7卫星替代。研究卫星临退役期间的信号质量特性不仅能够分析北斗2号系统卫星载荷状态,而且为其它临退役星的信号特性估计提供重要的参考价值,同时对北斗3号系统GEO卫星载荷信号质量控制与优化具有重要的借鉴意义。该文利用昊平观测站40 m大口径天线的多源多手段数据,分析了GEO-3卫星B1民用信号的功率谱、地面接收功率、S曲线过零点偏差(SCB)的长期变化趋势,给出了相应的统计结果,提出了针对卫星载荷信号质量优化的相关建议,也对超期服役卫星的决策提供了参考。

随着“北斗”三号的建成以及通过GEO卫星进行播发的PPP-B2b信号的公布,“北斗”卫星的定位与定时精度再一次得到提升。为了研究PPP-B2b的定位精度以及时间传递性能,开展了对“北斗”三号的PPP-B2b相关实验。首先选取亚太地区的6个测站静态与动态精密单点定位E(East)、N(North)、U(Up)方向上的误差分析,然后又选取了NTSC与USUD测站进行时间传递稳定度分析。定位结果表明,B1I/B3I组合与B1C/B2a组合的PPP-B2b静态定位E方向、N方向、U方向RMS值分别在4.58 cm, 5.34 cm, 2.2 cm与4.18 cm, 4.97 cm, 2.22 cm, B1I/B3I组合与B1C/B2a组合的PPP-B2b动态定位E方向、N方向、U方向RMS值分别在17.99 cm, 19.41 cm, 12.72 cm与22.47 cm, 21.61 cm, 15.11 cm,两种组合表现出定位精度的一致性。PPP-B2b零基线共钟的时间传递普遍在1 ns内波动,时间传递的STD为0.203,105 s的稳定度达到了5.336×10  相似文献

In Japan, UNESCO has registered ten areas as world heritage sites; Shirakawa-go in northern Gifu Prefecture is one of them. The private houses in this region, called Gassho-zukuri, are isolated from the outside world. As a result, the houses exhibit a unique building design developed to endure the area's severe natural environment. A Gassho-zukuri is built with wooden beams combined to form a thatched roof that resembles two hands in prayer. To protect these world heritage sites and to educate the public about the region, it's necessary to preserve not only the site's natural environment and architectural structures but also its various unique cultural assets. However, the Shirakawa-go region is one of the few world heritage sites where people actually live, giving rise to several preservation problems to address while respecting the residents' privacy. Thus, preservation through virtual reality (VR) is very important. From this viewpoint, we examined the necessary procedures and techniques for digitization of external views and cultural aspects of Shirakawa-go by using VR technology. As of November 2005, there were 6.2 million broadband customers in the UK and this figure is still growing. North and South America had approximately 49 million broadband users, Asia-Pacific 74 million and Europe 53 million. In the last two years, broadband has turned from a niche product into a truly mass-market product. This success story brings with it huge challenges for service providers who wish to give their broadband customers the support they need while at the same time running a profitable business in what is a highly competitive and price-sensitive market. This paper first discusses the issues that exist with supporting broadband customers. It then shows how taking an end-toend view of the complete customer experience, from when the problem first occurs right through to when the customer is happy that a permanent resolution has been achieved, enables service providers to identify the key support capabilities that are required in order to deliver an excellent customer experience. Finally, some innovative ways in which those capabilities can be realised, in a cost effective way, are identified.  相似文献

北斗导航系统已正式公开其B1频点,为亚太大部分地区提供导航,授时,定位服务。在城市环境实现导航定位是其一项重点应用。但是,城市内遍布高楼,桥梁,树木等遮挡物,对卫星信号产生衰减,遮挡,使接收机接收到的卫星信号强度低于-150dBm,甚至达到-160dBm,远远小于设计的-130dBm。另外,城市道路中,大部分情况下接收机是运动的,所以遮挡与衰减不是固定的,而是动态变化的。所以如何在该种信号状况下完成跟踪,以及如何在信号短暂消失后快速恢复信号,是北斗导航系统在城市环境中应用的研究重点。本文,根据实际道路应用特点以及北斗导航手持单天线接收机信号跟踪特性,设计了一种使用两个通道跟踪一颗卫星的方法,对信号能量下降情况,两个通道分别采用环路保持和弱信号跟踪两种处理方式,完成在信号强度低于-160dBm的环境下的信号跟踪。并通过实际道路测试,证明该方法在定位可用性上有较大提升。   相似文献

A major concern is to locate manufacturing plants and/or distribution centers to serve the needs of consumers widely and rapidly with reasonably distributive cost and flexible delivery time. The purpose of this research is to help enhance a decision support for three distribution center locations with different ranges of area in order that the distributors are able to serve appropriately the retailers in twelve large cities or capitals of the nine countries in Asia-Pacific region. The researcher applies the theory of supply chain and logistics management systems with Excel, Visual Basic and Genetic Algorithms programs to find the research results. The research results revealed that the interfaces of Excel, Visual Basic, and Genetic Algorithms programs helped decision support in distribution range selection for 3 distribution center locations. Each of which had different ranges of area for distribution with a rapidly, flexibly distributed time. However, variables resulting in a decision-making should be adjusted under certain circumstances for more reliable, specific needs.  相似文献

The horrifying and fast spreading COVID-19 pandemic has shocked India and in fact the entire world to its core. Indian Government has taken all the possible preventive steps to contain the wider spread of this highly contagious disease but the second wave in the month of April, 2021 has turned this strong country in a helpless position. In this paper, the effect of environmental factors like temperature and air quality index on the new confirmed cases along with recovered cases has been seen in Bengaluru Urban district of Karnataka State of India. Regression analysis has been carried out with the help of SPSS software. The outcomes from the paper will definitely give some valuable insights for the researchers around the world in their future combat measures.

Microwave and millimeter wave frequency bands are in demand for requirement of more channels in radio communication systems. It has also been recognized that microwave and millimeterwave frequency radiometers on board satellites as promising tools for remote sensing. The frequency more than 10 GHz is affected by rain and cloud. Though the effects of rain on radiowave is more than cloud but the occurence of cloud is more than rain. Cloud has been found to occur for weeks together over this part of the world. It is therefore essential to study cloud morphology over different geographical region. In this paper, an attempt has been made to the cloud occurrences over an Indian tropical station, Delhi (28.35°N, 77.12°E) observed during different months and daytime and nighttime. It is seen that low clouds occurrence over Delhi is very significant and particularly during July, August and September. The specific attenuation of radiowave due to clouds at various frequencies 10 GHz, 20 GHz, 50 GHz and 100 GHz has been deduced. The specific attenuation of radio wave due to cloud at 10 GHz varies from 0.0608 dB/km to 0.1190 dB/km while at 100 GHz the specific attenuation varies from 6.8460 dB/km to 11.9810 dB/km  相似文献

利用卫星遥感的MODIS和MISR数据,对比分析了2014年亚太经合组织(APEC)会议期间(11月3日~12日)及其前后一个月的气溶胶时空分布特征。分析发现APEC会议期间的气溶胶光学厚度(aerosol optical depth, AOD)相比APEC会议前期,在京津冀地区有明显减小,MODIS(MISR)数据显示在京津冀地区AOD减小了38.7%(36.4%),在北京地区减小更多,减小了64.6%(39.9%)。Angstrom指数在京津冀地区的廊坊、保定、衡水等大部分城市,APEC会议期间的Angstrom指数相对前期较小,说明其在APEC会议期间气溶胶粒子的有效半径相对较大。APEC会议期间的细模态气溶胶光学厚度相比APEC会议前期也有所减小,且在北京地区细模态气溶胶光学厚度的下降幅度要大于粗模态气溶胶的下降幅度。  相似文献
