氟碳铈矿热分解行为的研究

采用ＸＲＤ法分析了不同温度下氟碳铈矿焙烧分解产物的组成，探讨了氟碳铈矿的热分解过程。试验结果表明氟碳铈矿的热分解是分步进行的。首先（Ｃｅ，Ｌａ）ＣＯ３Ｆ分解成（Ｃｅ，Ｌａ）ＯＦ；升高焙烧温度，（Ｃｅ，Ｌａ）ＯＦ发生相分解，生成Ｃｅ０．７５Ｎｄ０．２５Ｏ１．８７５和（Ｃｅ，Ｐｒ）Ｌａ２Ｏ３Ｆ３两相；随着焙烧温度的继续升高，（Ｃｅ，Ｐｒ）Ｌａ２Ｏ３Ｆ３可分解为ＬａＦ３、Ｃｅ２Ｏ３、ＰｒＯ１．８３等相。焙烧过程中Ｃｅ３＋、Ｐｒ３＋氧化为四价，没有明显的脱氟行为。     

氟碳铈精矿空气中焙烧的热分解研究

利用ＤＴＡ、ＴＧ、ＸＲＤ及化学分析等方法对山东微山的氟碳铈精矿在空气中焙烧的反应过程进行了研究。指出氟碳铈精矿的分解过程可分为两步，首先较低温度下，（Ｃｅ，Ｌａ）ＣＯ＿３Ｆ氧化分解为（Ｃｅ，Ｌａ）Ｏ＿（１＋ｘ），Ｆ＿（１－ｘ）；随着焙烧温度的提高，（Ｃｅ，Ｌａ）Ｏ＿（１＋ｘ）Ｆ＿（１－ｘ）继续氧化分解，得到Ｃｅ＿（０．７５）Ｎｄ＿（０．２５）Ｏ＿（１．８７５）和Ｌａ＿２Ｏ＿３等，焙烧过程中部分脱氟，样品总失重率达１９．５４％。     

晶型镧,铈,镨,钕碳酸盐的合成

用碳酸氢铵沉淀法制备了镧、铈、镨、钕晶型碳酸盐，并对其进行了化学组成、Ｘ射线衍射、红外光谱和差热、热重分析，确定其化合物组成ＲＥ２（ＣＯ３）３·ｘＨ２Ｏ，（ＲＥ＝Ｌａ，Ｃｅ、Ｐｒ、Ｎｄ，ｘ＝２，３，４）。

本文采用ＨＮＯ３和Ｈ２Ｏ２溶解试样，在８ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＮＯ３介质中，以溴酸钾将Ｃｅ（Ⅲ）氧化成Ｃｅ（Ⅳ），继以Ｐ２０４／ＣＣｌ４萃取Ｃｅ（Ⅳ），将三价稀土元素与四价铈分离，用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法测定ＣｅＯ２标准物质中Ｌａ、Ｐｒ、Ｎｄ、Ｓｍ、Ｇｄ和Ｙ，分析结果均落在标准值的置信区间内，ＲＳＤ＜６％。

RECl_3与Gly间配合行为的半微量相平衡研究

测定了ＲＥＣｌ_３－Ｇｌｙ－Ｈ２_Ｏ（ＲＥ＝Ｓｍ，Ｄｙ，Ｙｂ）三元体系在２５℃时的溶度和饱和溶液折光率，绘制了相应的溶度图和饱和溶液折光率曲线。各体系的溶度曲线与折光率曲线均由四支组成，分别与ＲＥＣｌ_３·６Ｈ_２Ｏ，ＲＥ（Ｇｌｙ）Ｃｌ_３，２Ｈ_２Ｏ，ＲＥ（Ｇｌｙ）_３Ｃｌ_３·３Ｈ_２Ｏ和Ｇｌｙ相对应。制备了５个未见文献报道的化合物：ＲＥ（Ｇｌｙ）_３Ｃｌ_３·３Ｈ_２Ｏ（ＲＥ＝Ｃｅ，Ｐｒ，Ｎｄ，Ｓｍ，Ｄｙ），并用化学分析、元素分析、ＩＲ、ＦＳ、Ｘ－粉末衍射和ＴＧ－ＤＴＧ对其进行了表征。     

La-Ce-Cu复合金属氧化物的结构表征及催化性能

本文用ＮＨ４ＮＯ３共熔法合成Ｌａ－Ｃｅ－Ｃｕ系列样品。用ＸＲＤ分析了ＣｅＯ２在铜酸镧盐中的溶解度,发现大量ＣｅＯ２存在时,Ｌａ２Ｏ３、ＣｕＯ的加入导致原晶体结构发生变形,生成少量铜酸镧盐。ＸＲＦ分析了系列样品组成均为氧缺陷型化合物。ＸＰＳ研究发现,含大量ＣｅＯ２的样品高温焙烧后在ＣｅＯ２表面生成复合金属氧化物Ｌａ２ＣｕＯ４,最表面一层为少量Ｌａ２Ｏ３,并确定了其中Ｏ的属性。利用ＴＥＭ研究了部分样品的表面结构,同时研究了其ＣＯ催化氧化活性。

氟碳铈精矿加碳酸钠焙烧反应动力学研究

利用ＴＧ－ＤＴＡ图，分别用Ｆｒｅｅｍａｎ－Ｃａｒｒｏｌｌ法和差减微分法计算了氟碳铈精矿添加１０％Ｎａ２ＣＯ３焙烧反应的动力学。ＴＧ曲线计算得到反应的表观活化能Ｅ＝１８３．６ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ，反应级数ｎ＝０．８２ＬＤＴＡ曲线计算得到反应的表观活化能Ｅ＝１７６．６ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ，反应级数ｎ＝０．６１，二者差别不大。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
