为探讨头屑图像分析技术在发用产品去屑功效定量评价中的应用,采用随机、双盲、自身对照的试验设计,基于半头测试的原则,通过头屑图像分析技术以及头屑分级评分方法,对两种市售香波的去屑效果进行评价。头屑图像分析结果清晰显示出,随着去屑香波A和B使用时间的延长,头屑量均逐渐减少,且香波A的去屑效果明显优于香波B,此结果与分级评分法所得结果一致。研究表明,应用头屑图像分析技术定量评价头屑量的变化,可以直观、准确评价发用产品的去屑效果,同时具有易于标准化、科学客观的优势,具有良好的行业推广前景。 相似文献

Around 50 % of the worldwide population is affected by dandruff, which is triggered by a variety of factors. The yeast Malassezia globosa has been labeled as the most probable causative agent for the onset of dandruff. The β‐carbonic anhydrase (CA) of MgCA was recently validated as an anti‐dandruff target, with its inhibition being responsible for in vivo growth defects in the fungus. As classical CA inhibitors of the sulfonamide type give rise to permeability problems through biological membranes, finding non‐sulfonamide alternatives for MgCA inhibition is of considerable interest in the cosmetic field. We recently screened a large library of human (h) CA inhibitors for MgCA inhibition, including different chemotypes, such as monothiocarbamates, dithiocarbamates, phenols, and benzoxaboroles. Herein, we expanded the research toward new MgCA inhibitors by considering a set of natural polyphenols (including flavones, flavonols, flavanones, flavanols, isoflavones, and depsides) that exhibited MgCA inhibitory activity in the micromolar range, as well as selectivity for the fungal isozyme over off‐target human isoforms. Pharmacology of Skin Surface Lipids Influence of drugs on the amount and composition of lipids of skin, scalp and hair is reviewed. Drugs can influence the amount of lipids, the liberation of free fatty acids from triglycerides and the ratio of sebaceous gland lipids and epidermal lipids. A reduction in the content of free fatty acids and the amount of lipids is indicative of a favorable influence on Acne vulgaris and Seborrhoea oleosa capitis. A reduction in the amount of epidermal lipids indicates favorable influence on dandruff. A number of drugs show undesirable side effects with respect to the amount and composition of lipids. 相似文献

采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了香波中去屑止痒剂Octopirox。在Symmetry C18(5um,4.6mmi.d.X250mm)色谱柱上,以[乙腈:水(含0.02mol磷酸和0.5mmolEDTA二纳)]=70:30的溶液为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,紫外检测波长为305nm,柱温为35℃下检测,样品用流动相搅拌、超声提取,回收率为97.2%-98.3%,样品测试相对偏差为0.1%-0.4%。具有操作简便,分析速度快和重复性好等特点。 相似文献

以无患子提取液作配制功能成分配制洗发香波,其与洗发香波中的其他组分相容性好,能有效地提高洗发香波的调理性能,尤其能增强去屑、抗菌、止痒效果。测试的各项理化指标达到或超过国家标准。经比较,无患子洗发香渡的总体性能稍高于国内普通的中草药洗发香波,与国外名牌洗发香波相比具有药理作用。 相似文献

Action of Hair Lotions on Scalp and Hair Lipids with Special Consideration of the Active Substance Dexamethason and Isopropyl Alcohol as the Base Five standardized hair washes have been carried out at weekly intervals on 14 male test persons. In the 2nd and 3rd week 70% isopropyl alcohol was applied as a hair tonic every second day. In the 4th and 5th week the same procedure was followed but 0.01% dexamethasone was added to the isopropyl alcohol. In the 1th, 3rd and 5th week gravimetrical and thin layer chromatographical lipid analyses were performed on the 7th day after hair washing immediately before the next wash. Isopropyl alcohol causes a great decrease in the free fatty acids to the advantage of the triglycerides. Dexamethasone induces a reduction in the epidermal lipids contained in the mixture of scalp and hair lipids. It may thus be assumed that dexamethasone in the above composition is suitable for the treatment of dandruff. 相似文献

Analysis of Creams and Lotions with Respect to Sun Protecting Products At first the analysis of creams and lotions by saponification is described. The unsaponifiable and the saponifiable matter as well as the acid aqueous fraction are further analized by GC. Without saponification the separation can be done by HPLC using columns with silica gel as stationary and n-hex-ane/ethylacetate (97:3) as liquid phase. Hydrocarbons, fatty acid esters, triglycerides and fatty alcohols can be separated from each other and from emulsifiers on basis of nonionic ethoxylated surfactants and quantitatively determined. By the same method also the uv-absorbers of water free or emulsified suntan preparations can be identified and determined. This can be done in one working operation, if a uv/vis-spectrophotometer and a differential refractometer are arranged one after another. For the separation and determination of the uv-absorbers of suntan preparations which are water soluble also a HPLC method is used but with reversed phase column and methanol/water as eluens. 相似文献

A simple method is presented by which the mean heat transfer coefficient at arbitrary geometries in a steady flow field can be determined. It is based on the measurement of the time dependent temperature and an evaluation that takes into account the conservation of thermal energy. Influence of Waxing on Adhering and Sliding Friction A new method has been developed for determining the adhering and sliding friction. By this method, the influence of the films of caring agents on the nonskid properties can be determined very accurately. Novel finding of the present work is that by multiple measurements and mathematical-statistical evaluation valid statements can be made on the nonskid properties of floors. Furthermore, it could be shown that, in the rule, ester waxes have a positive effect on the nonskid properties. 相似文献
