借助低温陶瓷共烧(LTCC)技术和三维叠层结构的设计方法,设计了有限传输零点的带通滤波器(BPF),然后通过匹配网络设计了一种S波段双工器,利用HFSS仿真软件对其对其参数进行了仿真优化。该双工器尺寸为18.4mm×15.8mm×0.6mm,在2.06GHz和2.21GHz处的插损小于-3.72dB,在1.87GHz和2.32GHz处衰减大于-55dB,在1.51GHz到2.52GHz处隔离度小于-12dB,达到了双工器设计指标要求和小型化的目的。 相似文献

该文通过低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术设计了一款低损耗高抑制双工器。该双工器由LC结构低、高通滤波器组成,在双工器的两个频段中分别引入串、并联谐振产生传输零点,从而提高双工器的抑制效果与隔离度。所设计的双工器具有插入损耗低,隔离度高,阻带抑制高及尺寸小等特点。实验结果表明,双工器在低端(0.95~1.35 GHz)和高端(1.65~2.15 GHz)时插入损耗均小于2.5 dB,且在1.65~2.15 GHz与0.95~1.35 GHz时抑制大于23 dB,具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

设计了一款工作于L波段的LTCC滤波器。利用LTCC多层技术,设计双层耦合带状线谐振腔,采用电感反馈的三谐振腔结构,减小滤波器体积,设计时通过增加零点,提高滤波器带外阻带性能。在2.4~2.5GHz频段范围内,实测插入损耗小于1.2dB,在1.7~1.9GHz、7.2~7.5GHz带外频段内,衰减大于20dB,与仿真结果吻合较好。滤波器最终体积为1.6mm×0.8mm×0.6mm。 相似文献

该文设计了基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术的双波段高抑制、低损耗的双工器。该双工器由低通滤波器和带通滤波器组成,且在低、高频段的阻带抑制方面运用了传输零点理论,在实现双工器低损耗的同时,也实现了在多波段的高抑制,提升了双工器的性能。该双工器在低频段(0.68~0.95 GHz)及高频段(1.43~2.40 GHz)时插损均小于1.2 dB,但在1.43~2.40 GHz时双工器抑制大于20 dB,0.68~0.95 GHz时双工器抑制大于15 dB。在4.9~5.9 GHz时双工器抑制大于13 dB,具有良好的市场应用前景。 相似文献

This paper describes the design and measurement of a planar diplexer integrated on a single silicon substrate. The diplexer channels are 5% and 6.5% relative bandwidth at 28 and 31 GHz, respectively. The diplexer is based on a micropackaged membrane supported capacitively coupled microstrip structure and is 1.5 cm×1.6 cm and only 1.4 mm thick. The measured insertion loss is 1.4 dB (5%) and 0.9 dB (6.5%) for the two channels with better than 35 dB isolation in the 28 GHz band and better than 50 dB isolation in the 31 GHz band. The measured results include all transition and packaging effects. This paper presents a diplexer circuit based on transmission lines. In comparison with other diplexer circuits, the implementation of the proposed diplexer can be easily done on single- as well as multilayer substrates. An implementation example of the presented circuit will be discussed for a global system for mobile communications/digital cellular system (GSM/DCS) application. The diplexer is implemented in a multilayer substrate, using low-temperature cofired ceramics (LTCC) technology. Finally, the simulation results will be compared with the measurements, and it will be shown that they agree excellently. Metallic plates of finite thickness perforated periodically with circular holes can be used as diplexers, called “dichroic”, as part of quasioptical multiplexers in the millimetric range. The purpose of this work is to investigate their filtering properties, to provide a method to design dichroic filters in an efficient way and to draw conclusions about their field of application. Bandpass filter (BPF) and diplexer, which are required to be compact size and high performance, are widely used in modern wireless communication systems. In this article, novel BPF and diplexer are designed using the proposed resonator called spiral compact microstrip resonator cell (SCMRC)-loaded stepped-impedance resonator (SIR). The SCMRC-loaded SIR is proposed using the slow-wave structure SCMRC to replace the low-impedance section of the conventional SIR. Compared with the conventional SIR, the new SCMRC-loaded SIR has a compacter size and can generate a transmission zero above its fundamental resonant frequency. As examples, a BPF with the central frequency at f 0?=?1?GHz and a diplexer operating at 0.9/1.57?GHz are designed and fabricated. The fabricated BPF occupies a compact size of 0.07 λ 0?×?0.035 λ 0 and has a??60?dB rejection level wide stopband from 1.2 f 0 to 3.8 f 0. The fabricated diplexer occupies a compact size of 0.076 λ 0?×?0.128 λ 0 and has an up to??50?dB output isolation. Good agreement can be observed between the simulations and the measurements. 相似文献

设计了一款应用于北斗导航系统的带通滤波器。该滤波器采用新型阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)结构,通过在谐振器间引入交叉反馈产生传输零点,能够有效地对GSM和WIFI频段形成抑制。使用Ansoft HFSS软件仿真并运用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术生产滤波器,样品的实际测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好。滤波器中心频率为1 561 MHz,带宽为250 MHz,通带内插入损耗小于2.5 d B,带外抑制在GSM的900 MHz频段大于50 d B,在GSM的1 800 MHz频段大于30 d B,在WIFI频段优于30 d B。设计出的滤波器结构紧凑,尺寸仅为4.5 mm×3.2 mm×1.6 mm。 相似文献
