主要研究了一种具有雷达波吸收能力的核-壳结构导电、导磁材料,该材料以磁性Fe3O4作为内核,以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)掺杂的聚苯胺包覆在核外形成导电外壳,通过TEM、FTIR、TG和介电常数及磁导率的测量比较了分别用PEG和FeCl3将纳米Fe3O4表面修饰后,其复合材料结构和电磁性能的变化.结果表明:表面改性后的纳米Fe3O4/聚苯胺复合材料的颗粒分散度和热稳定性都得到了提高,其中FeCl3修饰的纳米粒子由于Fe3 的同粒子作用,平均粒径只有60-80nm,热分解温度达到了410℃;同时,经表面修饰后的纳米Fe3O4/聚苯胺复合材料的初始介电常数和磁导率都有大幅度的增加,但其频散效应明显,因此在低频段的电磁损耗相对较大,较表面未改性的纳米复合材料具有更强的吸波性能. 相似文献

在Ni0.5Zn0.5Nd0.02Fe1.98O4纳米粒子表面原位聚合苯胺制备了Ni0.5Zn0.5Nd0.02Fe1.98O4-聚苯胺(PANI)纳米复合材料.铁氧体含量为0%、15%和30%样品的结构、形貌和电磁性能分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和HB8510B网络分析仪进行了研究.结果表明,聚苯胺包覆层对Ni0.5Zn0.5Nd0.02Fe1.98O4的结晶度有一定影响.在X波段(8.2~12.4 GHz),复介电常数的实部随铁氧体含量的增加而减小,虚部随铁氧体含量的增加而增大.复磁导率的实部和虚部都随铁氧体含量的增加而增大. 相似文献

以HCl为掺杂酸、CTAB为乳化剂、正丁醇为助乳化剂、过硫酸铵(APS)为引发荆,采用微乳液原位聚合Fe3O4/聚苯胺.通过高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、红外(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对Fe3O4/聚苯胺复合材料的性质进行了一系列测定,证实合成了具有核-壳包覆结构的复合材料.然后将得到的纳米复合粒子与聚丙烯腈混合成纺丝液,通过静电纺丝制备出纳米纤维.对Fe3O4/聚苯胺实验中保持Fe3Od/聚苯胺与聚丙烯腈的质量比为3:8不变,改变聚苯胺中Fe3O4的相对含量.发现纳米纤维的直径随着Fe3O4质量分数的增加而增大,并且出现不均一性. 相似文献

为了研究Fe3O4形貌与其复合材料电磁吸收性能之间的关系,采用水热法制备了微粒和棒状两种形貌的Fe3O4与石墨烯复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和矢量网络分析仪(VNA)对复合材料的结构、形貌以及电磁吸收性能进行了表征。结果表明,纳米Fe3O4棒/石墨烯复合材料相比纳米Fe3O4粒子/石墨烯具有更优异的电磁吸收性能,其在8~18GHz范围内小于-10dB频带宽9.8~17.9GHz,说明材料的微波吸收性能和纳米粒子的形貌有关。 相似文献

用水解沉淀法制备纳米Fe3O4,然后在其溶液中原位合成聚苯胺,得到纳米Fe3O4/聚苯胺复合粒子.通过XRD、TEM、JDM等测试对纳米复合粒子的形态、结构及磁性能进行了研究.实验制备的纳米Fe3O4粒子粒径为30nm左右,在其表面沉积聚苯胺后,复合粒子的粒径达到了50nm左右.与纳米Fe3O4粒子相比,纳米Fe3O4/聚苯胺复合粒子的XRD峰形变得更为明锐.纳米复合粒子的磁性能表现出软磁性,与纳米Fe3O4粒子相比,矫顽力减小为0,这可以大大减小材料的磁滞损耗和退磁难度,性能得到改善. 相似文献

以Fe3O4粉体及导电聚苯胺为原料,用高能球磨法制备Fe3O4/聚苯胺纳米复合材料,用Moessbauer谱、XRD、FTIR、VSM等方法对样品进行表征。结果表明随着球磨时间的增加,Fe3O4的粒径迅速减小到纳米量级;Fe3O4表面与聚苯胺作用生成了某种顺磁性物质;同时有少量的α—Fe3O4生成;复合物中Fe3O4颗粒A、B晶位中Fe的含量发生了明显的变化。复合物的电磁性能也明显发生了改变。 相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method. 相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa. 相似文献

Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill. 相似文献
