针对阈值判决法误报率高、难以有效区分窃听入侵与其他人为扰动的缺点,分析了用小波包能量分析方法提取的不同扰动条件下干涉信号的特征向量,在此基础上提出了一种可行的窃听入侵检测方法.该判决方法可以有效地对光缆线路上发生的窃听入侵和其他人为扰动进行检测和区分.  相似文献

采用小波变换法对光纤周界报警系统的采样信号进行阈值滤波,根据滤波后信号的特征,采用db8小波基对信号进行4尺度小波分解,并统计各尺度下的小波细节系数能量,获取原始信号各频带的信号特征,并基于信号特征进行信号识别,能可靠的对蓄意入侵信号进行报警。实践证明,采用这种识别法可使该系统的误报率降低。  相似文献

为解决传统方法网络通信信号信噪比较高的问题,文章提出基于NoC架构的网络通信抗干扰方法。根据信号中小波系数能量的分布情况来定位干扰信号,获取网络通信入侵干扰信号的分布情况;利用NoC架构建立网络通信信道模型,对网络通信信道中干扰信号进行调制和降噪处理;设计通信网络路由机制,确保网络通信抗干扰后信号的有效传输。经实验证明,应用该设计方法网络通信信号信噪比小于传统方法,能够有效去除网络通信信道的噪声干扰。  相似文献

小波消失矩阶数的不同,对应的小波滤波器的幅频曲线也不相同,因此选用不同的小波滤波器对信号进行滤波,去噪效果会有明显差异。本文通过数学建模研究分析小波滤波器的幅频特性,明确小波幅频特征及与小波滤波器消失矩的阶数之间的关系,为选择最优小波滤波器提供理论依据。本文提出针对ECG噪声的频率特点实现精确陷波去噪,有效的保留了信号的奇异点与特征值,减少了信号失真。实验结果表明,选择具有相对最优消失矩阶数的提升小波滤波器对ECG进行去噪处理,可以使信号能量分布更加集中,去噪效果更好。   相似文献

针对捷联惯性导航系统(SINS)在晃动基座下进行初始对准时,陀螺和加速度计受外界干扰噪声较大,而单独采用低通滤波或小波滤波法不能有效实时地实现噪声抑制问题,采用小波阈值消噪和中值滤波相结合的混合滤波方法来实现信号的消噪。将输出信号首先经中值滤波消除信号中的突变噪声,再利用小波阈值消噪滤除振动噪声和白噪声,从而有效地消除基座晃动带来的噪声。测试实验表明,提出的混合滤波法对车载惯导系统输出信号噪声滤波效果明显,在发动机启动的情况下,可基本达到静态信号采集的效果。对准仿真实验表明,提出的滤波法能辅助捷联惯导系统实现在晃动基座下的精对准。  相似文献

针对雷达对海探测中海杂波抑制问题,研究了基于能量选择的改进可调Q小波变换(TQWT)海杂波抑制算法。根据目标和海杂波振荡属性差异,通过TQWT将回波信号分解到不同子带的小波系数中,并利用基追踪去噪(BPD)对小波系数稀疏优化后进行目标重构。为更好的重构目标信号,文中基于子带能量最优分布准则,提出了能量选择法,提取目标能量占优层级的小波系数进行重构,实现目标与海杂波的有效分离。论文分析了雷达观测时间对算法性能的影响,为该方法的工程应用提供指导。通过在CSIR公开数据集上进行实验,结果验证了该算法的性能,改善了输出信杂比。  相似文献

联合时频是分析非平稳信号的有力工具,文章通过几种时频分析如STFT、Wigner-Ville分布、小波变换和小波能量商,对发动机冷试振动信号进行分析。结果表明:STFT、WV、及WT均能一定程度反应信号的时频分布,STFT频率分辨率有限,WV分布存在一定的交叉干扰项,小波变换能够在各个尺度对信号进行观察,小波包能量商能够清楚地观察信号的能量分布,能够作为发动机状态的特征向量。  相似文献

码间干扰直接影响可见光通信系统的通信性能,当前的应对方法存在一定的不足,为了实现系统信号稳定传输,文章采用基于小波变换的可见光通信系统码间干扰抑制技术,在分析可见光通信系统信道模型和信号多径特征基础上,利用小波变换将系统回波数据频谱变换到小波域,在小波域内通过恒虚警概率方法识别码间干扰小波系数,构建码间干扰小波系数的恒虚警检测器,将小波系数大于检测门限的码间干扰去除,实现对可见光通信系统码间干扰的抑制。实验结果表明,该方法的信号干扰抑制比和信号失真比均较低,可提高可见光通信系统的输出信噪比,有效抑制码间干扰对系统信号频谱的影响,保证系统信号传输稳定性。  相似文献

传统方法采用FIR滤波算法进行网络入侵信号的滤波提纯,但是当入侵信号在大混响背景干扰下时,无法有效实现信号滤波提纯。文章提出基于小波尺度特征分析的网络入侵信号提纯算法,首先构建网络入侵信号的背景干扰模型,并进行信号滤波,然后采用鱼群信息链特征优选准则实现入侵信号的检测。仿真结果表明,该算法能有效提高网络入侵信号在低信噪比下的检测性能,信号的提纯纯度较高,滤波效果较好,能有效抵御网络攻击。  相似文献

为补偿捷联姿态测量系统中光纤陀螺因外界干扰引起的高频噪声和强漂移,提出一种基于第二代小波变换和灰色Elman神经网络融合的误差建模和补偿方法。采用Allan方差法分析了在外界干扰下的光纤陀螺输出信号,利用第二代提升小波单独重构的方法分离出陀螺误差模型中的漂移误差和白噪声,灰化漂移误差数据后建立了Elman神经网络模型并进行了补偿。实验结果表明,相较于传统的灰色理论模型和单一的Elman神经网络模型,新算法有效滤除了白噪声,并将预测模型的精度提高到96%以上,证实了模型的有效性。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

Waveguide multilayer optical card (WMOC) is a novel storage device of three-dimensional optical information. An advanced readout system fitting for the WMOC is introduced in this paper. The hardware mainly consists of the light source for reading, WMOC, motorized stages addressing unit, microscope imaging unit, CCD detecting unit and PC controlling & processing unit. The movement of the precision motorized stage is controlled by the computer through Visual Basic (VB) language in software. A control panel is also designed to get the layer address and the page address through which the position of the motorized stages can be changed. The WMOC readout system is easy to manage and the readout result is directly displayed on computer monitor.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

The collinearly phase-matching condition of terahertz-wave generation via difference frequency mixed in GaAs and InP is theoretically studied. In collinear phase-matching, the optimum phase-matching wave hands of these two crystals are calculated. The optimum phase-matching wave bands in GaAs and lnP are 0.95-1.38μm and 0.7-0.96μm respectively. The influence of the wavelength choice of the pump wave on the coherent length in THz-wave tuning is also discussed. The influence of the temperature alteration on the phase-matching and the temperature tuning properties in GaAs crystal are calculated and analyzed. It can serve for the following experiments as a theoretical evidence and a reference as well.  相似文献

Composition dependence of bulk and surface phonon-polaritons in ternary mixed crystals are studied in the framework of the modified random-element-isodisplacement model and the Bom-Huang approximation. The numerical results for Several Ⅱ - Ⅵ and Ⅲ- Ⅴ compound systems are performed, and the polariton frequencies as functions of the compositions for ternary mixed crystals AlxGa1-xAs, GaPxAS1-x, ZnSxSe1-x, GaAsxSb1-x, GaxIn1-xP, and ZnxCd1-xS as examples are given and discussed. The results show that the dependence of the energies of two branches of bulk phonon-polaritons which have phonon-like characteristics, and surface phonon-polaritons on the compositions of ternary mixed crystals are nonlinear and different from those of the corresponding binary systems.  相似文献

An insert layer structure organic electroluminescent device(OLED) based on a new luminescent material (Zn(salen)) is fabricated. The configuration of the device is ITO/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/A1/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/A1. Effective insert electrode layers comprising LiF(1nm)/Al(5 nm) are used as a single semitransparent mirror, and bilayer cathode LiF(1 nm)/A1(100 nm) is used as a reflecting mirror. The two mirrors form a Fabry-Perot microcavity and two emissive units. The maximum brightness and luminous efficiency reach 674 cd/m^2 and 2.652 cd/A, respectively, which are 2.1 and 3.7 times higher than the conventional device, respectively. The superior brightness and luminous efficiency over conventional single-unit devices are attributed to microcavity effect.  相似文献
