基于设计管理方法应用的产品开发实证研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
产品开发中对设计管理方法的选择与应用是产品创新的重要研究领域.本研究通过调取设计管理方法系统中的方法模块,并选择有效方法模块作为核心方法组成模块组植入到产品开发策略流程中,建立起产品开发整体解决方案的设计策略方法模型,同时结合产品开发实际案例进行实证研究.研究重点主要集中在:①运用产品开发前期核心方法SET法寻找产品机会;②运用产品开发中期核心方法UCD法完成产品开发定位;③运用产品开发后期核心方法麦尔斯价值分析法和结构映射分析法进行产品价值评估.最终的研究成果将为产品开发团队提供有效的应用策略机制.  相似文献

目的对迭代思维在产品设计过程中的转化应用进行研究。方法通过分析互联网产品开发案例,阐述迭代思维的定义和内涵,总结迭代思维引导互联网产品开发中的表现特征,并以表现特征为契机点,与实体产品设计过程中的方法进行类比和分析。结果提出迭代思维在产品设计过程中,转化应用时应遵循的相关原则,即"以用户为中心"、"共同创造"、"模块化生长"、"敏捷制造"、"长尾理论效应"。结论迭代思维有别于传统的造物思想和法则,将迭代思维转化应用于实体产品设计的过程中,可为产品设计提供新的思考方式及指导原则。  相似文献

针对虚拟企业产品异地协同设计制造的要求,以及产品知识的复杂性、不确定性和时效性,对基于知识粒度的移动Agent 虚拟企业协作开发系统进行了研究.该系统通过启用不同粒度的封装知识模板,实现对虚拟企业制造资源的重构和封装;通过黑板协同机制实现Agent之间的数据通信及信息共享.实例表明,通过基于知识粒度的移动Agent技术,虚拟企业协作开发系统能够在网络环境下实现对知识的发现、调度和应用,改善网络异地协同合作,从而提高产品开发的敏捷性和降低产品开发成本.  相似文献

Recent years have shown a shift in the focus of sustainable development from eco‐efficiency (minimizing negative impacts) towards eco‐effectiveness (optimizing positive impacts). Currently, a focus on circular models can be identified; Cradle to Cradle and circular economy are main examples of such models. However, the current number and variety of models and tools focusing on circular systems are limited with regard to packaging development. This paper explores packaging development models and tools in relation to circular systems, in order to identify the current status of the circularity focus. A range of identified models and tools is structured into two categories (generative and evaluative tools) which cover three types (protocols, diagrams and evaluations). This is in line with the distinction between early and later phases of development and the cumulative nature of environmental lock‐in. Protocol‐type models and tools come in different forms, such as principles, guidelines and checklists (e.g. Cradle to Cradle and DfE). Aside from these, eight diagram‐type models are analysed, focusing on packaging development, sustainable development and sustainable packaging development. In contrast to generative design tools, evaluation‐type models and tools (e.g. LCA) are most useful in the later stages of development processes. Resulting from the analysis of the models and tools, three types of integration – integrated product‐packaging development, the cross‐functional integration of actors and the front‐end integration of sustainability considerations – are appropriate for the development of product‐packaging combinations for circular systems. There are several tools used in materials selection processes by designers. However, they are mostly engineering based tools, which are dominated by numerical (or technical) material data that is mostly of use in embodiment or detailed design phases of new product development. On the other hand, product designers consider certain aspects such as product personality, user-interaction, meanings, emotions in their material decisions. In this regard, existing tools and methods do not fully support designers in their materials selection processes. This paper describes the development of a new materials selection tool holding the idea of [meaning driven materials selection]. PVD – A success story with a future PVD coatings in the range of a few nanometers up to some microns have become state of the art in engineering technology. PVD coatings can be found anywhere in our everday lives. They are used in data storage mediums such as CDs or DVDs. Car or architectural glasses are improved by thermal insulation coatings. A diffusion barrier is achieved via PVD coatings at food packaging. For decorative aspects sham jewelery and accessoires are coated as well as fittings. In the last three decades PVD coatings have been established in a variety of technical applications acquiring wear protection and/or friction reduction. First, coatings for tools have been developed, later on for components as well. So, in the past lots of experiences have been made not only in coating development, but likewise in methodical product design. By contrast, the surface has not yet been regarded as construction element. Here the knowledge is just at the beginning. The achieved performance of coated components can be improved drastically if the tribological system consisting of coating, substrate and intermediate material is designed for one single application with regard to the macro‐ and micro geometry. An exemplary application derived from the collaborative research center (SFB 442) “Environmentally friendly tribosystems” at the RWTH Aachen university is discussed. Results of fundamental research and their way into industrial applications are presented. The research development is reflected with regard to the development of the industrial PVD market. Regarding a process chain for the exemplary application the development method of surface technology is explained beginning with the production up to field testing of a new product.  相似文献

目的以人为本的人工智能作为一种独特的设计材料正成为智能产品设计的新关注点,也带来了全新的挑战。分析人本人工智能背景下的智能产品设计特点,总结人本智能产品设计的现状并预测其发展趋势,能够对智能产品设计的未来发展提供参考。方法分析机器思维与设计思维的差异,以阐述人本人工智能背景下智能产品设计的特点。从设计方法和设计工具两个层面总结目前的研究现状,梳理以人为中心的智能产品设计的发展脉络。结论智能产品设计正逐渐从技术驱动转向以人为本,逐步整合机器思维与设计思维。然而,目前针对人工智能技术的设计方法和设计工具仍相对较少,智能产品的设计实践迫切需要符合人工智能技术特性的设计教育、设计方法与工具,以弥合机器思维与设计思维的差异。  相似文献

The increasing offer of software tools for product development introduces methodological questions to design engineers in terms of the easiness of tool integration and design activities’ sequencing. Nowadays, Design Verification and Validation through prototyping techniques have been enriched with software solutions enabling virtual prototyping to take more product’s behaviors into consideration during analysis and simulation. It is the case of the Systems Engineering module in CATIA? V6 that proposes a sequential “Requirements–Functional–Logical–Physical Design” (RFLP) approach to link conceptual design activities with 3D-models and simulation. Since some practitioners traditionally use these concepts, this article presents an analysis, based on action research, to evaluate the Design Verification activities as well as the tools integration offered by the new Product Lifecycle Management vision of CATIA? V6. The analysis enabled authors to refine and propose a model’s nature-dependent design method, enriched from the basic RFLP concept. Additionally, the presented results also showed the benefits of using integrated approaches when designing complex products, represented in a case study on virtual Design Verification of an automotive sub-system.  相似文献

目的 归纳中国文创产品设计研究现状及热点,分析学术发展趋势。方法 使用CiteSpace对中国知网2010—2021年以文创产品设计研究为主题的1881篇文献进行图谱分析,主要分析指标包括发文量、作者、机构、关键词聚类、突现词和时间线等,揭示该研究领域的发展脉络和研究热点。结果 采用关键词聚类分析法,得到10个主题6大类别的聚类,生成关键词聚类、关键词突现、关键词时间线等图谱。结论 论文年度发文量总体呈上升趋势,早期研究阶段侧重于基本理论框架的建立,中期发展阶段进一步拓展了研究范畴和设计方法;创新发展阶段更注重发掘文创产品的文化内涵、创新设计技术以及培养专业人才。研究结论为中国文创产品设计研究提供了理论参考。  相似文献

目的研究先进设计技术平台的构成、包装机械虚拟样机的开发过程。方法采用先进设计技术与工具,规划平台建设方案,建设数字设计、数字仿真、数字测量、数字制造等4个模块构成的先进设计技术平台,制定设计型教学实践项目7个、综合型教学实践项目4个、自主型教学实践项目3个。结合实际研究课题,以打包机上砖装置为例,通过方案设计与3D建模,虚拟样机机构与运动建模,虚拟样机仿真求解,虚拟样机仿真优化等4个步骤,完成虚拟样机开发,并投入实际生产。结果先进设计技术平台在数字设计与仿真、数字测量与制造等2个方面能有效地支持教学和科研。结论平台能够训练研究生掌握先进设计技术与工具,培养其产品创新思维和创新能力。虚拟样机是促进产品创新的有效技术与方法,能提高产品开发质量、缩短产品开发周期。  相似文献

The trend towards miniaturization has increased dramatically over the last decade, especially within the fields concerned with bioengineering, microelectronics, and aerospace. Micromilling is among the principal manufacturing processes which have allowed the development of components possessing micrometric dimensions, being used to the manufacture of both forming tools and the final product. The aim of this work is to present the principal aspects related to this technology, with emphasis on the work material requirements, tool materials and geometry, cutting forces and temperature, quality of the finished product, process modelling and monitoring and machine tool requirements. It can be noticed that size effect possesses a relevant role with regard to the selection of both work material (grain size) and tooling (edge radius). Low forces and temperature are recorded during micromilling, however, the specific cutting force may reach high values because of the ploughing effect observed as the uncut chip thickness is reduced. Finally, burr formation is the principal concern with regard to the quality of the finished part.  相似文献

目的 在明确数字文创产品设计基本概念的基础上,分析数字文创产品设计的研究现状与发展趋势,总结该方向存在的机遇与挑战,为相关研究和创新设计提供参考。方法 分析总结数字文创的特征,运用文献数据可视化软件,并选取CNKI数据库作为分析数据来源,对相关文献进行梳理;以元宇宙互联网空间发展阶段为脉络,对数字文创设计的发展现状及研究范围进行梳理;以场景理论为依托建立适用于虚拟文化空间的数字文创产品设计研究框架。结论 在厘清数字文创产品基本概念的基础上,明确了数字文创产品的阶段划分,即以数字孪生—数字原生—虚实共生为特征的发展过程,梳理了当前数字文创产品设计研究与实践的进展,提出该领域在空间设计、交互体验、文化转译三个层面中的创新研究潜力,最后对未来的研究方向进行了展望。  相似文献
