研究了焦耳处理对Fe73.5Cu1 Nb3Si1 3.5B9非晶丝巨磁阻抗 (GMI)效应的影响。结果表明 ,Fe73.5Cu1 Nb1 3.5Si3B9非晶丝的GMI效应对处理工艺很敏感 ,淬态样品在 3 40MPa拉应力下 ,经 5 3A·mm- 2 的直流电流处理后 ,其阻抗相对变化率达到 68% ,灵敏度达 0 86% A·m- 1 。优异的软磁性能和环型各向异性是获得巨磁阻抗效应的关键因素。  相似文献

研究了焦耳退火和等温退火对Fe73.5Cu1 Nb3Si1 3.5B9非晶丝巨应力阻抗效应的影响。实验结果表明 ,非晶合金丝经电流密度为2 6A·mm- 2 的焦耳处理后 ,其阻抗最大变化率达到 2 5 % ,灵敏度为 1 71%·MPa- 1 ;淬态样品在 5 80℃等温退火 0 5h后 ,其阻抗最大变化率达到 67% ,灵敏度为 0 85 %·MPa- 1 。这两种退火方法都可以明显改善Fe73.5Cu1 Nb3Si1 3.5B9非晶合金丝的巨应力阻抗效应 ,阻抗的最大变化率与退火过程中晶化导致的平均各向异性的改变有关 ,而灵敏度的差异是由退火方法导致材料机械性能的差异带来的  相似文献

采用原子力显微镜(ARM)对新开发的铁基多元纳米晶合金Fe85.2Zr3.3Nb3.5Si3Al1Cu1在淬火态、550℃等温退火处理10min、1h和10h的情况下进行了观察和分析,估算了退火态薄带表面的粗糙度、粗糙度与退火时间的关系以及粗糙度与表面晶粒尺寸的关系,初步探讨了退火态样品表面晶粒生长的方式和机理。  相似文献

介绍了纳米晶软磁合金Fe—M—B的磁畸结构、磁性能及其应用。分析了在不同温度退火后磁畴结构的变化。论述了Fe-Nb-B合金和Fe-Zr-B合金的磁性能。得出结论:当Fe—Nb—B舍金中的B含量≤9at%时,淬态合金具有非晶 α-Fe双重结构,且Bs高达1.6T;加入0.1at%的Cu和1at%的P可减小淬态α-Fe晶粒的大小,且晶化后结构均匀。在760K、退火1h后获得的纳米晶Fe86Zr6B8合金含有60%晶化的α-Fe相,并且具有高达1.58T的饱和磁感应强度和较低的铁损。  相似文献

采用熔体快淬及晶化处理工艺制备Nd1 1 Fe71 Co8V1 .5Cr1 B7.5纳米晶合金。运用XRD ,DTA等方法研究了快淬工艺与热处理工艺对该合金纳米晶形成、晶化过程及磁性能的影响。结果表明 ,快淬速度和热处理温度都明显地影响Nd1 1 Fe71 Co8V1 .5Cr1 B7.5纳米晶的形成及其磁性能 ;该合金在晶化过程中先后出现了 3个放热峰 ,分别对应软磁相α Fe ,亚稳相和硬磁相Nd2 Fe1 4B 3个晶化相。快淬速度 2 1m·s- 1 制备快淬薄片经 64 0℃ 4min晶化处理后 ,制成的粘结磁体的最佳磁性能为 :Br=0 64T ,JHc=90 3 5kA·m- 1 ,(BH) max=71kJ·m- 3。  相似文献

研究了基于Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶/纳米晶粉的柔性压磁复合材料制备技术及其性能, 讨论了橡胶种类, 磁粉粒径、含量及工艺因素等对Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9/橡胶复合材料压磁性能的影响. 结果表明: 采用粒径为45 μm, 用量约15%的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶/纳米晶粉与高温硫化有规共聚硅氧烷在171 ℃, 15 Mpa条件下, 硫化45 min制备的、厚度约150 μm的压磁复合材料薄膜具有较好的应力敏感特性和压磁稳定性能, 有望作为新一代柔性、薄型接触应力传感器的敏感元件材料.  相似文献

我们在本文研究了具有不同磁致伸缩系数的Fe73.5Si13.5B9Nb3Cu13和Fe73.5Si16.5B6Nb3Cu1纳米晶带材在0.1-2MHz范围磁阻和频率的关系。铸态样品分别在施加直流和交流磁场及未施加直流和交流磁场中进行氩气氛560℃退火,在某一固定频率、含13.5%Si的样品加磁场退火和未加磁场退火后相比,可看到性能有了改进,含16.5%Si的样品加磁场退火和未加磁场退火相比,仅观察到磁阻率减小,磁特性分析和X光衍射数据显示,所观察到的磁阻效应改变是由于磁感应各向异性的结果。  相似文献

采用熔体快淬及晶化退火工艺制备了单相Nd2Fe14B纳米晶合金。研究了添加Nb对Nd12.3Fe81.7-xNbxB6.0(x=0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0)系列合金的微观组织、磁性能和晶化行为的影响规律。结果表明:添加Nb可提高晶化温度并稳定非晶相;在退火晶化过程中,加入Nb后形成的析出相可以抑制晶粒长大,使晶粒细化且分布均匀,进而提高了材料的综合磁性能。通过对系列合金磁性能分析可知:Nd12.3Fe81.2Nb0.5B6.0合金在600℃退火处理10min后的磁性能最佳,磁能积(BH)m=141.13kJ.m-3,矫顽力Hci=867.95kA.m-1,剩磁Jr=1.02T。  相似文献
