研究了用Mo(Ⅵ)-BPR-Tween80-CTMAB体系。该体系的适宜酸度为0.10~0.30mol/LHCI介质中,最大吸收峰位于640nm,摩尔吸光系数ε为2.16×105L·mol-1·cm-1,钼(Ⅵ)量在0~25μg/50mL范围内服从朗伯-比尔定律。研究了各种阴阳离子的干扰情况,实验表明多数金属离子,完全不干扰。此方法已经应用于测定钢铁中的钼,结果十分满意。  相似文献

在硫酸介质中,以Fe2+和Cu2+作催化剂,用硫脲还原Mo(Ⅵ)为Mo(Ⅴ),Mo(Ⅴ)与硫氰酸盐生成橙黄色络合物进行测定。有色络合物λmax为470nm,ε=1.2×104L·mol-1·cm-1,钼量在0-140μg/50mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于复杂物料中微量钼的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

本文研究了在聚乙醇(WVA)存在下,CU2+催化钼(VI)一硫氰酸盐一孔雀绿(MG)体系水相显色反应,建立了测钼的新的灵敏光度分析法。在硫酸介质中,缔合物的最大吸收在610nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.2×1051.mo1-1.cm-1,钼量在0~10μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。用摩尔比法测得Mo:MG=1:3,推测其可能结构为:[MOO(SCN)5]2-。(MG+)2·(SCN。MG+)。本方法应用于钢铁样品中钼量的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

本文研究Pb(Ⅱ)—BPR—CTMAB—Tween—80—Phen多元络合物显色反应的最佳条件,试验了常见离子的干扰情况,应用该体系光度法测定微量铅。在用M。一BPR—CTMAB体系测定钼时,观察到Pb(Ⅱ)与BPR不起显色反应,当引入过量的CTMAB时,则Pb(Ⅱ)与BPR显色反应立即进行,产生一种蓝色络合物,少量CTMAB存在下,则产生一种蓝色混浊溶液。在过量CTMAB存在下,该体系引入非离子表面活性剂(如TritonX—100、乳化剂OP、Tween—40等),使Pb(Ⅱ)—BPR—CTMAB体系有  相似文献

研究了显色剂5-溴水杨基荧光酮在表面活性剂Tween-80和溴化十六烷基三甲铵存在下与钨(Ⅵ)的显色反应。在强酸性介质中,钨(Ⅵ)与5-溴水杨基荧光酮形成1:2的红色络合物,最大吸收波长为518nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为1.32×105L·mol-1·cm-1,钨含量在0~25μg/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律。该体系选择性好,灵敏度高,方法简便,已用于水相直接光度法测定合金钢中的微量钨,结果满意。  相似文献

试样经盐硝混合酸溶解,以过氧化氢将亚磷酸氧化成正磷酸,在酸性介质中,加入钒酸铵和钼酸铵与磷酸形成黄色的磷钒钼三元杂多酸,从而进行磷的测定。磷钒钼三元缔合物形成的适宜酸度为C(H^+):0.2~1.6mol/L。酸度过高则显色过慢,甚至抑制显色反应的完成,酸度太低则硅干扰,所以,含硅铜合金试样酸度不应低于C(H^+)=0.5mol/L。  相似文献

本文通过实验详细研究了在2.0-4.5M盐酸介质中,钼(Ⅵ)被氯化亚锡的还原情况以及在硫氰酸盐存在下被氯化亚锡和三氯化钛还原的情况,找到了一种控制色液和参比液中的酸度和氯化亚锡的加入量在一定范围内且两者相等,使钼在显色液和参比液中的吸收(λ:420nm)处相等或极为相近,从而消除钼的干扰的快速,准确测定含钼钢中的钨含量的吸光光度法。  相似文献

本文研究了邻硝基苯基荧光酮(o-NPF)胶束分光光度法测定钼的显色反应条件。在CPB存在下于强酸介质中,Mo(Ⅵ)与o-NPF形成1:2的桔红色配合物,λmax在531nm处,ε531值达1.63×10 ̄5。钼量在0~8.0μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法有良好的选择性和稳定性,用于合金钢中钼直接测定,结果满意。  相似文献
