摩托车产品的数字化设计技术是集成现代化设计中的计算机辅助设计技术、计算机辅助分析、计算机辅助制造、产品数据管理技术虚拟样机技术、快速原型制造技术、标准技术等,融合在产品的设计、开发、制造的全过程,是一个多学科综合性技术。为满足摩托车市场对产品个性化、多样化的需求,解决摩托车行业传统的样机仿制开发模式单一,开发能力受限等问题。研究运用参数化设计、知识驱动、设计知识库和信息集成模式等方法开发了摩托车产品数字化设计平台,并得到了实例验证,为摩托车产品开发与市场需求的结合提供了基础。结论表明,在摩托车行业运用数字化设计技术的思想和方法是可行的。  相似文献

近几年来,通过全行业的共同努力,中国轴承出口取得了可喜的成绩,提前实现了轴承行业出口创汇的“十五”规划目标。然而,中国轴承出口市场的开发和建设的格局仍然没有大的改善。从出口轴承的单价可以看出,我们出口的产品大多是低端产品,微小型深沟球轴承占出口总量的90%以上;出口的主要市场仍然是美国和欧盟国家,出口轴承对美、欧市场的依赖性太大;市场竞争依然是价格作为主要手段,中国厂家之间在同一市场的低价恶性竞争严重;出口品牌没有得到发展,假冒产品、无牌产品冲击市场的现象时有发生;销售渠道仍然集中在后市场的流通渠道。  相似文献

产品族规划是产品平台设计的关键环节,它主要包括市场细分与产品族定位两个阶段,帮助企业"在恰当的市场提供恰当的多样性"。针对目前产品族规划过程中存在的主观性等特点,提出了基于数据挖掘的产品族规划方法,从而辅助企业定位出具有广泛开发价值的市场区间,为后续面向该市场区间的产品族设计奠定了基础。首先,基于历史市场数据,通过聚类分析方法完成市场细分;然后在其基础上,采用随机森林分类算法实现市场新需求到细分市场区间的定位,并结合企业自身优势实现产品族的定位。最后,以地铁车辆为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

异地开发产品要求装配设计成员间进行协同工作。为支持分布式的装配规划活动,提出了协同装配规划网络环境的体系结构,研究了用户界面、通讯管理、应用服务和信息管理等功能模块,并结合虚拟现实建模语言表达的客户端产品显示模型和服务器端装配应用模型,采用Java—EAI等技术,开发了基于Web的协同装配规划原型系统。用一个驱动装配体实例,说明异地人员间同步的协同装配规划过程,验证了协同装配规划方法的可行性和系统的有效性。  相似文献

为把握市场动态和了解客户需求,提出一种从广域网中及时获取及分析客户信息的方法。在对比分析分散式和集中式Web信息源优劣特征的基础上,提出了由集中式Web原始信息源到市场分析数据集间的映射关系,建立了以产品生命周期特征为基础的信息分析知识库以及相应的量化处理规则集。该方法基于所建立的知识库和分析规则,采用规则驱动的数据挖掘技术,首先进行原始Web信息单元特征定位分析,进而对信息单元中的客户需求进行词频统计分析和内容分析,以形成产品市场整体趋势以及系统的客户需求分布。最后结合典型行业的信息源进行了具体应用。  相似文献

The demand for high-quality and low-cost products with short development time in the dynamic global market has forced researchers and industries to focus on various effective product development strategies. The authors are carrying out research studies to explore the applicability of fuzzy logic and knowledge-based systems technologies to today’s competitive product design and development, with an emphasis on the design of high quality products at the conceptual design stage. A framework of a fuzzy FMEA (failure modes and rffects analysis) based evaluation approach for new product concepts is proposed in this paper. Based on the proposed approach and methodologies, a prototype system named EPDS-1, which can assist inexperienced users to perform FMEA analysis for quality and reliability improvement, alternative design evaluation, materials selection, and cost assessment, thus helping to enhance robustness of new products at the conceptual design stage. This paper presents the underlying concepts of the development and shows the practical application with the prototype system with a case study.  相似文献

Faced with today's competitive market, the development of innovative product needs to be accelerated. But this is limited by heterogeneous systems and a distributed environment. A way of utilising network technology to this end must be found. In this paper, we use a new approach, called asynchronous and synchronous coupling, which is a network-based product development approach. This is then applied to rapid-response manufacturing by small- and medium-sized enterprises in a distributed environment. It demonstrates integrated thinking, high development speed and a transparent development process. Visual technology and real-time monitoring technology are used to solve asynchronous process and data management problems. An ICE (integrated collaborative environment) is also created to support synchronous collaboration.  相似文献

Reconfigurable products and manufacturing systems have enabled manufacturers to provide "cost effective" variety to the market. In spite of these new technologies, the expense of manufacturing makes it infeasible to supply all the possible variants to the market for some industries. Therefore, the determination of the right number of product variants to offer in the product portfolios becomes an important consideration. The product portfolio planning problem had been independently well studied from marketing and engineering perspectives. However, advantages can be gained from using a concurrent marketing and engineering approach. Concurrent product development strategies specifically for reconfigurable products and manufacturing systems can allow manufacturers to select best product portfolios from marketing, product design and manufacturing perspectives. A methodology for the concurrent design of a product portfolio and assembly system is presented. The objective of the concurrent product portfolio planning and assembly system design problem is to obtain the product variants that will make up the product portfolio such that oversupply of optional modules is minimized and the assembly line efficiency is maximized. Explicit design of the assembly system is obtained during the solution of the problem. It is assumed that the demand for optional modules and the assembly times for these modules are known a priori. A genetic algorithm is used in the solution of the problem. The basic premise of this methodology is that the selected product portfolio has a significant impact on the solution of the assembly line balancing problem. An example is used to validate this hypothesis. The example is then further developed to demonstrate how the methodology can be used to obtain the optimal product portfolio. This approach is intended for use by manufacturers during the early design stages of product family design.  相似文献

Product development in the manufacturing industry has been facing unprecedented challenges brought about by ever-changing global and competitive market conditions as well as changing individual customer demands. As manufacturing enterprises become more specialized, they need to communicate and work concurrently on a large volume of product data covering their factories, sub-contractors as well as suppliers. The collaboration and cooperation between enterprises is changing from a supply chain based on material flow to a collaborative product development chain based on task flow. Computer network technologies, especially the Internet, have injected velocity into product development activities and enabled companies to shift their traditionally centralized product development philosophy to networked product development philosophy. This paper introduces a new paradigm called Internet-based collaborative product development chain (ICPDC) to answer the aforementioned needs of current product development. It connects users in geographically different locations to carry out product development activities simultaneously and collaboratively using a series of tools, including product management tools, workflow management tools, and project management tools. Some key aspects of the ICPDC, including its concept, collaboration mechanism, constituents and fashioning principle, are introduced in detail. Furthermore, a framework for the ICPDC based on a Brower/Server is proposed. Finally, a prototype is implemented using web services technology and .Net programming language to demonstrate the feasibility of the structure and the collaborative approach that has been developed.  相似文献

In order to improve the design of products and reduce design changes, cost, and time to market, life cycle engineering has emerged as an effective approach to address these issues in today’s competitive global market. As over 70% of the total life cycle cost of a product is committed at the early design stage, designers can substantially reduce the life cycle cost of products by giving due consideration to the life cycle implications of their design decisions. During the early design stages there may be competing requirements. In addition, detailed information is scarce and decisions must be made quickly. Thus, both the overhead in developing parametric life cycle cost (LCC) models for a wide range of concepts or requirements, and the lack of detailed information make the application of traditional LCC models impractical. A different approach is required because a traditional LCC method should be incorporated in the very early design stages. This paper explores an approximate method for providing the preliminary life cycle cost. Learning algorithms trained to use the known characteristics of existing products can perhaps allow the life cycle cost of new products to be approximated quickly during the conceptual design phase without the overhead of defining new LCC models. Artificial neural networks are trained to generalise product attributes and life cycle cost data from pre-existing LCC studies. Then, the product designers query the trained artificial model with new high-level product attribute data to obtain an LCC for a new product concept quickly. Foundations for the learning LCC approach are established, and then an application is provided. This paper has been developed to provide designers with LCC information to guide them in conceptual design.  相似文献
