管路长度对BC超细干粉灭火剂管内流动阻力影响的试验研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
BC超细干粉灭火剂是指能扑灭B类、C类火灾的超细干粉灭火剂,因其洁净、环保、安全无毒、性能稳定,被认为是适用于民用飞机替代哈龙灭火剂的理想环保灭火剂。本文通过试验分析的方法研究了管路长度对BC超细干粉灭火剂管内流动阻力的影响,得出了BC超细干粉灭火剂在管路中流动的压力损失与管路长度之间的关系,并通过试验数据拟合出经验公式,用于指导工程设计,为民用飞机灭火系统的设计提供了技术支持。 相似文献

粉末涂料固体润滑膜滚动/滑动复合干摩擦磨损特性研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1
在M-2000磨损试验机上考察了经过一次处理和经两次处理的40Cr钢环表面喷涂3种粉末涂料型固体润滑膜(P型、H型、E型)试样,在线载荷为104N/m、相对滑动速度为0.042 m/s、干摩擦滚动/滑动复合磨损条件下的摩擦磨损性能,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试样磨损表面以及磨屑进行了显微观察。结果表明:底材经过一次处理(化学底膜处理)的复合固体润滑膜试样,P型和E型在磨损后期的摩擦因数分别稳定在0.38和0.32,而H型在0.40左右跳动;P型和H型的涂层磨损脱落期为60 m in左右,E型为120 m in左右;质量磨损从小到大顺序为P型相似文献

Atmospheric plasma spraying method was used to deposit nanostructured and conventional zirconia coatings using spray-dried nanostructured zirconia powder and conventional zirconia powder as feedstock, respectively. Their wear properties were evaluated comparatively by a sliding, reciprocating and vibrating (SRV) tester under dry conditions. The obtained results show that the wear properties of the plasma sprayed zirconia coatings deposited from spray-dried nanostructured zirconia powder were greatly improved compared with those of plasma sprayed zirconia coatings produced from conventional powder. The wear rates of nanostructured zirconia coatings are approximately half of those of conventional zirconia coatings. Under dry conditions, the wear mechanism for the plasma-sprayed nanostructured zirconia coatings is abrasive wear. Whilst in the case of plasma sprayed conventional zirconia coatings, it is a combination of abrasive wear and brittle fracture, the former is dominant wear mechanism. Their wear properties were explained in terms of their microstructure as well as mechanical properties and compared with the wear properties obtained under distilled-water lubricated conditions. Based on the experimental results, it is concluded that the finer debris is a critical factor for the improvement of wear properties of plasma-sprayed nanostructured zirconia coating under dry conditions. The wear properties of plasma sprayed zirconia coatings can be increased by the presence of water during the SRV testing. 相似文献

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定奶粉中维生素A、E含量的方法。方法:奶粉样品经过皂化处理后,直接取上清液进样到高效液相色谱仪中,紫外双波长检测。结果:维生素A、E的浓度线性范围分别为0.25~1.25μg/mL、2.50~12.50μg/mL,最低检出浓度分别为0.511μg/100g、13.3μg/100g;相对标准偏差为1.0%~5.7%,回收率为98.0%~102.2%。结论:该法简单、快速、准确,满足检测需要,适合奶粉中维生素A和E的检测。 相似文献

As part of a high-temperature, dry-lubricated bearing technology and lubricant system development program, a high-speed, high-temperature disk-on-disk tribometer was utilized and a matrix of traction data covering a range of load, speed and temperature was obtained. The influence of dry powder lubricants, TiO2 and MoS2, on the traction coefficients between two ceramic materials, Si3N4 and SiC, was investigated. The most important results of this investigation are characteristic curves for the traction coefficient vs. the slide/roll ratio with dry powders which are reminiscent of fluids, and the observation of dry powder lubricants' lower traction coefficients and wear. Measured tractions are found to be a strong function of powder lubricant type and values decrease moderately with slide-to-roll ratio and load. The data, show a weak sensitivity to temperature. 相似文献

在不同工况下研究半金属基粉末摩擦片与淬火45#钢配副时,载荷和转速对其摩擦磨损性能的影响,并分析其磨损机制。结果表明,在油润滑和水润滑下,半金属基摩擦片高速下的磨损量要明显低于低速下的磨损量,而干摩擦下其高载高速下的磨损要高于高载低速时的磨损量。油润滑下随载荷的增大,半金属基摩擦片的摩擦因数逐渐升高;水润滑下随载荷的增大,高速时摩擦因数先增大后减小,低速时则逐渐降低;干摩擦下随载荷的增大,高速时摩擦因数呈现出先升高后降低再升高的趋势,低速时则先升高后降低。干摩擦时摩擦面十分粗糙,有比较明显的沟状磨痕和硬质颗粒脱落后残留的凹坑;而水润滑和油润滑时摩擦面较为光滑。 相似文献

通过向聚四氟乙烯材料加入不同质量比的青铜粉和氧化铅制备了3种自润滑复合材料,并与不加青铜粉的填充氧化铅的聚四氟乙烯材料进行实验研究,研究了青铜粉及其含量对聚四氟乙烯基复合材料摩擦学性能的影响,并探讨了填料的减磨机理。结果表明:在干摩擦条件下,在一定范围内,随着青铜粉含量的增加,填充氧化铅的PTFE基材料的摩擦磨损性能有所降低;在油润滑条件下,填充氧化铅的PTFE基材料的摩擦磨损性能相对干摩擦有所提高,且在一定范围内,随着青铜粉含量的增加,填充氧化铅的PTFE基材料的摩擦磨损性能有所提高;填料的减磨机理与“第三体”有关,而“第三体”又与材料的基体组分有关。 相似文献
