矿热法硅──铝──铁合金在转炉中的应用

涟钢公司对转炉使用廉价的矿热法硅──铝──铁取代重熔法硅──铝──铁作终脱氧剂进行了现场生产试验．结果表明，所炼钢种全部符合脱氧要求，用两种终脱氧剂生产的钢材产品质量相当，预计年可创经济效益187万元左右。     

硫酸钴溶液深度净化的生产实践

研究拟定了净化工艺流程：粗氢氧化钴热水搅洗──氢氧化钴的还原溶解──次氯酸钠除锰──硫化钠沉铜──磷酸除锌。按拟定流程组织了小规模生产，可制出能由之产出T—2级氧化钴的硫酸钴净化溶液。     

四川牦牛坪氟碳铈矿选矿工艺的探讨

本文以四川牦牛坪氟碳铈矿矿石的性质，嵌布特性，通过小型试验研究对选矿工艺进行了广泛探讨，并且提出了脱泥──浮选、重选──浮选是较合理的选矿工艺流程。     

矿山酸性废水综合治理工艺的探讨

研究了阶段中和沉淀法、阶段中和──硫化钠沉淀法、阶段中和──H2S沉淀法综合治理矿山酸性废水。根据试验结果，确定了四段中和──H2S沉淀法治理含铝量高的矿山酸性废水，使排放水水质达到国家排放标准，并从中回收了铜、锌、锰等有价金属离子。     

唐钢转炉钢渣处理工艺技术与效果

介绍了唐钢转炉钢渣热泼（落锤）──自磨──磁选处理工艺及其特点。该工艺不仅及时处理新钢渣，并且可处理多年堆积渣山的大渣块，可解决搬掉老渣山，不再堆积渣山的问题。     

H08Mn2SiA CO_2气体保护焊丝钢盘条开发与研制

结合酒钢铁水及炼轧钢设备优势，通过批量工业性试验与生产实践，对酒钢利用30吨LD转炉──150mm×150mm方坯连铸机──高速线材轧机工艺路线，开发研制H08Mn2SiACO2气体保护焊丝用钢盘条，从工艺技术上进行了讨论，指出了冶炼、连铸及轧制焊丝钢关键工艺技术和合理工艺参数的确定。     

高铁拜耳法赤泥煤基直接还原工艺的研究

简要介绍了氧化铝厂高铁拜耳法赤泥煤基直接还原焙烧试验研究结果。采用配入Ａ型催化剂赤泥煤基直接还原焙烧──磁选分离──冷固成型工艺，可由高铁赤泥直接产出海绵铁。
