生产过程资源环境属性综合评价支持系统   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
针对生产过程资源环境属性评价研究中缺乏实用方法和工具的问题,开发了一种制造企业生产过程资源环境属性综合评价支持系统.该系统主要由资源环境属性分析模块、资源环境属性评价模块、生产过程优化模块,以及支撑数据库和模型库模块等组成.在数据库和模型库等的支持下,对生产过程中的原材料消耗、辅助原材料消耗、能最消耗和环境排放物等进行综合评价,诊断生产过程中资源消耗和严重影响环境的关键工艺和过程,并辅助工艺人员改善和优化生产过程的绿色性.通过在某机床厂齿轮生产过程中的应用,验证了该系统的可行性.  相似文献

根据绿色制造的目标,对产品绿色制造工艺规划进行了分析,确立了面向绿色制造工艺规划的决策目标体系.通过设置变量建立并优化决策目标函数,在此基础上建立了决策模型,并采用多目标体系的模糊综合评价法求其最优解.同时根据工艺规划的复杂性和多目标性,建立了绿色工艺数据库,采用JavaBean技术和JSP(Java Server Page)语言,开发了基于Web服务器Browse/Sever(B/S)模式的三层分布式结构的绿色制造工艺规划系统,用户从浏览器登录到该系统,在数据库的支持下,实现网上规划工艺方案,并对其进行绿色性评价.  相似文献

机械加工系统是车间层实施绿色制造的主体之一,对加工任务进行优化调度可以减少机械加工系统所产生的环境影响和资源消耗,是改善机械加工系统绿色性(即资源消耗和环境影响特性)的途径之一.基于此对面向绿色制造的机械加工系统任务优化调度问题进行研究,构建其框图模型及数学模型,该模型能对调度问题的整个优化调度过程及所涉及的各种要素之间关系进行描述.结合机械加工系统的资源消耗和环境影响特性,建立该模型的目标体系,该体系包括优化调度问题所涉及的各个子目标,并对子目标的内容进行描述.最后通过案例,对面向绿色制造的机械加工系统任务优化调度模型进行应用分析.  相似文献

绿色工艺规划是实施绿色制造的重要环节,而工艺种类选择是绿色制造工艺规划的首要内容,在对TQCRE(time、quality、cost、resources、enviroment effect)分析的基础上提出了面向绿色制造工艺种类选择的总体要求和五项基本原则,以及种类选择的模糊评判方法,建立了评价指标体系和评价矩阵,并提出了工艺参数优化的数学模型及研究方法,通过数据库设计、软件开发对模糊评判方法和工艺参数优化开发了友好软件操作界面,最终实现了工艺参数优化的最优方案选择。  相似文献

绿色制造是一种综合考虑环境影响和资源消耗的现代制造模式。面向绿色制造的工艺规划是绿色制造研究的关键技术之一,如何有效地为绿色制造工艺规划的实施提供必要的信息支撑是目前研究的难点之一。运用绿色制造的思想,构建了面向绿色制造的工艺规划数据库系统,提出了一种具有分布式存储和处理数据以及便于扩充的B/S体系结构,并详细阐述了该数据库系统的组成及其绿色特性、数据库系统开发的关键技术。结合一案例对构建的数据库系统的结构和功能进行了应用,对其可行性进行了验证。  相似文献

Owing to a lack of practical methods and software tools in the existing researches on green manufacturing (GM), process planning support system for green manufacturing (GMPPSS) was developed to deal with the problems in optimization of environment-benign process planning. The GMPPSS consisted mainly of three function modules and related model repositories including: selection of process elements, optimization of process courses, and evaluation of process projects for GM. The database of the GMPPSS was used to provide plentiful information on resources consumption and environmental impact in manufacturing processes, which consisted of process attribute database, inventory database, machine database, tool database, and the cutting fluid database. Raw materials, secondary material consumption, energy consumption, and environment impacts of process planning were optimized to improve the green attribute of process planning of parts with the supports of the databases and model repositories. The forming tests are being developed with the purpose of enabling forming companies to better understand the sheets formability. The identification of the regions where tension-tension, tension-compression, and/or plane strain occurred during the forming process can aid the process planning through the tools geometry optimization. This work consisted of evaluating, experimental and numerically, the major true strain obtained with different punch designs, which were used in addition to the traditional Nakazima test tool. The main objective was to study the true strain profile as an alternative method to analyze the tool design influence on stretching forming of high stampability steels (DC 06). The friction coefficient was investigated, and an evaluation was also made of the chosen program's response quality (validation). The results are given as a major true strain distribution profile at points distributed linearly from the region close to the die radius to the punch pole. The result expectation is to help the process planning and the material evaluation based on the correct tool design specification in order to obtain the desired true strain distribution in the formed part.  相似文献

In process planning of wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM), determination of appropriate machining conditions is likely to face problems in many ways. In addition to the construction of the relationship between machining parameters and machining characteristics, optimization search technique, a large number of experiments must be conducted repeatedly to renew parameters for different workpiece materials. The concept of specific discharge energy (SDE) was employed in this paper to represent the WEDM property of workpiece materials as one of the machining parameters. Two kinds of materials with distinctive SDE values, i.e., higher and lower, respectively, were selected for our experiments. The experimental data obtained were used, and a neural network that can accurately predict the relationship between machining parameters and machining characteristics was constructed. It was found that the predicted error was less than 7 %. The optimization technique of genetic algorithms was employed, and the optimal combination of machining parameters that meet the required machining characteristics for different workpiece materials was obtained. The system proposed in this study is both user-friendly and practical. It can save considerable time and cost during the construction of the database for the expert system of process planning.  相似文献

This paper focuses on a production planning problem in a highly automated manufacturing system considering multiple process plans with different energy requirements. The system consists of several closely interconnected sub-systems such as the processing system, the material (part) handling system, the tool transport system and the auxiliary system responsible for a supply of cooling/lubricants and a waste disposal. We propose a methodology for an estimation of energy consumption and material flows that are incurred at a system level with respect to multiple process plans for a part type. In addition, this study focuses on a production planning problem with the objective to minimize the weighted sum of energy consumption, inventory holding cost and backorder cost on a FMS considering multiple process plans. The production planning model is developed as a linear programming model. The benefit coming from the adoption of suggested model has been addressed with reference to a real industrial use case study.  相似文献
