添加氮元素提高奥氏体不锈钢疲劳特性

含稀土和过渡元素Keggin结构混配型杂多酸盐的热解性质研究

本文研究了通式为Ｋ１０Ｈ３〔Ｌｎ（ＳｉＭｏ９Ｗ２Ｏ３９）２〕·ｘＨ２Ｏ（简记为Ｌｎ（ＳｉＭｏ９Ｗ２）２，Ｌｎ＝Ｌａ、Ｃｅ、Ｐｒ、Ｎｄ、Ｓｍ、Ｅｕ、Ｇｄ、Ｄｙ、Ｔｂ、Ｙｂ，以下相同），Ｋ１０Ｈ３〔Ｌｎ（ＳｉＭｏ６Ｗ５Ｏ３９）２〕·ｘＨ２Ｏ（简记为Ｌｎ（ＳｉＭｏ６Ｗ５）２）、Ｋ１０Ｈ３〔Ｌｎ（ＳｉＭｏ２Ｗ９Ｏ３９）２〕·ｘＨ２Ｏ（简记为Ｌｎ（ＳｉＭｏ２Ｗ９）２）和Ｍｍ＋Ｈ４－ｍＳｉＭｏ１０Ｗ２Ｏ４０·ｘＨ２Ｏ（简记为ＭＳｉＭｏ１０Ｗ２，Ｍ＝Ｃｒ、Ｍｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｃｄ）４个系列３８种化合物的热解性质，确定它们的分解温度分别为：Ｌｎ（ＳｉＭｏ９Ｗ２）２，２５０～３００℃；Ｌｎ（ＳｉＭｏ６Ｗ５）２，３００～３５０℃；Ｌｎ（ＳｉＭｏ２Ｗ９）２，３５０～４００℃；ＭＳｉＭｏ１０Ｗ２，３８０～４２０℃，详细研究了稀土和过渡元素取代钼对化合物热解性质的影响。     

结晶法分离MnSO4和MgSO4的若干问题讨论

绘制了ＭｎＳＯ４—ＭｇＳＯ４—Ｈ２Ｏ体系相图并以此讨论了结晶法分离ＭｎＳＯ４和ＭｇＳＯ４工艺，结果表明以现有的工艺来分离ＭｎＳＯ４和ＭｇＳＯ４是不可行的

系统研究了ＭｏＳｉ２－ｍＯ５Ｓｉ３复合材料的烧结工艺。结果表明,ＭｏＳｉ２－Ｍｏ５Ｓｉ３复合材料理想的烧结温度为１４００～１５００℃,保温时间为１．０～１．５ｈ,当Ｍｏ５Ｓｉ３含量为１６％时,ＭｏＳｉ２－Ｍｏ５Ｓｉ３复合材料具有最大的相对密度和硬度。

Fe-Cu-C-MnS烧结易切削钢中MnS的透射电镜分析

通过透射电子显微镜（ＤＥＭ）分析了Ｆｅ－Ｃｕ－Ｃ－ＭｎＳ烧结易切削钢及含微量硫、磷和钙的Ｆｅ－Ｃｕ－Ｃ－ＭｎＳ烧结钢中的ＭｎＳ，并采用电子衍射分析其晶体结构，发现：在烧结过程中，不同烧结钢中ＭｎＳ结构是否发生变化取决于ＭｎＳ的添加方式和其他元素的存在。
