基于资金和产能约束,研究更新期内多代易逝品的生产决策问题。以期望收益最大为目标,建立了随机需求下有能力约束的生产策略模型。用TICDF和最小二乘法对该模型进行求解。数值算例中,对新老两代产品的最优产量和预期总收益进行了计算,计算结果表明,无能力约束与有能力约束这两种情况下的价值贴现率对生产策略的影响是不同的。 相似文献

This article describes a model which seeks to schedule the production of m products over the next n production planning periods in a manner which minimizes total setup, production, and inventory costs while observing all constraints imposed by the capacities of the productive resources. The model formulates this problem as a fixed charge problem, and then uses a modified version of the simplex method to locate optimal or near optimal solutions of this nonlinear programming problem. Many companies are using Just-In-Time (JIT) control systems in their mixed-model multi-level production facilities. When scheduling these facilities the most important objective is to keep a constant rate of usage for every part used by the system. In this paper a mathematical model for scheduling these facilities is studied and techniques for determining good schedules are developed. Procedures for solving very large problems are given. 相似文献

The problem of scheduling products, with constant demand rates, on a single facility is difficult. This difficulty is compounded if the setup costs are not constant for each product but depend on the sequence in which the products are made. A heuristic that iterates between solving the scheduling problem with constant setup costs and solving a “traveling salesman” formulation with sequence dependent setup costs is presented. The heuristic works well in practice and always provides a feasible solution if one exists. Some computational experience is also given. 相似文献

This paper considers the two-machine (-stage) flow-shop problem of minimizing the total elapsed time, where setup times are separated from processing times. A theorem which is an extension of Johnson's for the two-machine flow-shop problem with setup times included is developed for the optimal scheduling with setup times separated. We present an approach to modeling practical dynamic production planning problems with product sequencing considerations that yields a significant reduction in the number of required binary variables over traditional approaches and improves the structure of special ordered sets which can be exploited in state-of-the-art mixed integer programming codes. 基于国内大型钢铁公司的实际操作,运用离散化时间的方法把钢管冷区生产调度抽象为可中断Job-Shop问题.同时考虑前置库存限制、生产尽可能连续、部分人工调度等约束条件,以最小化中断次数和尽可能满足人工调度为目标,建立相应的数学模型.再依据约束条件的主次性设计生产调度规则(赋值规则和生产规则),根据实际生产流程设计启发式算法.运用该算法对该问题的大规模算例进行求解,其结果在满足了约束条件情况下达到比较理想的中断次数. 相似文献

This paper presents procedures for obtaining feasible fractional and integer assignments which can be used to schedule manpower for the unbalanced production line. The objective is to minimize the cost of the total in-process inventory. A mathematical model is formulated and then used to calculate fractional assignments using linear programming and integer assignments using integer programming. An algorithm is then developed which provides the equivalent fractional solution as obtained from linear programming followed by a heuristic algorithm which converts these fractional assignments to feasible integer assignments.
