为探明PTT/PET双组分短纤与棉混纺织物的弹性性能,对其拉伸性能、定伸长和定负荷反复拉伸弹性回复性能、折皱回复性能分别进行了测试分析。结果表明,在定伸长和定负荷反复拉伸条件下,棉/双组分短纤混纺织物的弹性回复性能优良,弹性回复率接近于棉氨包芯纱织物和棉/XLA包芯纱织物;其折皱回复性能良好,优于棉氨包芯纱织物,与棉/XLA包芯纱织物相近。  相似文献

比较分析了PTT/毛混纺织物和PET/毛混纺织物的拉伸、弹性、褶皱回复等性能.结果表明:与PET/毛混纺织物相比,PTT/毛混纺织物具有较高的伸长率和较低的断裂强度,且能在较高伸长率下保持较低的拉伸模量;PTT/毛混纺织物具有优异的弹性回复性能,收紧力在棉氨包芯纱织物和PET/毛混纺织物之间,织物应力松弛率较小;PTT/毛和PET/毛混纺织物的折痕回复性能均较好,PTT/毛混纺织物有更优的缓弹性回复性能;PTT/毛织物的抗起毛起球性能一般在4级以上;PTT/毛混纺织物手感柔软,硬挺度小于PET/毛混纺织物.  相似文献

研究PTT棉交织物的弹性.选取纬纱均为PTT无捻低弹长丝的11种交织物,测试了其弹性伸长率和弹性恢复率,并采用多元线性回归方法分析了PTT棉交织物结构参数与弹性伸长率和弹性恢复率的关系.研究结果表明:织物的组织浮长对织物弹性伸长率的影响最大,其次为经向上机紧度;织物的弹性恢复率主要受纬纱细度和织物在弹力方向伸长的影响.  相似文献

探讨PTT含量对棉混纺织物性能的影响。测试了不同PTT含量下高含棉织物的水洗抗皱等级、定伸长和定负荷下的残余伸长率和弹性回复率、撕裂强力、拉伸强力,并与涤棉织物、棉XLA包芯织物的相应性能进行比较。结果发现,采用低于20%的PTT/PET双组分短纤,可有效提高含棉织物弹性伸长和回复性能,且织物残余伸长率较小,织物的撕裂强力和拉伸断裂强力优良,其抗皱等级得到一定程度提高。  相似文献

探讨应用近红外光谱对棉氨纶混纺织物进行成分定量分析中颜色及氨纶包芯形式对测试结果的影响。对样品脱色前后的近红外光谱图进行了对比,选取不同光谱波段建立模型,对样品脱色前后氨纶含量进行预测分析;对棉氨包芯纱类织物采用了先粉碎处理再用近红外法进行预测的方法。试验证明:一些深色样品经脱色得到了较为准确的预测结果;棉氨包芯纱类织物先粉碎再测试的方法也能得到较好的预测结果。认为:采用近红外法进行棉氨织物成分定量分析时,脱色处理和粉碎处理能扩大该法在棉氨纶混纺类织物定量分析应用中的适用范围。  相似文献

为了解PTT/PET三维卷曲复合丝及其不同织物参数对织物拉伸性能的影响,通过改变PTT/PET复合丝比例、捻度、织物组织和纬密4个参数织造了33种织物,测试并分析了这些织物的拉伸性能指标。研究发现:PTT/PET双组分长丝织物拉伸断裂强力较低,而断裂伸长较高,低负荷条件下织物具有高伸长特性;在相同的条件下,随着纬纱PTT/PET含量提高,断裂强力呈下降趋势而断裂伸长相应提高,纬密主要影响织物拉伸断裂强力,对断裂伸长的影响不大,PTT/PET复合丝的捻度对低负荷条件下织物拉伸性能影响明显,因织物组织不同其拉伸性能也存在一定差异。  相似文献

为了将PTT纤维良好的弹性回复能力与真丝绸优异的服用性能融合为一体,采用PTT长丝和不同规格的桑蚕丝交织试制了15种PTT/桑蚕丝交织面料及1种纯PTT织物,此外还购买了3种真丝织物作为对比织物。对这19种织物的透气性、抗起毛起球性、折皱回复性和定伸长弹性进行测试,对比分析了真丝织物和PTT/桑蚕丝交织物的服用性能。研究结果表明:与真丝织物相比,PTT/桑蚕丝交织物的折皱回复性和定伸长弹性明显提高,抗起毛起球等级也有上升,而透气性受织物结构参数的影响较大。  相似文献

研究棉中空锦纶长丝包芯纱织物吸声性能。以棉中空锦纶长丝包芯纱设计制备了7种织物,测试纱线捻系数、织物组织、织物经纬密以及复合聚氨酯薄膜对织物吸声性能的影响。研究结果表明:棉中空锦纶长丝包芯纱制取的织物吸声性能均优于纯棉织物;适度增加织物经纬密,有助于提高织物的吸声性能;随所用包芯纱捻系数的增加,织物吸声性能下降;对织物进行聚氨酯薄膜复合后,织物吸声性能更优。认为:制备的织物可在吸声材料领域应用。  相似文献

对大豆蛋白、棉和涤纶纤维的氨纶包芯纱的条干、强伸度和蠕变性能进行了测试分析,以进一步了解各种不同纤维的氨纶包芯纱的性能特点。结果发现:豆/氨包芯纱的成纱条干明显优于棉/氨包芯纱,但较涤/氨包芯纱差;豆/氨包芯纱的断裂强力和断裂伸长率低于涤/氨包芯纱,但高于棉/氨包芯纱;豆/氨包芯纱的塑性变形大,弹性恢复率最差。由此认为涤氨包芯纱成纱的质量为最佳。  相似文献

通过将转杯轴中心开孔,借助转杯负压的作用引入长丝的方法纺制了转杯纺氨纶丝/短纤包芯纱;通过在传统环锭细纱机上加装一个长丝喂入装置的方法纺制Sirofil包芯纱.测试了这两种包芯纱在相同规格和纺纱条件下纱线的纵向形态、毛羽、强力和条干等相关性能.分析得出结论为转杯纺包芯纱表面光洁,毛羽少,不易起毛起球,强力稍低,条干稍差于Sirofil纱,并分析解释了原因.  相似文献

Twelve stretchable fabrics are woven in two sets with one set in 50s and 60s 100% cotton in warp and 40s, 50s, and 60s cotton core spun lycra yarn in weft and another set with 2/75 and 2/120?Nm silk in warp with 40s, 50s, and 60s cotton core spun lycra yarn in weft. Hundred percent cotton sari blouse materials commercially available in the market are also included for a comparative study of pressure distribution between cotton core spun lycra fabrics and cotton blouse materials. The influence of fabric specification on total hand value (THV), stretch properties, and pressure comfort is analyzed. The effects of body shape and fabric mechanical properties on garment pressure are also analyzed. The results indicated that the finer counts of cotton core spun lycra woven with cotton and silk to elasticize fabrics provided improved hand feel, stretch, and pressure comfort values. The average pressure value of the samples at the major pressure points with the cotton/cotton core spun lycra samples and silk/cotton core spun lycra samples is lower than 100% cotton samples’ fabric physical properties, stretch properties, mechanical properties, and THV significantly influenced the pressure distribution and comfort of garments.  相似文献

文章采用全聚纺纺纱方式生产了JC/PET、JC/PTT、JC/SPH、JC/T400四种包芯纱和一种纯棉纱,利用这五种纱线织造了规格相同的五种机织物。分别利用客观与主观评价法,评价织物的抗皱性及平整度等级,同时测试了织物的拉伸弹性回复率,以研究芯丝种类对织物抗皱性及抗变形性的影响。结果表明:芯丝的加入可以改善纯棉织物的平整度;长丝的初始模量、弹性影响织物的抗皱等级,SPH的初始模量最高、T400的弹性回复性最好,因此JC/SPH和JC/T400包芯纱织物抗皱等级最高,可以达到3. 5级;且这两种长丝的表面均有沟槽,截面为异形,起到毛细管作用,其织物具有较好的吸湿排汗作用,是开发高保形免烫衬衫面料的理想选择。  相似文献

本文选择了cooldry吸湿速干涤纶、Thermolite保暖涤纶和Tencel再生纤维及氨纶/锦纶弹力包芯纱分别为面纱和地纱,采用平纹添纱组织和N6上机密度设计与织造了4组16种交织物。对织物的纵横向密度、平方米重及厚度,拉伸伸长率及弹性回复率进行了测试与分析,并采用一元方差分析了交织对无缝内衣面料结构规格与伸缩性影响的显著性。结果表明,交织对织物纵横向密度、平方米重及厚度,拉伸伸长率影响均十分显著,对织物弹性回复率影响不显著;织物密度、单米重、厚度及拉伸率较大的交织方式为:面纱、地纱均为弹力包芯纱与非弹力纱间隔1根排列,或织物面纱为非弹力纱,地纱为弹力包芯纱。其研究结果对无缝内衣的设计与开发具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

This study examined the physical properties of PTT/wool/modal yarns according to the yarn structure and the wearing comfort of their knitted fabrics for high emotional garments. For this purpose, the air-vortex, compact, and ring yarns and their knitted fabrics were prepared to analyze the wear comfort according to the yarn structure and the possibility of applications of the PTT/wool/modal blend fibers to air-vortex yarn. The wicking and drying rates of the air-vortex yarn knitted fabrics were superior to those of the ring and compact yarns fabrics, and the heat-keeping capability of the air-vortex yarn knitted fabric was higher than those of the ring and compact yarns fabrics due to the low thermal conductivity and maximum heat flow rate. In addition, the pilling of the air-vortex yarn knitted fabric was less than those of the ring and compact ones due to the air-vortex yarn structure with parallel fibers in the core part and the periodical and fasciated twists on the sheath part of the yarns. The tactile hand of the air-vortex yarn knitted fabric was harsher than those of the ring and compact yarns knitted fabrics because of the low extensibility and compressibility, and the high bending and shear rigidities.  相似文献

Elastic structures are preferred for improving the elasticity and recovery properties of denim fabrics. With the intention of improving comfort during body movements in denim jeans, 10–35% elasticity is required. In this study, the effect of the composition of double-core (dual-core) and core-spun weft yarns and weft density on the mechanical properties of denim fabrics was investigated. For this purpose, different core materials were used in the production of elastic yarns. The sheath material was cotton for all yarn types. Yarn samples were spun with the same yarn count and twist coefficient. 100% cotton Ne 8/1 Ring slub warp yarns were used as warp yarn while double-core and core-spun yarns were used as weft yarns in weaving. The weaving process was performed with three different weft density values (16, 22, and 28 weft /cm) and the other production parameters were kept constant. Twill 3/1 woven fabrics were treated according to standard denim finishing procedures. After domestic washing processes, mechanical properties of the samples were tested and statistically evaluated.  相似文献
