A transient recorder with digitized output is described. Four consecutive time regions of an analog voltage signal can be sampled at different rates. A delayed-trigger output is included, which allows the option of triggering the transient subsequent to the starting of the recorder. 海量机器类终端(或MTC终端)同步入网时,其业务呈现瞬时突发性,这使得基于齐次或复合泊松假设的多信道S-ALOHA稳态性能分析办法难以直接应用。该文以第i个随机接入时隙内第j次进行随机接入的用户数Mi(j)作为状态变量,提出了一种沿Mi(j) 的j方向迭代进行多信道S-ALOHA暂态性能分析的办法及其近似形式。该迭代办法可建立第i个随机接入时隙内第j次进行随机接入的用户数与第x个随机接入时隙内新到用户数的直接关系(其中xi),也可给出接入时延概率密度函数、概率分布函数和均值的求解办法。以3GPP MTC业务参考模型进行数值仿真,验证了所提迭代办法及其近似形式的有效性。相关研究可为承载网络的优化设计提供参考。  相似文献

The present investigation introduces engineers and technologists to a new microprocessor-based on-line performance recorder called the ``PHESS Meter' for measurement and display of power factor, horse power, percentage efficiency, slip, and speed of a slip ring induction motor. The instrument continuously displays each set of data for a desirable time in a specific order and provides the under-voltage alarm sound and the overload protection disconnecting the system from the supply.  相似文献

An improved microprocessor-based flow velocity measurement system suitable for real-time multitasking environment is described. It uses a single pair of ultrasonic transmitter and receiver set. The proposed method is independent of temperature and maintains error within 1 percent. Typical value of resolution obtained is 0.4 m/s. This paper presents a design for a digital thromboelastograph (TEG). The instrument design is based on the principle of a couette viscometer. The device measures shear elasticity of blood during clot formation. The recording mechanism comprises a two-channel light-beam deflection system and a recording system based on a charge-coupled-device (CCD) array. An 8-bit CMOS microprocessor (NSC800) supervises data acquisition from the CCD array. The two-channel system produces a record on a thermal printer allowing one to observe the time course of coagulation and simultaneously compare two different blood specimens.  相似文献

We have previously defined the requirements of an elegant, simple waveform for intravenous insulin delivery in insulin-dependent diabetes [7]. This waveform consists of a constant basal rate and three sequential pulses which are adapted for each meal. Under the direction of a diabetologist, the basal rate is adjusted for fasting normal blood glucose levels, and the meal pulses are configured according to two parameters per pulse (flow rate and time duration) so that blood glucose after the meal is also normalized. We here describe a new microprocessor-based insulin controller which exploits this knowledge.  相似文献

A digital accelerometer is realized using a microprocessor. An algorithm is used to calculate the derivative of an ac tachogenerator signal. For the calculation of each acceleration value 20 angular speed samples are used by this algorithm. Standard single-rate sampling self-tuning regulators may not be able to effectively control fast-acting systems if the minimum computation time required is larger than the largest sampling period permissible. A dual-rate sampling self-tuning regulator that overcomes this problem by allowing a data sampling rate to be chosen consistent with the system time constants and a control output interval based on the computation time is described in this paper. This algorithm is also very suitable for implementation using fixed word-length processors as the quantization problems are minimized. The algorithm has been implemented on a microprocessor. Implementation details with emphasis on data acquisition, interrupt controlled sampling, time sufficiency test and scaling, and experimental results are also given.  相似文献

We have designed and constructed a portable microprocessor-based feedback instrument for speech therapy with Parkinson's disease patients. The instrument is very flexible due to its programmability and ease of interface to analog modules, Our first implemented application provides biofeedback about speech-volume levels. This device monitors speech-volume levels of a patient, provides performance feedback for the patient, and logs the performance data in its semiconductor memory. In tests on a patient with Parkinson's disease, the instrument functioned well when optimized through programming.  相似文献

An efficient microprocessor-based system has been implemented that permits real-time acquisition, stacking, and digital recording of data generated by a borehole radar system. Although the system digitizes, stacks, and records independently of a computer, it is interfaced to a desktop computer for program control over system parameters such as sampling interval, number of samples, number of times the data are stacked prior to recording on nine-track tape, and for graphics display of the digitized data. The data can be transferred to the desktop computer during recording, or played back from a tape at a later time. Using the desktop computer, the operator can observe results while recording data and generate hard-copy graphics in the field. Thus, the radar operator can immediately evaluate the quality of data being obtained, modify system parameters, study the radar logs before leaving the field, and re-run borehole logs if necessary. The system has proven to be reliable in the field and has increased productivity both in the field and in the laboratory.  相似文献

A microprocessor-based tactile vocoder is described that offers important advantages over its analog counterpart. Digital implementation provides more flexibility and precision. The system simulates, in real-time, the characteristics of a 16-channel tactile vocoder developed at Queen's University in Kingston, Ont., Canada and is intended for use with a linear array of 16 miniature vibrators. Design considerations of the circuit logic, program structure, and algorithms used to implement the vocoder and the performance characteristics such as the dynamic range and noise of the various algorithms are discussed. The overall system has a noise level less than ?60 dB re the maximum input and the bandwidth is 7.5 kHz. The system will first be used in the laboratory and in the classroom with two microphones and two tactile displays. Future plans call for the design to be adapted to lower power devices, when they become available, to achieve a single-display, wearable version that can be evaluated under natural conditions of acoustic signal and noise.  相似文献

A control system for a new diesel rotary distributor pump has been developed. The system is applied on multicylinder, indirect injection engines, both turbocharged and naturally aspirated. Precise, full authority control of fuel quantity and injection timing is the primary function of the system, with benefits to emissions, driveability rated output, and fuel economy. Idle speed governing, cruise control, and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control are important features. Transmission torque converter lockup is decided by the system for vehicles with automatic transmissions. Self-diagnostics are provided to assist servicing.  相似文献

A digital speed control system for a dc motor with a pulse tachogenerator for speed sensing is described. A microprocessor is used for fast speed measurement with a response time constant of the order of 8 ms and a resolution of 0.0125 percent of the top speed. This has become possible because of the principle of obtaining the latest speed value based on the previous speed value. This paper describes the principle of speed measurement and control, the flowchart, and the experimental results. A closed-loop speed holding accuracy of ±0.025 percent of the top speed is obtained.  相似文献

This paper presents a method to improve the efficiency of dc motors, dc shunt motors, and dc series motors. The method is based upon the field control. It is derived that the ratio of the armature current to the field current should be maintained constant to maximize the efficiency at a specific speed. The power circuits and the control loops are suggested to realize the principle, and the real-time control is implemented with a microprocessor. Also, in order to assess the stability of the overall systems, the proposed systems are analyzed with the small signal linearization. Experimental results show that the remarkable improvement in efficiency has been accomplished by the proposed method and the suggested systems are stable.  相似文献
