本文探讨了成孔剂和烧结温度对钛酸铝多孔陶瓷性能的影响,研究表明,不同成孔剂对显气孔率的影响不同,成孔剂含量提高,显气孔率增加。但不宜过量,烧结温度上升,强度和化学稳定性提高,显气孔率和热膨胀系数下降。 相似文献

综述了添加剂对钛酸镁陶瓷性能影响的研究现状,烧结及介电性能等方面的进展。研究结果中可以看出,Bi2O3-V2O5、Co2O3、ZnO等氧化物及氧化物玻璃料的添加可以不同程度地大幅降低陶瓷的烧结温度。在Mg2TiO4中掺杂不同添加剂可适当改变其介电常数,满足其介电常数材料的应用需要;在MgTiO3中掺入不同添加剂可不同程度改变其介电常数,得到具有较高Q*f值且τf≈0的钛酸镁基陶瓷材料。从当前研究现状可以看出,掺杂改性是获得所需性能材料的强有力手段,也是今后对钛酸镁基陶瓷性能优化的主要研究方向之一。 相似文献

High-Curie-point semiconducting barium-lead titanate positive temperature coefficient of resistivity (PTCR) ceramics of composition Ba0.897 Pb0.1 La0.003 TiO3 and Ba0.5 Pb0.5 La0.003 TiO3 were prepared. The starting powders were synthesized by reacting commercial BaTiO3 , PbO, and TiO2 . To avoid the nonstoichiometry due to the volatilization of Pb during the sintering process, a lead atmosphere sintering approach with PbTiO3 as packing powder was used. The samples being fabricated by this method show a PTCR effect of 3 to 4.5 orders of magnitude above the Curie point. The curie points were about 180°C for Ba0.897 Pb0.1 La0.003 TiO3 and about 360°C for Ba0.497 Pb0.5 La0.003 TiO3 . 相似文献

Aluminum titanate was prepared by two different methods. A monophasic gel was obtained by cohydrolysis and polycondensation reactions of chelated aluminum sec -butoxide and titanium isopropoxide. A diphasic gel was obtained from boehmite and anatase. Effects of homogeneous dispersion of magnesium oxide and iron oxide incorporated as alkoxides in the monophasic gel and also the effects of isostructural seed on the crystallization and densification of aluminum titanate obtained from monophasic and diphasic gels were investigated. Seed particles of MgTi2 O5 facilitated lowering of crystallization temperature and enhanced densification of aluminum titanate. Microstructure studies indicated that almost-microcrack-free sintered bodies with smaller grains were formed from the seeded monophasic and diphasic gels. 相似文献
