Conclusions To cement fibrous refractory products, an air-drying mortar solution has been developed, consisting of a mixture of finely disperse alumina and water-glass. Specialists of D. I. Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Engineering have created an installation for determining the thermal conductivity of heat-insulating refractory materials in the range of 20–1000°C using a measuring cross. The data obtained for materials tested by the steady-flow method and the hot-wire method (ISO 8894-1:1987 (E)) differ by no more than 12%.  相似文献

Resistance of the porous glass-based aggregates to alkali-silicate reaction (ASR) was the focus of this study. ASR was studied in mixtures of aggregates with water alkali solutions simulating alkali media of row concrete. Granular foam glass with homogeneous glass in the pore walls is ASR-active, which leads to the leaching of glass and to the formation of hydrated Na-silicate gel, Ca-silicate, and aluminosilicate on the aggregate surfaces. Mitigation of ASR-activity in granular foam glass was achieved by thermo-induced crystallization (850-900ºC) of micro- and nanoscale crystals (Na4CaSi3O9 and/or Na2Ca3Si6O16) in the pore walls with the formation of granular glass-ceramic foams. The main characterization methods were scanning electron microscopy, x-ray powder diffraction analysis, x-ray fluorescence, atomic emission spectrometry, and pH analysis.  相似文献

介绍了以聚合物保温砂浆为保温层,以太阳反射隔热涂料为饰面层构成的新型外墙外保温隔热系统的结构及特点,采用简化模糊评价法对聚合物保温砂浆进行了优选,并通过热工性能计算,进行建筑节能优化设计。结果表明,该体系适用于我国夏热冬暖、夏热冬冷地区各种建筑物做外墙外保温工程,具有优良的隔热性、安全稳固性、抗裂防水性、防火阻燃性等特点。  相似文献

The possibility of creating an ultraporous material from chamotte-free mixtures by heat treatment of claypolystyrene mixtures (dry ones included) in hot air and live steam is investigated. Methods of self-solidification of the green and vibration steam treatment of self-compacting mixtures are tested. The choice of firing regimes is chosen with allowance for the temperature interval of the pyrolytic decomposition of polystyrene in the green. Conclusions High-alumina inserts provide adequate service in the continuous casting of steel and killed carbon steel deoxidized by calcium silicon.In the continuous casting of transformer and killed carbon steel deoxidized by aluminum, the high-alumina inserts did not prove superior to regular chamotte nozzles.
